When we signed the contract we were told we would have 24/7 access to our stuff in the unit. But we are denied entry before 6am. Which defies half the purpose of having a storage with access controls that don’t require people to let you in and out

I'm very disappointed with this particular location and their new manager. I've been using their storages for several years and for three days that my payment was overdue, he put a lock on my door. I ask him run the credit card on file and didn't do I have asked several months ago to put a rope on my door to pull it down and they haven't done it. I ask them to treat for rats and they haven't done it. But it comes to payment they want their money on time or they will lock you out.

Very convenient, able to rent my unit online the manager called me almost right after i finished and walked me through the location she was really informative and very friendly i wish i remembered her name. I had movers deliver my stuff so I didn't put eyes on the property but based off my conversation with the lady in the office over the phone I'd recommend anyone rent here!

I left cubesmart due to horrible management all the way around cori is not work the paper her name is on, the DVP is worthless when you call to speak to him about the issues he thinks is a joke the two managers under him are the same they take nothing serious on Friday as I was moving out Cori was in house slippers so professional the restroom has been nasty for over a week you still can’t use the soap dispenser because the Baterys are dead and these are all apart of her duties as a manger of this property the hallways are mostly with dirty and dusty doors I will not recommend anyone to rent at this property unless you like a nasty person with a nasty customer service attitude

Not great anymore, move in was fine but less than 6 months in they have increased the rate by 25% monthly. Went in to talk to them about it and was told nothing they can do about it and the rates go up every 6 months. WOW, I guess the demand must be really high for these units. RENTER BEWARE: TRICKY PRICING. Will never rent from Cubesmart again. Quite disappointing ????

They are awful, I canceled on the 6th of the month and they wouldn’t credit me any of the month so I paid for 3 weeks I will not even use and this was after I was told to give a few days notice of move out and they would cancel it ~ no one ever said that I would have to pay the whole amount. Bottom Line Up Front: Their District Manager Mike has this place running very smoothly! When I first called this location, I spoke with the store manager Kim and she was extremely helpful and thorough in explaining their amenities. Upon arrival to see their facilities, I was met by their desk manager Ian. Ian was immensely helpful and elaborated in detail on some additional services they provided and gave me a tour of the facility. He took his time showing me around and politely answered all my questions; their entire team is very professional and a delight! This facility is secure to include a fence and requires a pass code to get in and out. They also have boxes, pad locks, and other items needed for proper secure storage of your personal effects. They can be relied on to provide the best guidance on any additional items you might need. I strongly recommend you consider using this location for your storage needs!

Close to home and the guy that answers the phone is friendly enough, but literally THE MOST EXPENSIVE storage place around. What they call "climate controlled" is the same temperature as outside. I guess it just means you can get out of the rain while you move in your stuff (but you don't have a prayer of getting a breeze).Three months after we got the space, they raised the rent $22 a month. No contracts, so they can do whatever they want! Go somewhere else!

Lorie was very professional, it getting me logged in and arranged with my vehicle site. During my set up of the truck that took some time they cared so much to come and check on me as I was preparing my truck to be stored in their facility externally and even help out with lending me a wrench to remove my aerial to allow the cover to be installed. I followed the instructions on what to do, to store your vehicle and protect it as best as possible for the next 6 months. They are a great team at Cubesmart Pearland 1919 E Broadway Street. When we sold our home, we needed a place to store our things. Amy made us feel like part of the family. She was quick and attentive. When she was out, her counterpart was just as awesome! Since then, Lori has been terrific to work with! Being able to use their moving van was an unexpected blessing! We have had a wonderful experience with Cubesmart and will ALWAYS consider them for our storage needs. The facility is climate controlled, clean, and bug free. That matters when you store an entire household! I've had to go back to it periodically and NEVER see a bug inside my unit! Great experience from great people!

Did you know they have packing supplies? These are, hands down, the best boxes I have ever found! They are sturdy and don't collapse if you stack them and....they have handles!! Really helps on moving day! Great customer service at this location. If they are out on the property, all you have to do is call the number they post on the door and they will come right up to the office and help you. I've bought all of my moving supplies here and the quality just can't be beat. Moving kits, bubble wrap, tape, foam wrap...anything you need on moving day.

I have nothing but praise for Kurt and Aimee. They are both fabulous and go over and above the call of duty to make sure that their clients are taken care of. I had rented a second storage facility so that I could move my father down to live with me. I truly had planned to be able to make the move in one day, so Kurt was able to give me a 24 access just in case we didn't get the trucks here before the 10:00 closing. As it turned out, it was a 2 day ordeal and we were going to be late getting into town Sunday night, as well. In my panic, I realized that my 24 hour access had expired. I made a call to the customer service line and they were able to call Aimee in order to verify that I would still be able to access the property after hours. I couldn't ask for better customer service. Everyone is always so friendly and when I took my dad by to see where his furniture was being stored, he was so pleased. You know, first impressions are lasting ones. My dad looked around and said, "Wow this is a clean please & it smells good too". He was very happy. He said he knows that the people who work there, take pride in what they do and it shows. This is coming from an 85 year old man, who even though he's sick is very methodical and appreciates great service. Thanks for all your hard work. You're doing a great job....much appreciated! The people at Cubesmart could not have been more helpful. From the time we moved into the storage to when we moved out two years later. We were working overseas and they were most accommodating to the time change and phone calls we would make requesting information. The ease of paying online could not have been easier to handle. When it came time for us to move out I ask if they could help us by letting people in. They let our big truck come in without having to get out and punch in the code. The management there will assist you with all your needs!! Ask your questions and they can give you solutions. Highly recommended Cubesmart to several of our friends.

Kurt and Aimee are awesome! Friendly and extremely helpful in deciding what size was our best option! Not to mention suggesting other items and supplies we needed. We felt right at home. Definitely glad we chose this location!! Always a pleasure walking into a place of business and being greeted by happy and friendly faces!!! It just made our decision that much easier! We shopped the competition and this by far was the best choice!

The General Manager Kurt Johnson needs to learn how to speak with customers appropriately. He acts as if he owns the store and if he did... we would not have rented from CubeSmart. If it were not for Store Manager Ms Aimee Thomas, we would have gone elsewhere. The store is clean, and well organized....this does not make up for a rude and discourteous EMPLOYEE like Kurt Johnson.

As a small business owner I highly recommend this CubeSmart location! For many years I've had approximately 2500 sqft of floor space there instead of moving to a warehouse because of the security, easy access, cleanliness, and, most importantly, the customer service. They are not the cheapest in town, but they're miles above their cheaper competitors. The difference is worth the extra money.

I never take the time to write reviews for businesses (either positively or negatively) however the woman here was so friendly and helpful she deserved it. If she was a waitress serving me dinner in a restaurant, I would give her an extra big tip. If I ever need a storage room again in the future, this is the first place I would come.

Staff is extremely helpful and courteous. They went above and beyond to help me in acquiring a unit. They stayed late to make sure I could sign paperwork due to my work schedule.. Keep up the awesome work.
