I sold my home during covid because I could not work. I stored my belongings at cube smart in Pflugerville. Only my units were robbed. Someone who was familiar with my units, familiar I moved temporarily out of state, had time and felt comfortable to remove items from a large cart, steal my very expensive cart and other items which took many hours to accomplish. Pictures and mirrors were in that cart. Many had broken glass as evidence by my movers when I exited the unit. My computer, printer and personal items were also stolen. My other two units were also robbed. Police reports were filed. Horrible experience for me being a 78 year old woman. I suspect an employee who was present at my units when I delivered my belongings. He would ogle what was in my units. He had the time, he lived on site. I trusted this business and invested much money and suffered a great loss! Why were only my units targeted?!!! 5 units..3 years.

Used this storage site for two years and never had any issues. Property was always clean and well maintained. Management and the front office staff are very friendly and personable. Will likely come back to this property should the need arise for another storage unit.

I recently moved my stiff from Georgia to Texas. I shopped around this CubeSmart was by far the best deal AND it was climate controlled!! Next, the lady at the front desk was super nice and extremely helpful. She took her time with me to show the units, discuss prices, and dimensions on which would best accommodate me. I have to wonder what is going on here. This storage facility was recently bought out, or repossessed in some way, and I assume that contracts transfered...? Well my automatic payment went up with no explanation. They did not contact me about it, and when I contacted them, they did not respond... I am honestly left wondering if my stuff is even still there? They only called me back after I CANCELLED my credit card! Then they asked me to pay my bill... of course I did it... but they did not charge me the amount that they said they were going to; they charged me more! Then I just stopped getting a bill... Um hello... where is my stuff?!

Excellent clean facility! The first time I went there Shelley helped me out and set me up so that I can move my items into storage. She was pregnant, but she even swept the inner part of the storage which I insisted that she didn't have to. Even during my last day as I was moving things out since it was time to move things into the apartment, she was helpful and so was her manager. Both very nice people and I will definitely come back to this place if I need to store items again!

Steve and his coworker were very pleasant and helpful. Steve guided me on the code to the gate and the storage. I told him that I would not need the unit long and he advised me to let him know how long and they would hep prorate the unit for the time used. I was very pleased with his help and information and I was also very grateful to his co worker helping me also with other information.

- Great Services , I literally wen't into the office close to closing time . & The customer services is GREAT like they show you the available size storage room after they question what type your looking for and based off of that they will select the proper unit and literally will have you on your way . The Gentleman who co -assisted the manager was very helpful and polite even waited for me as well , for this to be my first time literally using a storage unit .Was a breeze and Delight . THANK YOU FOR BEING RESPECTFUL AND PATIENCE

Originally I was a little upset when I realized the office didn't open until 9:30 and my reservation didn't reflect the same time frame. Once I arrived my view changed a LOT! The people working in the office were amazing. Everyone was super friendly and they also apologized for any confusion. They quickly handled my paperwork since my movers were right behind me. I'm glad I went with this location.
