After a dismal experience with another local storage place, I opted to try here. Made my reservation online, and quickly received a phone call asking if I needed any help with finishing the process. I said no and finished up online and quickly got another call verifying I got my e-mail with the gate code and explaining about the locks. Unit was ready almost immediately, and there were no surprise costs or fees. Very happy with the experience.

Manager was unbelievably awesome. Walked me through the whole process and made it a pleasant experience. I got to my unit and had already lost the lock I bought so went down to office and bought another. Kelly took it upon herself to look where my truck had been parked and found the lock I dropped. She reimbursed me for the 2nd lock I had just bought. I couldn't be more happy with the service and the storage unit was clean and easily accessible. Fantastic in all cases.

We had a storage unit here for over a year and it was a very positive experience. Billing was always accurate and everyone we talked to was friendly and courteous. The manager Tommy is a superstar. It was over 100 degrees on the day we cleaned out our unit and he constantly checked on us. He offered us drinks and rides to the office to cool off. His hospitality was unexpected and impressive. No complaints whatsoever.

I just wanted to say that this place is AMAZING! I was shopping around for storage that I will need in September. I saw this place online and went in to speak to someone. I was greeted with a smile and at the door by Kelly. I told her I needed to get some information because I will be moving in a couple of months. Kelly gave me all the information that I would need to know when I am ready to move. She also helped me figure out what packing supplies I might need. She took me out to look at some unit and they were so nice and clean! I will make sure when I need to rent I will be going to Cubesmart. They really understand what customer service is about.

Today I went to tour a storage that was reserved on line. Having to relocate because of my job has been an exhausting experience. Today Tommy at Cube smart helped ease the stress of storage as well as helped me save some money (that is always a plus)!! His customer service skills are awesome. He gave me a tour of the storage unit that I reserved on line but went a step further and showed me a different unit that was more convenient and cheaper. There was not a lot of walking because we traveled the property on a golf cart. Thanks to Tommy and Cube Smart I am confident with my storage choice

Just wanted to share how helpful and friendly Crystal was today. A few visits ago I noticed the light inside my unit was not coming on, didn't think to much of it. I was there today and Crystal was driving around the property and said hi and asked how things were going. I mentioned the light being out and she stopped what she was doing, went and got a ladder, new light bulbs and had them changed before I was finished unloading my Jeep. She was friendly and took care of the situation immediately. That's awesome customer service!!

No Stars Deserved Rented storage from them on October 11th two units, moved out October 31st- received a call asking if I could give back units early for them to rent out - I obliged and did relinquish early at their request. Turns out my credit card was not properly removed from their system like I was insured, and I was subsequently charged on November 11th, 7 days later, for an additional month. I immediately brought the mistake to management's attention, both managers acknowledge the mistake, but continue to stall and avoid refunding the money owed. It is now working on three months and still no refund as I continue to try and recoup my owed $177 fraudulent charge. Needless to say, they have lost my business for good. I would strongly urge anyone to reconsider storage at this facility with this kind of management, especially when it is apparent they have gone out of their way to avoid refunding their simple mistake. Would they allow you to use their facility without paying for three months?

These folks are not straight dealers. I saw the price for a Cubesmart storage unit on the net. This was close to my house, so I decided to give it a try. When I arrived I was told that the price was 50% more than the price I saw online. If I wanted the less expensive price, I must stand right in front of the desk and send that person I was looking at an email. It seemed stupid and redundant, but I did it. They then gave me the internet price, but by the time they were through tacking on insurance and processing fees, the price was darn near twice the original price I was quoted on the unit. I decided that these types of deceptive business practices would most likely continue in the future, and it was best not to deal with these people. I opted to go elsewhere. The unit I found was less expensive without any of the deceptive add on fees of Cubesmart. Don't waste your time here.
