Horrible customer service they will lie to you about their prices if you are trying to downsize the lady in the office will give you a different price for what you are paying not honest with you at all. I will not use their storage service again highly recommend going somewhere else.

The facility is ok, but the rate went up so ridiculous. From $200 to $500 in 4 years. It is insane. They should think smart. Is better to get a customer for a lower amount that is happy than to keep increasing with no incentives.

Jerome was everything you could wish for!!! He was helpful, kind, gentle, and pleasant to speak with. I was so happy to be greeted by him the following morning at opening, compared to my previous conversation with Craig the day before. I would have given 5 stars had Craig been more helpful. Our travel trailer was stolen from this location. It has been there since purchase in 2018. However, it's not as secure as it's made out to be and CubeSmart will take no responsibility or liability. It's secure getting in with a keypad, but exiting only requires a push of a button. Cameras aren't operable. Anyone can scale the fence and push the button to open the gate to allow a thief into the facilty to steal your property. We trusted this facilty to be secure and under 24/7 surveillance, but unfortunately that wasn't the case. Staff has always been friendly, however. BEWARE!!!BEWARE!!!BEWARE!!!

I visited this location today and was impressed. I was met by general manager Jerome Davis. He was patient answering all of my questions and actually listened to my concerns and needs. Jerome was polite, friendly, and knowledgeable and reassured me regarding my issues. He didn't try to just sell me a unit to make money, he actually helped guide me to what I really needed. I enjoyed my interaction with Jerome and look forward to working with him in the future. ***Google won't let me add a new review, only "update". So, I have to add that Tiffany Weasby is awesome as well! I had a problem with my combo lock and Tiffany, after making her rounds, was nice enough to call and tell me! I was there within 30 minutes to fix my lock and thanked her profusely! Tiffany made sure I did not lose my items and made sure my unit was secure. This location is amazing!

I am completely blown away by the customer service that I received at this location. This was our first storage unit, and, to be honest, I had no idea what to expect. The staff was extremely patient as we searched for our insurance information during the reservation process, even thought it was after closing time. Additionally, we were unfortunately not able to be at the site when the movers came and they were willing to meet our movers at the site and show them to our unit. I was blown away by not only their willingness to accommodate us, but their attitude in doing so. I highly recommend this location!

Rented at this location not once but twice, jennifer and her team were great with their customer service. the facility is small but very friendly and cozy.The units are unique but workable, the grounds are clean and the office is always neat. The cameras make me feel the facility is secure All they need is more space and a truck on site.......

We had a great experience with this location from the first time we walked in to rent a space till the phone call I made to turn it back in. Jennifer Thomas was very understanding when inclimate weather prevented us from getting our last bit of stuff out in the specified time. My wife and I will use them again and will recomend them to our friends. Who said customer service is dead. Found some here.

Highly Recommend. We have parked our Motor home here for more than a year. The office staff is always friendly and helpful. She always makes you feel more like family than a customer.
