I came to this location unsure of what exactly I needed as my family is preparing for a very difficult time in our lives. I met the most respectful, professional and intelligent Manager named Jordan. Her personality and smile was so welcoming. She showed me several size units with excellent space. I wasn’t sure what all I will be storing just yet but I will definitely be storing here. The property and office is nice and clean. The office is one of a kind! The merchandise is organized; it’s clean, neat and in the fall spirit. Very strong and sturdy boxes, I just couldn’t resist. They jack the price up every year and we were paying twice as much for as the units rent for now. The renting price for new customers was $262, list price was $309, and we were paying $505! We repeatedly asked for it to be adjusted; we had five large climate controlled units, and moved every last one and are saving $1000 per month!

I discovered that my storage locker was broken into on the day I came to move my items to another facility. Anyone can see inside the smallest size storage lockers, as there is an almost 2 inch gap on the top and bottom of each door. They advertise cameras throughout, but only have cameras at the gate and at the office. Do yourself a favor and find a more secure facility that is willing to provide a better quality experience.

the pricing is high but understandably so due to the cleanliness and professionalism at this store. I came last week and Chris showed me a few storage spaces which were cleaner than I have ever seen at a storage. Denas upbeat attitude made me want to rent so bad but the pricing for what I need is just out of my budget range unfortunately. If I wasn't going through a divorce and had no money issues I would store at this location rather than going to public storage where I feel I'm forced to go because of money at the moment. Thank you Dena for the excellent tour of the property. I am looking to store business items here, and the need for safety is heightened. She informed me of police who sit around her property, that she tours the property all day and evening, she showed me how well lit the property is. I helped a customer at this facility move in, and Kimberly was so helpful. We were in and out of the facility moving and could tell she was busy because she said her manager was at another store, yet she handled a full office really well. We constantly had to go back and forth asking for carts and she was on top of it every time. Thank you for your attentiveness and nice demeanor. I have a Storage at the Pearland 288 and 518 and your EMPLOYEE Tiffany approached my storage while I was moving out and stated that the manager Dena said that I needed to come and pay my storage balance and she was gonna stand right there until I came to the office to pay it. I didn’t appreciate (just rude) I asked her are you accusing me of stealing and not paying my bill I’ve always paid my bill why would Dena say that and I told her I would be there to pay my bill once I got everything out I didn’t appreciate it at all. I have always been treated with professionalism and kindness from Dena and her other employees I’ve been here a long time. Boy, I tell ya! The reviews don't lie here. I was looking up places to buy boxes and came across this cubesmart location with boxes. I went in to a nice lady by Dena who greeted me a few feet from the door. I never have been greeted at the door except for at a restaurant. Unfortunately, the very small box that I need, she did not have. I explained to her what I was trying to ship to my son, and she told me right where to go to get the box I needed, and they had it. While I didn't buy anything, she still helped me, and most businesses don't do that either. If it weren't for her, I am not sure where I would have found the perfect fitting box. I would have never thought to go where she lead me. Thank you.

My brother stores here, but it's my stuff. Let me tell you! I just got a new phone and had been calling cubesmarts all over pearland and manvel areas looking for Dena! Everyone said they did not know her. I kept asking some managers if there is a way to find her in the system because I need to pay my bill, all answers were no! I can't remember who I got, but it was a gentleman who helped me. He knew her! I was so excited because almost everyone kept telling me they will look me up in their system and i kept saying no no no youre not dena, i KNOW denas voice, i know her personality, we talk! I finally got to dena because of the man who helped me get her store phone number. I came in to this location to ask about Office spaces and Dena Marie was moving a woman into a storage. My overly hyper daughter was with me running back and forth through the office. i kind of felt bad.Dena found a moment to pause with lady moving in and very politely asked if she could speak to my daughter. I told her I was sorry for the inconvenience. She asked what inconvenience and bent down in front of my daughter and asked if she would like to color. My daughter loves coloring. She led my daughter to a seating area with coloring books and crayons which helped keep my daughter occupied. When Dena was done with her customer, she let me know there were no office spaces available at this location and let me know that there are many other cubesmarts in the area with office availability, led me to the cubesmart website, helped me navigate through it on my phone and the rest of the time my daughter was quiet. I wish there was an office available at this location because the way she handled my daughter, myself, and the lady renting all at once was very professional. awesome person.

