Since securing this unit over a year ago we experienced issues with pest such as large spiders and other seasonal insects. We reported the incidents and were told they would be addressed. However, we eventually sprayed the unit ourselves as not to compromise the stored items and our safety. However, on Oct. 27, 2024, we came to pick-up equipment and noticed large paw ?? prints and waste on our equipment (seemingly belonging to pest of mid-size like a raccoon)—leaving us with so many questions. We assumed from the design of the storage structure, it entered through a hole in the building and crawled along inside ceiling because there is no safety netting between units; it is just open at the top. Nonetheless, we immediately reported this to the office via email with shared pictures as evidence because it was after office hours when we discovered it. In the short of it, the office manager, Ashley worked with us via remote communication with her regional manager and offered to move us to another unit. Once moved she asked us to come into the office to sign a new contract. The contract displayed a discounted rate of 50% off and I asked when would the rate increase, she then responded, "Oh no, as a courtesy this will be the rate for the life of your rental due to the inconvenience caused." This was said in the presence of my business partner and has an accompanying contract. However, nearly five months later we received a statement and notice of increased rate, yet the invoice still reflects 50% off but we have a higher bill. When I reached out today for clarity I was told, "they're gonna go ahead and approve it this time but in the future if you do get a letter about a rate increase that it will be the increase that they don't do a set rate with rental but for now we're going to go ahead and and approve your rent at $--- until you get our increase." The Problem: That wasn't the courtesy offer and is otherwise unprofessional and unethical. Ashley is not the problem, she, along with other office staff we have encountered, are always kind and professional. Due to frequent and random increased rates and this incident in particular, potential renters should be aware and look for more affordable and consistent storage options elsewhere. I understand market practices, but one must have a firm base of fair practices which provides customers with a secure and consistent product or service. It will now be an even greater inconvenience to move and find another storage unit due to these incidences.

Ok not the place to do business with! First they rope you in with a low intro offer. Then increase the price in 3 months. Too many issues with the facility, from the app not working, to them changing access and locks without notification. The app will kick you out while using it. If you have to call for assistance be prepared to pull your hair out. With the CSR’s being out sourced and having limited to no knowledge about helping you a limited understanding of the English language. The most direct way of talking to property manger is fiscally go there. Other wise you have to go thought there automated system or take your chances with a limited English speaking CSR. They also changed the locks to access storage buildings without notifying tenants of this. Extremely inconvenient. Having to stand locked out of your unit trying to get information about how to gain access. Talk about nightmare calling getting automated system. Then transferring to limited English and knowledge CRS then finally after that property manager. Estimated time 30 min minimum. Don’t show frustration because you time is not valued. Like a previous persons review they will terminate your lease. FYI my mailing address is out of state. They mailed a termination letter out on a Saturday certified mail, with a termination date of that Friday. Not a realistic expectation from them but if you take a realistic look it’s fish rites from the head down. Bottomline there are much better storage options in the area than utilizing this abomination!

Our process of renting and moving into a storage unit went quite smoothly. We paid a few extra fees that we were not expecting (mandatory $12 per month for insurance plus a one-time $29 admin fee). Other than that, everything met or exceeded expectations.

Billing was higher than what was quoted. I emailed several times and manager said it would be credited back. They never corrected it or credited the difference. I received a letter telling me rent would be increasing significantly. Within days, I got another letter explaining that they are making changes, and I have 10 days to vacate premises. Terrible customer experience.

This location is amazing. Very easy to access, plenty of room to drive to your storage location, a ton of options, and the best part of Tammie. Tammie is beyond amazing. Wwe moved from out of state and I needed help getting my stuff sorted, she was very accommodating and I was able to get everything stored perfectly. The online contact registration and bill pay makes things very easy. I am done now, and move out was very easy and only took a few minutes. 100% recommend and I'll be back when I need storage again.

The grounds and interior are clean and well maintained. The hours for accessing units is great (6am-10pm) and the office hours are also accommodating.

I checked out several storage companies in the Fort Worth area as we were preparing to relocate to Texas and I found a great promotion by CubeSmart. I’m sure glad I went after it because they have been great to work with. Our moving truck was delayed so they kept graciously pushing out our reservation. They also had enough space for our 53 ft trailer to fit which saved us a $1000 shuttle fee for the off load. I would highly recommend them!

I really like this place! Tammie is super friendly and the customer service is off the chart. I have a climate controlled unit that is great. The hallways are always on and you need a code to enter the doors. Everything is clean and secure here. Thank you!

This is by far the best storage building I have ever rented! the area is convienient and clean. I was told about specials that were going on and also was given a discount on my first months rent! I was able to use a huge box truck since I rented with cube smart! Ronnie Rocha was very professional and helpful! He had great personality and excellent customer service skills! you could tell he is highly trained at what he does cause every question I had he had an answer! It is nice to see employees that truly love their job! I will definitely be back!!!

Renting a storage unit was quick and easy with CubeSmart. Michelle at the front desk was able to answer all my questions, was very professional and courteous. The facility is very clean and well kept. They went out of their way to make sure my unit was locked when I forgot to add the lock. There were only a few items in there at that time, but it was great that they looked out for the customer.

The facility was great. Very clean and well maintained. The lady in the front office was very helpful but did forget to tell me the door code for the climate controlled space. She did however call me as soon as she realized her mistake.I would absolutely recommend this cubes mast facility.

I researched a few self storage places in the area and chose this one because of the high reviews and competitive pricing. We met with Matt on Sunday and he was very helpful and went out of his way to ensure that we had a great unit. He even swapped our unit because the initial one had a slight chance of leaves blowing in, so he put is in one of their better locations completely unprompted. He was very helpful and I definitely feeling good knowing that our storage is being monitored by such a great team.

We started this about a thousand miles apart which does not normally make for great things to happen, but Tommy and Kelly made the whole experience easy and doable. When we arrived from Las Vegas on a Saturday afternoon nearing closing time I was beginning to panic, but Tommy and Kelly both made our late arrival an easy time and all was good. These people are amazing. They seem to have all the answers and they certainly know how to use them to the advantage of everyone involved. They know what to do, where to go and how to get it done. I owe them a great debt of gratitude for lowering my stress level many notches This is the place to go and the people to see.

The manager, the units, and the price are GREAT! This place is super clean too! The price brought me to this location, but the customer service I received from the area manager, Miriam Sellers, is what ultimately won me over. She gave me peace of mind concerning the safety of my belongings when she went over the security system at this location. I am very pleased with CubeSmart!
