They jack up rent prices manager is rude & disrespectful locked my unit even though I was told it wouldn't get locked until the next day I was in the process of moving everything out also manager "lives on property" but for some reason can't figure out who is breaking into storage units ??????? sounds like an inside job to me. Oh also if your 1 min kept after hours lol good luck getting out bc you will be kept hostage another thing they will raise your rent and your belongings will get destroyed some how or stolen Also BEWARE the insurence ur paying extra for bc my unit somehow got alot of water damaged and i had around $1,500 worth of my personal belongings destroyed had mold on items due to the water damage and my claim was denied so extra $11 for insurence that dosent even look out for u msinly looks out for the storage unit place

***BEWARE*** I understand that the manager will follow protocol. My complaint AND unhappiness comes from Mrs. Fawn NOT being as transparent as she should've been, to where I would NOT have lost my items in the storage. I stayed in constant communication with her. She'll tell you one thing instead of FULLY explaining EVERYTHING. The auction process was NOT fully explained to me. She stated that I needed to come in person to make a payment and I found out the day before I was to come to the location that I could've paid online. She could've told me to come first thing this morning, Friday, September 27th and she DIDN'T!! I did speak to her the day before to let her know that I was coming and that I would be there before she got off. When I called Mrs. Fawn to ask if my daughter could come and make the payment for me, that's when she told me that my unit had been bought and that I needed to get it paid before the "new" owners paid. It was not long, and I was sending my daughter, because I wouldn't get there fast enough and I get a call from Mrs. Fawn stating that the unit had been bought. That was the rest of my life and I had sentimental items, money and family heirlooms in there. My heart is beyond broken, it's shattered!! When I was last there, it smelled like urine in the building. The AC was pretty warm, to say it was climate controlled. There is no additional safety mechanism in place to get into the building once you are past the gate. If anyone goes onto the property, they can just walk in the building. I didn't see any cameras where building F is located. When you call corporate, you have to leave a message or email. I would HIGHLY suggest Uhaul. They are VERY transparent and they will work with you, UNLIKE Cubesmart. I wish I would've left my items at Uhaul!! So, please BEWARE of this facility!!! All they care about is adding all kinds of fees and NOT trying to work with you, when you have a hardship.

Easy rental process all from the convenience of my phone. Was able to select my desired unit, reserve it, pay for the reservation and receive all the information to get in/out/setup in a matter of minutes. I had to call and push my reservation back 1 day, and the lady helping was kind and efficient. The hallways are plenty wide, and they have an ample amount of units. Definitely happy with my choice this far.

Fawn and Mario i thought were initially professional and knowledgeable. I reserved a covered parking spot for a rate of 177.00 a month. When I went in they said the rate was 179.00. 2 bucks different, not a big deal. I specifically asked if this was the price with tax included. They said 179 a month was it. I said ok. They persist I make an awesome review which I did at first. Then I find they charged me over 200 hundred dollars and that there was a parking tax that they did not disclose and charged me an admin fee which they also did not disclose when I reserved my spot. I argued that is not the price we agreed on and she basically said tough stuff. Not knowledgeable nor courteous. Did not try to honor the original rate.

Manager Fawn was so very helpful. I added one more unit and she did an excellent job. The ONLY drawback is how flimsy the walls are in the climate controlled building. I have had other climate controlled units and they were strong as an ox. These I can move around very easily. But Fawn is a funtastic manager at this location.

Clean, accessible facility, site seemed secure too the whole time I was there (4+ years). My climate controlled spot stayed clean and dry. They had a couple rodent issues during my stay (feces in my spot, once a dead rat) but they also kept trapping/poison. My guess is that had to do with people bringing them in with their stuff and they kept killing them so I can't complain on that much. Unfortunately they punish long term renters b hiking rates about twice a year and they keep going up even once well past the market going rates. I asked and couldn't get a long term contract. So I moved 10 units down, same facility, on a 'new' rental and saved 50 a month (no joke) at least till the ear was up and they started hiking rates again. M advice, if your renting long term, look for a place with a contract option, theytake advantage of how inconvenient it is too move once your here until the price you out.

The facility is fine. The local, district and corporate management is unscrupulous. Customer service at Cubesmart is absent at all levels. My only advice is to discount anything that is told to you verbally at the local level. They will tell you that instead of giving you the one month free as advertised they will spread it out over your first year. Not true. They will tell you if you call in and pay your first year contract off in full before your 6 month anniversary you can lock in your original rate for the next 6 months. Not true. After month 5 they sent me a bill with a 20% increase. When I tried to pay the remaining months off to get my original lower rate, everyone at all levels were mute on the subject. They basically know that once you have your stuff moved in they can treat you however they want. Go somewhere else.

Not only was my move unexpected, the time frame in which I had to move was extremely quick. When I arrived at cube smart I was under a lot of stress that day and Rose greeted me with a smile that I needed. I had spoken with her on the phone earlier and was met with the same professionalism when I arrived. She explained everything in detail and what I would be obligated to pay upfront and monthly. The price didn’t change when I got their either. I’ve had to come back to my storage unit several times and she will go out of her way to check on me to make sure everything is OK and if I need anything. This storage facility stands out from the others with a friendly staff willing to go out of their way to help and affordable pricing. We have been using them for several months and they have been very accommodating. The facility is clean, well maintained and secure. I would definitely recommend this location without hesitation. Drove down from Tulsa OK with a fully loaded truck and a confirmation number in an email and was told they didn’t have a unit for me. When I said they even called me on Saturday to confirm, she said her general manager is the one I spoke with and she must have rented the unit to someone else after she spoke with me. Total BS not happy.

Had my household goods stored here for 7 years in the climatized storage units. Everything was fine when I got it out recently. The managers were always very helpful. It was well lit and secure. I would recommend to anyone looking for storage unit.

I have two units with this facility and each time I have gotten one, Miss Jayven has been the one helping me. I enjoy coming to my spaces knowing that I will always be taken care of. I liked the place, had my things there 1.5 years. Walked in found my lock was changed (I am current on my payments) and an additional lock from the facility placed on it. Got into my locker and 1/2. my things were stolen. Funny thing is all the locked there look identical and its the same one she gave me as a replacement. I say don't ise them if you do make sure the unit is out front on the open by the cameras.

Gudrun is the oroperty manager for this location. The best I've dealt with ever. She is courteous, always looked for the best deals for me; she keeps the property extremely clean and has a good rapport with tenants. She goes the extra mile even when she doesnt have too. If youre fortunate enough to get a unit here (because tney may be full - thats how good she is), then you wont worry about your items not be secured. She's on it!!!!!

The manager was very nice and professional. She helped me find what I needed at the best price, and didn't try to upsell me to something I didn't need. The prices are very competitive and the grounds are clean and secure. It is a professional operation. I did not plan ahead and needed to buy a lock. I figured I was paying to much for it, but after I priced locks of similar style and quality elsewhere and CubeSmart's price was reasonable. I am very happy doing business with this firm.

Wow. Vigda Hernandez is just wrong. I have had a unit at this location for 5+ years and have never received anything but kind words from the people there. Since I have been there, they have had multiple managers come and go, but every one of them has been nice to me. They are always "Yes sir" and "No sir" and the lady and I even sometimes get off on conversations about pets, the weather and general B.S.. Please ignore Vigda, as he/she probably was having a bad day and just needed someone to vent at.