I stored with this specific Cubesmart in 2018 because of the convenient location. I ended with a different mindset. When I first rented, it was not the cleanest, but it was ok. Staff wasn't the friendliest, but again, convenience mattered. All I can say is Dena really flipped this location upside down since her pleasantry entered. Now, in 2020, the place looks 100% different. Clean, friendly, helpful, nice, outstanding service. I didn't leave for any reason other than moving from the area. 5 stars here! I would like to start off by thanking Cube Smart for hiring customer oriented and wonderful staff. I recently moved out, and not because I wanted to. I actually enjoy seeing the face of Dena and her associates. Recently, I met Tiffany who is a pleasure as well. I had to move because the location is too far for me now. I am older and hard of hearing (I have partial hearing aids and read lips better) and Dena is always in the office when I need (or needed) her. She put herself in the position to slow her speaking and to speak a bit louder for me, without me asking her to do these things. She just knew somehow, and for that, I appreciate her beyond what I can express. She made things very easy and understandable for me. Most places that I go to will grab a pen and paper to communicate with me, and Dena never had to do that. She understood me, and I was able to understand her words as she lipped them to me. To starters the property is excellent, but that is not by mistake, it is because the staff goes above and beyond to make it spotless. You can tell when the normal staff is working because you cant find a spot not in excellent condition. I will say Ms. Dena runs a tight ship! Everything from clean hallways, spotless bathrooms, air blown units, inspections, customer service, OCD organization of front office! This is by far the best storage unit we visited when we were looking to established our brand and Dena won us by the "non standard" features. The way she conduct herself, from the professional yet friendly presentation to the very well verse of the cube smart products and support tools for small businesses owners. She was always being extremely attentive, flexible and diligent. I can see that our business neighbors also enjoy her support and she is ALWAYS willing to help us with FedEx, USPS, UPS deliveries. Everyone knows how hard she works for the small business owners and she also helps introducing owners that can benefit from each other. I personally believe that our experience with cube smart would have not be the same if Ms. Dena would not have been our salesperson and our manager. Her "always can" and just self driven, resourceful personality are a KEY to our successful relationship with out location and also a KEY to our GROWTH. I stored heres ome time ago with my mom when Andrea and Dena were working together. Now I think someone else is with Dena because a Tiffany answered the phone, which she sounded very nice. When I spoke with dena she actually remembered my mom and i which was shocking and now she is the manager, so i congratulated her. I got an e-mail by accident the other day and called cubesmart asking Dena to explain what the e-mail was about. It turned out it was an email sent from many months ago that my mother didn't notice the date on. Dena was able to explain things to me so i could calm my mother down. She was in an uproar thinking she owed cubesmart some money. After a little investigation and failure to see the sent date by my mother, Dena helped us, as usual. If anyone in my family in the pearland or surrounding areas needs storage, this is our storage home, unless Dena leaves. She truly is a great manager and takes time out of her day to help in any way she can even when she is surrounded with people needing things from her. I have seen her politely handle a handful of customers at once, months ago, with ease. Such a people person, not a nervous vein in her body. She needs a pay raise! I was shopping around for storage, as I have never rented a storage space before. I have been to Public Storage, U-haul, and Cubesmart. Cubesmart is a little pricier than what I have looked at, and I mentioned that to the receptionist, Dena. She had every reason as to why Cubesmart in Pearland would be a bit more pricier than the next place just blocks away. Every question that I had, she had an answer for it. Every problem I told her I was about to face with my families move, she had a resolution. In the next few months when I need storage, I will be renting at Cubesmart and at this location. I have never seen someone so excited and people pleasing. Customer Service is great here.

