The elevator by our unit has been out of service for more than 2 months! when assistant manager was questioned when this would be repaired, rudely said she has no idea and that elevators are broken all over Pearland! We pay $250/month, totally unacceptable! Found new pace with working elevators for more than half the price!

Biggest waste of time and money. DO NOT RENT ON LINE. It is now worth the time or frustration. I unfortunately had to rent on Memorial Day because I had a job i had to start the next day. Research and found this company and went with them because they offered online access. NOPE not true at all. I even called customer service only to be told someone will call me back. I can’t trust the system to give a code that works so what are the chances I’ll get this resolved? I’ll update.

I was given price for my unit told that there would be no extra fee to move from 3rd floor to 1st floor, after moving my things in I received a call quoting pricing I never agreed to,when I spoke with Kimberly she acted as though she didn't recall any of the pricing she gave me and basically told me to sign contract or move my things,totally unexpected and unacceptable experience.I was quoted $102.00 for a 10x15 and forced to sign a contract for $266.00 for a 10x20 In which I was told I was receiving a 10×15.

Tour of facility was impressive -- clean, secure with good lighting. Location is also great for less I-288 traffic headaches. Great customer service by the Extra Space folks and Kim (on-site mgr) was very helpful with the tour, answering questions, fast reservation process and I am very happy with my two new rental units. 5 stars all around.

When I relocated from MD to TX, I contacted Extra Space Storage - they were able to assign me excellent storage space just minutes from my new home. The facilities were very clean, and the staff always friendly and helpful. And I personally felt the need to use my code to enter the gates, enter the building, and use the elevator to get up to my storage space was great and ensured the safety of my belongings. If I need storage in the future, I will definitely use Extra Space again.

Great storage location and service. Kim is great and very helpful and attentive to customer needs. Property is clean and unit is secure and good size for the money. Only issue now is end of month being busy when I need to drop off boxes or bins. Everyone seems to be parking at same end of building which restricts elevator access and dolly use. Worked around it. In and out quickly. Thanks!

Kim made changing storage sites very easy for me. She showed me available size units on the initial visit and followed up by phone afterwards. When moving there today she had forms easy to complete on her computer and made the process quick. I would recommend this site to anyone needing more space. It is new, clean and convenient.

I called around to several places to get pricing and information about the sizes of the storage unit that would be offered. The service I have received from the people at Extra Storage Space by far surpasses any experience I have had with any storage space ever. The people are friendly and super helpful. They are more than willing to go out of their way to be sure our move is seamless. Additionally, the facility is extremely clean and well-kept. It is also very safe and secure. This place is amazingly clean....walking with Ms kim to view my unit and options she stopped just to pick up something off entryway. Her knowledge of the prices and insurance rates gave her the abilitt to finalize the pricing on the walk back to the desk. It’s new and very clean. They have access elevators if you’re in the 2nd and 3rd floor to carry heavy furniture. Would recommend this storage. Location is great, right in the middle of west Pearland so very convenient and safe.

I am really glad that I decided to use CubeSmart Storage near the Pearland Town Center. The managers are helpful and friendly. Setting up my storage account was very easy. The facility is very clean and secure with gated entry and secure entry to all floors. Storage units are accessible at reasonable times.

My experience with Ms. Kim was great! She was very kind and professional while dealing with a difficult situation. A prospective customer came in talking VERY loudly. Ms. Kim continued the process while speaking more loudly so that I could hear. I’m not quite sure how she kept her patience because I was going to tell the guy to be quiet but another customer said “it’s so loud in here!” And the loud person lowered his voice and apologized. The grounds are clean, the access is easy, and I have had no issues with my unit! We underestimated our needs and I will be going back for another unit! I highly recommend this storage facility!
