Very unacceptable service. Went to make a payment on Saturday and it was closed due to lunch we assume. Which we understand however we were not going to sit around waiting 2 hours since we had other things to do. Then went on Monday and the system was down. Called on Tuesday and it was still down. Went today on Wednesday and was charged a 10 late fee.

When everything seems to go down hill for me, the one true blessing I can honestly say, is KC and the staff at StorQuest Economy self storage in Mesquite tx off highway 80. Always looking out for myself and my property. I have had many storage units at several different storage companies, and no one has ever treated me or my unit with respect and dignity. I'm forever grateful.

The facility is not well maintained nor do they keep up with the facilities. Their selling point is the freight elevator. It has only worked once since I’ve rented here. It’s been 6 months that I used this location. They once kicked me off of the premises bc it was 3 mins pass their closing. I only had a mattress to take up and they blocked the door and repeatedly told me that they “close @9.” I don’t know how they continue to stay in business. Never apologetic for their actions nor take accountability for the facilities maintenance. If ever Mesquite has a sore spot for their town this place would be it. Never again .

Limited access due to vandalism. They can't even keep the place safe and their solution is to limit access hours to 530 on weekdays and to 330 on Saturday. What if people work? This is unacceptable after 4 months so we moved out. Much better places than this one out there!

To whom it may concern: After only three day of renting a storage unit I was a victim of theft and some of my belongings where taking. I complied with has been asked from me. This includes send pictures, sending a copy of the police report and filling out an incident report. Now, I am being told that I am not going to be reimbursed for my lost. They were trying to over charge me for a unit. They had a special running but they couldn't figure how to put the special price in the system. Very untrustworthy. Would never recommend this place.

Would never recommend to anyone. My unit became infested with rats and they ruined over $4,000 worth of furniture. The business requires that you have insurance either on your own or you must use their provider. I submitted claim for the damages through their provider and the claim was promptly paid. The check was sent to the property where my good have been stored for three years. The manager presented the claim check to me and all was fine. When I got home, I noticed the check was made out to the storage facility, so I returned it to the manager who in turn, forwarded to the company office for distribution to me. That’s the last time I saw the claim check, and no one from the company office will return my calls or email, nor those of the local on-site manager. They literally took my money and deposited it in their account with no intention of paying me. This is going on 4 months now and I have yet to get any explanation. I don’t get it! That’s theft and a terrible way to do business. Now they are forcing me to take other actions which I would like to avoid, but I will not let up until my money is given to me. Don’t do business here. Update July 25, 2020 It has now been over a year since this company has decided to pocket my money and there has not been a single attempt to contact me. Since the original post, I moved my storage items out of this facility to avoid any additional business dealings with them. I don’t understand how a company can treat anyone like this and remain in business. I paid them every month for my locker for over three years and they took money from my insurance claim, (not even their own cash) and decided they needed it more than I did. The rodent infestation caused more than $4000 in damages, but the insurance maximum payout was only $500. In reality, they stoled close to $5000 from me. Beware!

We have had a storage unit here for 3 years, when Veronica was the manager. Things were so much better then! Its inconvenient now since they no longer offer payment after hours on the phone, making it easier to get late fees, they changed the online portal and no one can figure out why my account wont let me login or create a new one. The new staff is dismissing with questions and shows no concern. The late fee also got raised without notice, so that was a big shock when my check hit a day late and bam late fee of $20- also it used to be after the 8th or 9th, now it's the 6th. I think it's just time to find somewhere else to go after all this time.

This storage unit is not so easy to enter with a trailer as it has a very big dip in the entrance. It also only has one entrance which is also the only exit .It makes it inconvenient to loop back around with a trailer or when it is busy which it has been every time I've visited. They do have good prices and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Only thing I was confused about was them wanting me to pay a renters insurance fee when I already have renters insurance and provided them with my policy number. Thankfully it that got cleared up after me asking several times and I didn't have to pay for the renters insurance fee.

Best price in the SE Dallas/Mesquite area. Friendly staff all the time. Ask for current specials as they always have a deal going on. Insurance is about $7 a month but is waived with homeowners insurance. You can get your own lock. Easy access from HW 80. Oh, and if you’ve rented there before, the $20 admin fee is waived.

Today I went and got a storage unit. I am a previous tenet from about 2 years ago. The changes of this place look awesome and they have done some major upgrades. They have plenty security camaras, security who walks the premises, very clean and Awesome customer Service compared to previous owners also no more rodents which is a plus for me. I would definitely recommend this storage facility 100% to friends and family. Keep up the good work. My storage was broken into and because the thief pretty much picked it instead of busting it, all I get is "sorry". Pictures were provided showing scratches around the door and the mess they left. They want to see visible damage to the lock for reimbursement claim. The last break in I had the thief took my lock completely off. So either way you don't get reimbursement for you stolen things. All storages are rip offs. Remember if your stuff gets broken into you will not get reimbursed if the thief didn't forcibly enter "and" leave a busted lock.