In the last year this facility has done a full turn around. Bert was an amazing person, very personable, but since the place has been taken over by Andrea and Dena, the facility is cleaner, rules are more strict, and it feels so much safer. Every so often I get a call from Dena Marie because she knows I use storage for my business every so often when needed to see if I need space. I've also dealt with Bert and Andrea who are also some of the most personable people I have encountered. This location is by far better than any north side location that would be nearer to my home, but customer service and gate matter a great deal to me.

I’ve had a storage unit here at this location for almost 2yrs. I was approached by Dena today stating that I’m at my storage too much. She said that my car being parked in front of MY STORAGE THAT I PAY RENT AT was a problem to people. She claimed that since I’ve had my storage, I wasn’t there as much before. What business is it of yours or anyone else’s how often I’m at my storage. Especially seeing that I’m only there doing business hours only. I don’t cause problems. I mind my own business. And wish people would do the same. The source of all this I believe is Racism. A black man in a new Cadillac minding his own business is a issue to people. Welcome to Pearland....

This Cube Smart location is awesome!!! They are always so pleasant. Dena and Bert are great people to work with. Bert gave me a tour of my unit prior to moving in to make sure that it accommodated my belongings. He made sure that I was confident that my belongings would fit. It worked out perfectly when it came to my move-in date. I went in the day prior to moving in to complete my paperwork. The process was smooth, simple, and quick. Dena was exceptional during this process. A little while later, I needed to move some stuff out and downsize to a smaller unit. I talked with Dena over the phone and assured me that there would be s unit available for me. She went ahead and reserved it for me and I was good to go. This time, Bert did my paperwork and he was exceptional as well. Everything was set and I was good to go. It was time for me to pay rent and oops, I forgot about it. Fortunately, Dena sent me a reminder email letting me know that it was due. This was very accommodating and convenient. Otherwise, I had completely forgotten that I even had stuff in storage, smh. Much gratitude goes out to Dena for reminding. All we could do was laugh when I went in to make my payment and I told her the story. By the way, they always greet you as soon as you walk through the door. Thar is very welcoming. Overall, it has been an amazing experience with Dena and Bert at Cube Smart. Additionally, their prices are pretty fair and online discounts are available through booking on their website. I would highly recommend this location to any and everyone.

Bert Ellis and Nancy Gomez are wonderful employees. they have always taken wonderful care of my needs during the last year and a half after the flood on June 4th 2016 that destroyed my home. My only complaint is the direct line to this store is not a direct line, I still have to wait thru the recordings as if I had called the 800 number. I will really miss Bert and Nancy, now that I am back home. Should I ever need storage space again, I will definitely be using Cubesmart at 3045 Business Center Drive. So I had a really good experience with the manager here, without even realizing it at first. I initially called just to find out info about getting a unit and ended up talking to Nancy. Turns out she's the manager. She helped me get a really good deal on the unit that was the right size for me, being really informative about what they had and what was best for me. Very professional throughout the whole process as well. Definitely check this place out and ask for Nancy Gomez, she's AWESOME!!

The young man took great care of me. Your golf cart was not working so well but his pleasant company help. I think his name was Joe but not 100% sure. He was an young African American male. I called first before I came out and spoke with him on the phone. He encouraged me to come out and take a look. I was glad I did. I got the storage unit. Very professional great smile and most important he know his job. Two thumbs up. I will refer you guys to my family and friends.

Ronald and Bert welcomed my son and I with great attitudes. Ronald answered all of my questions and ensured that my unit for vehicle storage was secured for the date I needed at another local CubeSmart. He didn't have a unit there but went the extra mile to make sure I had what I needed in the Pearland area. He even made sure I did not burn myself with the coffee I made during my visit, lol. I left after a nice hug and God Bless You from Ronald. The facility was extremely clean.

