Everything is fine here until you have issues the back row near the field is not managed for bugs, lizards annything coming out that feild looking for shelter into those back storages. John is not very helpful Some people he is more willing to help than others. Just know you are on your own if you run into any issues with your unit.

The property was always clean. There were no broken-down cars on the property, no trash collecting outside the storage buildings, and no trash buildup at the dumpster. The management was ALWAYS very nice and professional. The manager never got upset with me when I forgot my unit number (I changed units twice in four years) and he never got upset when I asked for a copy of the gate code, which I misplaced several times over the years.

I have a small business office at this location. I have been at this particular location since 2015 and I love it! My office rental rate is reasonable and the overall atmosphere is positive. There are security cameras in several areas on the premises, which makes me feel safe when I'm working after hours. Also, the front office staff, Mr. Jon and Mr. Leonard are very helpful! When I have questions or concerns regarding my small office/storage, both gentlemen are always willing to promptly assist me. I recommend this location to any small business owners who are seeking small offices to house their businesses as well as to anyone needing storage for their personal belongings. My experience could not have been more pleasant. Signing up for a new unit was quick and easy. Everything was explained to me very clearly and their process flowed well. In a matter of minutes, I was singed up for auto -pay, had a new lock in hand, and had inspected my unit. They are very courteous and eager to help. We went in to see if CubeSmart was right for us, and walked out with a rented unit. Leonard was very helpful, answering all of our questions. He was very honest about their pricing, and genuinely seemed to want to help us. He had multiple units in the size we wanted, and talked about the pros and cons of each, and gave his recommendation as to which he would pick. The location is good, with easy access to Broadway, and a cross street with a light. The units and buildings are clean. No flooding from Harvey. Security cameras everywhere. Jon lives onsite.

DORIS is a DOLL!!! Always willing to help you out in a pinch. We have a non-climate controlled unit. Not sure if this is why or not, but I am guessing there is not a lot of bug control??? I killed a spider the size of my palm!!! Other miscellaneous bugs. They hiked up the rent without proper notice. Doris helped me out and adjusted it as best as she could. $5 is $5. Thanks Doris. Easy to get in and out, love that I can call in for them to take the payment over the phone rather than be charged online or have to go in.

Needed extra storage after moving to Pearland and went to CubeSmart to have my POD delivered. The manager Brenda did an outstanding job assisting with me and very friendly. When the POD was delivered, I was stuck at the AT&T store and she let him in and set my container in the correct location, as I arrived, the driver was just about done and had everything in order for me. This facility was very clean and open and would recommend it to anyone that needs some extra storage.

I received a registered letter notice from "Private Mini Storage", and called to find out what it was about, since I wasn't behind on my account, what would it be for? My account was at the 1919 Broadway location, and apparently, they sold it. The never sent anything saying that it was sold, so when I call the number that was given to me, I found out that it was out of service. So I call another location, thinking I could get some kind of answers from them. I call the 800 number that is located on their website. I ask about the storage facility at 1919, and they guy just says "They sold it"... I'm thinking... OK... "So who did they sell it to?" Him: - "That's business matters, if you want to know, you'll need to go over there and find out".... Me "I'm not in Pearland anymore, I can't just walk over there and find out" Him - "Then call the operator - you know - Dial 0"... Me - "The registered letter came from you guys, so you should be able to tell me what it's about". Him: "No, that's business matters, I don't know why they sent you anything". Me - "Well, is there a main number that I can call to find out? There has to be some kind of way for me to find out why YOUR company sent me a registered letter". Him "You can dial 0. I'm not giving out any information to you, it's business matters". Me - "I made a contract with YOU guys, and YOU stored my stuff, so I have a right to know what you did with my stuff, and if someone else is in charge of it now... Don't you think?" Him - "No, it was sold, I don't have to give you any information on it" So extremely rude. Very condescending. And why? Why be that rude? Their company sent me the registered letter, not the company that has the storage unit NOW.... So why can't they tell me why THEY sent it to me? And why be so secretive as to who owns it now? This is customer service???? I wouldn't have them store my things now, even if they were free. Think about if you had an issue with your account, or an issue with some things that were left in storage... Is this the kind of treatment that you would want greeting you? No wonder they had to sell that location... If this is their standard of customer service, I would assume that other locations aren't too far behind to be sold. There's no way that you can keep a company going with the poor customer service that they exhibit.
