Overall, the storage was nice and safe. I gave a grade seven because I had to pay the month's amount for one day. I was moving on January 2nd and paid for an empty storage. My hands were tired, because, I did not need my things to be confiscated.

Would give a 0 if I could, the rent goes up monthly and they charge any fee that they can. Its unaffordable to add $50-$100 onto someone account every other month then your up to $300 before you know it

Jodi was great! She helped me solve an age old problem and a point of frustration for many people with storage units…EASE OF ACCESS. We have had a storage unit here for 8/9 years and always wanted an easier way to get in the gate, today I went in because I was having an issue with the gate opening (user error, no fault of cubesmart) so I went inside to make sure I had the right code. After informing me that I in fact had the right code but I was putting it in wrong, I asked, “Are they ever going to look into getting a clicker for the gate?” Jodi, with great enthusiasm said… Just go on the App! Thank you for this tidbit, immediately downloaded the app, Jodi then said try it, we watched on the security monitor and … VOILÁ! The gate opened!

It was useful for me at the time. The air-conditioning didn't blow that good, yet they kept going up on the rent. Not sure why they went up when no water or lights on every day. When I moved out it was dead roaches all over and I never had roaches or rats. They stated if I get a unit today, I would be paying more. So to me they going up when they want. Why charge me for what the new customer would when I already had a contract. The people was nice, but the place itself was not.

Update 11/21/20 I just wanted to take the time to edit my post. The current district manager Brian Serafine called me and made sure I was heard. We discussed my concerns I encountered during my June to Nov stay at this property and assured that things will be addressed. He is extremely polite, respectful and genuine, making sure the Customers that go to his district are taken care of and experience the Customer Service deserved. It's hard to find that nowadays. I will definitely give this location and district a second chance if I ever find myself needing more storage. I had a very pleasant experience with the staff here. They were very helpful and informative before I got there and also made sure that everything was in order before I made it to Houston.. I also put my lock on my Cube incorrectly and they gave me a call back to let me know it was done wrong but I was already out of town and they make sure that he got put on there right.. Very helpful people

So far, so good. Staff friendly and helpful. Location is right down the street from my home, so can get to the storage easily. Plenty of room for my overflow and the climate control is perfect. Pricing not bad either.

Good price, and Cynthia Frias was very knowledgeable, nice, and so helpful. Everything was explained well and I would definitely use CubeSmart again. When we accidentally stayed after the gates closed for the day, their customer service was also very nice and made it easy for us to get out.

As a customer, curb appeal of a storage facility and clean units are important to me. Working with your representatives is a pleasure whether it is on the telephone or an in person visit. They are very knowledgeable of the business and have always been helpful when securing a unit based on my needs.
