My husband and I were moving a dining table glass top and it shattered. We have no clue why it shattered. We are thinking the change in the weather. I went to the front desk and spoke with Kisha. STAFF and CUSTOMER SERVICE - 5 stars Keisha is tremendously knowledgeable, professional, communicative, responsive, organized, and helpful. She is a true model of customer service. Through the years she has been a huge help to match our needs with the right size storage unit. She always answers our questions quickly and resolves any issues fast (virtually nonexistent issues because she's so on top of things). She's friendly to all her customers, knowing them all by name and greeting warmly with a smile. And she knows everything thats happening at the units. Frankly, Keisha's leadership and customer service has been the primary reason we have stayed at CubeSmart. FACILITIES - 5 stars Units are clean, the facility is very well lit and secure, and the office is sparkling. The place isn't dirty or dingy or dark like so many other storage units. Updates like new paint and new lights are regularly done. Anytime the gate breaks down, which is rare, it is promptly fixed. We never see any trash anywhere; the complex including driving areas is cleaner than our home! APP - 5 stars Keisha has taught us how to use the app, making paying our bill, opening the gate, and keeping track of our unit information fast and easy. LOCATION - 5 stars Close to the highway and main intersections make it super easy to get to.

I needed to move from a house to an Apt. I had no space for my brand new refrigerator. I called Cube Smart and was able to secure a unit at the FM 157 location, 1/4 mi from my new apt. I listed the refrigerator for sale and finally got a buyer. I met with Kiesha (cube-smart property manager) and let her know I was selling my refrigerator to a stranger. Kiesha was so AMAZING! She went above and beyond to make sure I was safe. The property and office were so clean, I kept remarking to Kiesha how impressed I was by the cleanliness of the front office. I have been a cubesmart customer for years. But, I am doing this review specifically.. To show appreciation for Lakisha McGregor and all the wonderful help she has been!! Not only was she knowledgeable in the company.. She went out of her way all the time to make sure that I was comfortable in my belongings were safe and if there was anything I needed... She took care of it immediately! I'm moving across the country and I wanted to leave this review. I'm going to miss her smiling face at the desk, when I would go to the unit. highly suggest you go and see her and cubesmart was great!

Booking online will get you the best introductory rates. The units are nice, my unit had a pretty high ceiling. The staff Kisha and Eddie, greeted me with a very welcoming hello, answered all my questions and were very nice and friendly. Overall experience was a positive one and I would recommend this location to anyone.

I have been a client since 11/2019. I started with 1 large unit and ended up adding 2 smaller units. Prices are very reasonable and super clean! From day one, it has been a fantastic experience. The units are super clean, they have pest control come out often & it is gated and secure. The best part however has been the staff. They are all fantastic but Sarah is a Rockstar! They go above and beyond to provide the absolute best experience possible. I absolutely recommend this place and the staff!!!

They had a special to get the first month FREE so I placed an online reservation for a unit and it seemed true because it did not mention any fees. Upon arrival at the facility I was informed of the mandatory administrative fee and the mandatory insurance fee so my first "free" month was over 30 bucks. Besides that, the customer service at the facility was very friendly and super informative! The unit is true to dimensions listed. Like most storages, I wish the hours to access the unit I pay for could be 24 hours and not limited to 10pm

Current customer that rented less than 25 days ago needed an additional smaller unit they would not honor same rate and special with the same company literally less than 2 miles down the street. It is very poor customer service. I have been a member of upper management they could have accomadated me to keep a customer. They chose NOt too. VERY VERY POOR SERVICE AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. The only complaint is there seems to be a lot of spiders that make it into the not climate controlled units, but that's to be expected from essentially a garage. Both climate controlled and not climate controlled units are nice. I appreciated that you can buy anything you need from them that you need like a lock if you don't already have one and insurance as well as packing supplies. They have a great discount if you reserve online, but it is only for the first few months. Still a decent deal.

Working with the team at this exaxt Mansfield TX Cube Smart location has been a dream! Kristi is kind, efficient and Knowledgeable of the product we needed to ease our already tedious move. We did not wait long to get a storage and everything you are purchasing is itemized that way there is no confusion. Security is tight thus peace of mind of my things in the storage. I would recommend them to help you with your storage needs.

Very professional management. Leah was the manager who initially helped me. Very efficient, pleasant and approachable. CubeSmart property is very clean. The management I have dealt with gives me confidence in knowing my belongings will be safe. Pleasure doing business!

I had the best experience EVER with the general manager, Kristi Newton! I just recently moved and the move itself was very stressful and a lot of things went wrong. I expressed all of this to Kristi and she was able to help me locate new movers and was able to put me in another storage unit. I am forever grateful for her help and for going beyond her job to help me at a time when I was about to lose it! A very happy customer.
