Tried to rent here but it was so difficult I ended up with extra space storage down the road. Made a reservation online last night, received a phone call this morning to confirm some information. I called back 6 times but could not reach anyone. Ended up driving to the location which had published office hours for today, but was greeted by a closed office and a sign to call another location or video chat. Video chat didn't work, other location did not answer. I drove down the road and signed with extra space, price was better and so was customer service. Cube smart returned my call as I was finishing the paperwork at extra space and basically told me they don't staff the NRH location and that I should have read the sign and not their website and if I was interested, to come up to Keller. Basically making the inconvenience my problem. This location was incredibly convenient for me and I was willing to pay a premium for that, however the difficulty in doing business and poor customer service made me go 5 minutes down the road. Gained better customer service and a better price. Would recommend extra space at 5808 Davis over this cube smart. Extra space also has another site across the street at 55757 Davis for a few more bucks but with traffic light which is nice if you need to go back north on Davis.

My move had me stressed when I ordered my unit. The sales rep was so kind & calming, & so helpful that the call ended w/me knowing I had a perfect unit and feeling calm. When I visited the location it was easy to access the gate, easy to find my unit, and easy to exit (well that took me a minute, but was actually easy). I love the online sales & mgrs, the clean location, and my unit. All good here!

I, personally never had any interactions with this location BUT my dearest friend M.T., had the most awful experience today with this location, AND the way your customer service left my friend in a furious, unsettling manner, I will not ever be using this location and I will be shouting from the rooftops to others , not to use the Davis Blvd location as well.

Extra Space Storage is my recommendation. There I received the best customer service and was treated with the utmost respect. This was not my experience at the cube smart on Davis Blvd in NRH. Although the other cube smart on Davis Blvd in Keller has TOP NOTCH customer service.

CONS: I have four different units in two different sizes, and yet I am paying a different price for each one. Of the four units, only one has lighting. Plus, they are constantly raising the rates on all of them. It now costs me more in storage fees than the items inside are worth. I will be moving out by the end of the summer. PROS: The employees are friendly.

So far I have not had any issues however, I just was trying to access the gate and my code was saying area not allowed over and over again. I tried calling the office with the sign that said open was lit up and no one was in there. I scanned the QR code for virtual help and got no assistance, but the gate randomly opened on its own somehow. Not very happy. Was stuck for at least 20 minutes.

Our unit is suppose to be temperature controlled... showed up to get something out and it was approx 90 degrees in the unit and the whole section of the building. Also the door to enter the building has not been working for weeks now. When I called the office the person answering the phone says she is the OWNER was very rude and had no idea when either would be working. She stated it's not their responsibility to let their customers know when the temperature is not working or anything else that could be an issue with the service they offer. But they sure can let you know when they raise their prices by $25 a month. They can get ahold of you then no problem?!? Very disappointed on how this was handled. Cannot recommend this place.

The absolute worst storage facility I’ve ever dealt with. From day one we’ve had issues with them. Now I’ve lost all of my belongings, including my daughter’s baby clothes, because they never emailed us the auction date, and never replied to my husband’s email asking when the auction date was. So we assumed it was the same time it’s always been. It may just be stuff, and there was definitely a lot of it, but I lost things I will never be able to replace and I’m heartbroken.

New Customer on a busy Saturday and the elevator was out of service. Debra Carr in the office took excellent care of me and got me moved to another unit! Ms. Carr tried to do a reset of the elevator but that didn't work so she put in a service request (elevator is out of her control- but her good attitude and the fact that she is there to serve IS in her control) My attitude as a customer is in my control too and I knew Ms. Carr couldn't control the elevator being out of service. The cleanliness of the property, the way that what was advertised on the website actually matched what I experienced in person was pretty amazing. Impressed happy customer!

Terrible customer service by staff and owner. Beyond unprofessional. Straight ghetto. They used some one elses card and paid for my unit, instead of using my card. They did this for three months by mistake. Failed to tell me. Then tried to lock me out of locker and auction my stuff when I was caught off guard by past due bill of over three $350 to be paid immediately. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else - there is one less than mile down the road. You will be glad you did.

This is a super clean, professionally run climate controlled storage facility. The ladies that run it were absolutely awesome to work with. We had escrow fall thru last minute DURING our cross country move here due to seller nondisclosure. We panicked not knowing where to have our movers take our belongings. These ladies made room for us immediately when others weren’t happy about the short notice request. Every time we dealt with the managers they were super helpful. I def recommend this facility. No junk laying around. No mold or nasty units, at least ours weren’t. Def a great option for your storage needs. Thank you so much!!

Renting unit was quick. Had to buy a lock. I brought a lock with me, but the unit size i wanted has two doors. Having 2 doors was not mentioned online. They would not rent it without having 2 locks to put on it. They did not offer different locks at different price ranges. Paid $20 for the lock. I do not like that key has cube smart logo on it and rep wrote on it with a Sharpie. Pay an inflated price to advertise for them then they write on it too. Also had to buy their insurance. I brought a copy of my renters insurance policy. But they require declaration page that shows coverage applies all over the world. That detail is not mentioned online. Buyer beware.

The onsite staff is incredible. Aaron went above an beyond to ensure we had a great experience. Unfortunately, CubeSmart and just about every storage place in America are not with the digital age--you can't pay for or sign the lease without being physically present, making moving cross country and coordinating truck rental and movers extremely challenging. Due to this factor, I ended up with a too small unit and the hassles of transferring a unit lease. Moving is stressful enough without these added frustrations.

The people here are very helpful with getting things done quick. I love that my belongings are safe. They have security on sight. Cameras all over. I have not had any problems and would recommend them on the spot.
