EXCEPTIONAL all around! Customer Service was great start to finish. Respectfulness everywhere. The size of the storage is so cute. I can even fit a couple more items if I choose. Be aware they will decide to change their agreement to sign for your packages and not notify you causing you to not receive important shipments for months in a row before you figure out the problem! Corporate agreement shows they’d sign but new manager apparently has the ability to personally decide she doesn’t want to do it! VERY VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I wouldn’t recommend this place. I made a reservation and went to move in and found nobody works at the redbud location. This caused me to lose $750. I had to find another storage location. The district manager never called me back and the regional managers number I was given was disconnected. The location managers were really nice but couldn’t do anything to help me.

This place is very conveniently located right on the Service Rd to Hwy 75. The property is kept very neat and clean. I always see Brittany (Property Manager) busy about doing something there. Brittany is very attentive to questions and concerns but doesn't come across as nosey. All of the storage facilities are high right now and I think CubeSmart is competitively priced. With the location being where it is and Brittany and the staff keeping it up so well and always being so nice, professional and helpful it more than makes up for it! Tom from another store was filling in for the manager that weekend. I came in after realizing our initial storage was not big enough and asking for an additional one. There was nothing available, however, I was told there was one that could possibly be available the next day. I was at the store when they opened on Saturday and he quickly rented out the available locker to me. He was extremely polite, helpful and professional. I am so thankful he went out of his way to help me in a time of need. I will suggest this location of cube smart if ever asked about storage.

Candis made this whole storage process so stress-free! Moved in last minute notice in August, she gave the whole spiel over the phone to me out of town with family doing the physical moving in and made life easy. Had to move units to save some money and she was tremendous. Walked in day of at beginning of February to change units (family needing to save some money) and was calm, cool and gave us the best customer service we needed during yet another stressful point of time. She's the best you can ask for to answer all questions and be great at what she does.

This is our go to place for extra storage. First month is free. They usually find a monthly discount too. It's around the corner from our house so we'd never think of going anywhere else. I'd like 24hr access though.

The guys there are super friendly and easy to work with. When I showed up early on a Friday Kevin opened the store 30 min early to help me get my storage unit setup so we could start moving! Would highly recommend using cube smart McKinney!