Bert is very friendly and helpful. He offered advise on how to get the most out of the storage space, personally showed me to the unit, was thorough in giving information regarding the rules, how to get in the secure area, and made it all very easy. This particular CubeSmart is a bit further from my home than others, but it was less expensive, less crowded, and worth the few extra driving miles.

Do not take climate controlled on second floor! I just stored some furnitures last Sunday. There is only ONE ELEVATOR access and I had to pass three fire doors to get to my unit. The doors are not wide enough to use their own cart and they don't have any stoppers to prop them open either. I'm just waiting for the day I'll have to move out. I can't even think of what I'll go through trying to move my big furnitures out! HORRIBLE experience!

Great experience dealing with CubeSmart. Phone call was smooth, all options available were explained to us and we had a follow up email immediately after the call was dropped. I had to move in this weekend and they were nice enough to let me reschedule my reservation to a day early. When I got there at 2:10pm there was a sign on the door that said they'd return at 2pm. I waited a couple minutes at the door and called them, but received no response. I went to sit in my uhaul truck and a young man hopped the fence, we wanted to get in the office for some reason and hit the glass door a few times, waited there and then got fed up and hopped the fence again. Around 2:20 an older light complected gentleman finally came to unlock the door. He asked me if was the one who was hitting the glass door, and I told him that I wasn't, he seemed skeptical but went on with our business anyway. When approaching the desk, his desk phone began to ring but he didn't pick up. I then noticed the security monitors showing the back gate (I recognized the young man who jumped the fence earlier, standing outside his car at the back gate, appearing to be on his cell phone). I told the older gentleman that the young man who hit the glass was right there on the screen and that he seemed to be having trouble getting out and that he may be the one calling. He looked at the screen and hit a button that opened the gate. Immediately the phone stopped ringing and the stranded young man left. He told me that people always put the wrong code in when entering and leaving. While signing my documents and all, he asked me if I brought "laborers" with me (I really wanted to look past this statement considering the fact that I'm Hispanic, but it really did rub me the wrong way) I smiled and told him that I brought 1 person with me and left it at that. He gave me my code to get into the gate and left the office to begin moving in. We pulled up to the gate and entered the code exactly as it was written, multiple times, and the pad told me that the code was invalid. The older gentleman came out and tried imputing the code on his side of the gate and it didn't work for him either. He then scanned us in with his card. He then escorted us to my storage unit to remove the lock. He then told me that the code might not have worked because he put a 0 instead of a 3 and then told me to write it in myself and it should work. We spent a couple hours unloading the uhaul and moving my furniture into the storage unit. Thankfully there were dollies and elevators to help. Upon leaving, the code did not work and it was pouring rain while we attempted to input the code multiple times. The gentleman behind the desk opened the gate for us again. It was a frustrating day, so we just left. When we returned the next day, to move the second part of the items in a smaller truck, and I approached the desk again and the same gentleman was behind the counter. I asked him one more time to check the code because it still didn't work the day before. He told me that the first part of the code was correct, however he didn't activate the last part of the code. He believed that he didn't press "save" upon completing my entry. He then told my that my code was activated and shouldn't give me any more issues. Sure enough, this time it worked both when entering and leaving.

I was helped by Burt and Andrea in finding a storage facility for my mother. Were very thorough in showing me the property and even helped me in suggesting ways to store my things. The property is very clean as well. The one thing that immediately had me sold was the unparalleled level of service provided. I was treated so nicely with friendly smiles and light but fun conversation. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone needing a storage unit.

I've rented out storage spaces for years for my business, but it's been a while. Cube Smart has raised self-storage to whole new level. This location is crisp and clean on top of the highly organized concept of Cube Smart in general. The manager there made it easy to get signed up and moved in in just a few hours.
