Don’t use this storage!! They won’t tell you it’s rat infested. As soon as you walk in “BAM” rat urine and poop smell everywhere in the storage (they make sure the office doesn’t smell) . The insurance will not cover the damages from the rats or rodents (They made sure to not include that). The 3rd floor has the worst infestation (not much from the 1st or 2rd). The hallways have rat poop everywhere. They will continue to tell you that they are trying to fix it but won’t tell the new storage tenants they have rat problems (it’s been going on for years). Requirements for storage here 1. Have a cleaning body suit. 2. They say use mint to keep rats at bay (doesn’t work). 3. Expect your stuff to be destroyed and peed/pooped on.

Lost all of our belingings because the building was infested with mice. When we first told them about our unit, the lady swept up the visible droppings and pushed the stuff back just spray something for mice along the edge of the unit. So clearly they are aware the building is infested and chose not to do anything about it. The 2nd floor of the building smelled very strongly of curry. As my husband was cleaning our infested unit, a mouse ran out and he killed it. Then when he went to the next bag, there were two more hopping around in the bag. Lost a TV, lots of baby items, patio furniture, exercise equipment, hall of fame picture frame, coffee and end tables, clothes, shoes, and other miscellaneous stuff. Tried to get clarification why we are paying insurance if our stuff isn't covered. The manager is very blah. He told us he can't control what is brought in. We pay to store our items here and pay insurance but no care in return. Don't waste your time or money here.

I couldn't even move my things into this facility. When we opened the unit, we noticed rat feces. I know that all units should be swept and made ready for move-in, which leaves me to belive that this happened overnight, and the rodent problem here is pretty extensive. (The other reviews here seem to confirm my suspension) If you're using this place, make sure you look before leaving your belongings.

If i could rate a 0 star i would!! BE AWARE OF RATS AND MICES!!! All of my furniture and baby belongings got ruined and had to get rid of over 2k worth of things since the pee odor was too strong and couldn't save my things. i was paying over $260 a month for over 1 year to unfortunately had to get rid of my things. the insurance refused to cover for my lost items. We trusted this place since it was new but we ended up VERY DISAPPOINTED with the service here. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS NASTY PLACE!!! YOUR BELONGINGS WILL GET RUINED. Also our Samsung Tv had water drops like something was leaking. ps we also had rented a unit inside to avoid this kind of mess. 0/10!!!

I have to agree with many of the other reviews here. There are indeed rats and mice in this storage facility, and unfortunately, the management has yet to acknowledge or properly address the issue.Management should be transparent and clearly communicate the steps they are taking to resolve the situation. It would be helpful if they posted an update online or provided details on how they plan to handle the rat and mouse infestation, perhaps by filing a complaint with the local health department or Texas attorney General consumer division following the proper guidelines to ensure the issue is properly addressed would help for them to act, any other suggestion would great. I just do not have money to pay another $175 to mover to move out .Need help !!! Please .

Move in experience was good smooth and informative. But now I have been here barely 3 days I hear rats in my neighbors storage behind me I know they are big bc they are crawling across the ceiling beams. And pooping in my unit. I was drawn to this storage facility because of their low rates, but I quickly regretted my decision. Not only did I find signs of pests in the units, but the overall cleanliness was unacceptable. It seems like the manager is too lazy to address these issues, leaving the place in poor condition. I strongly advise anyone considering this facility to be cautious. Inspect the units yourself before making any reservations—don’t be misled by the appearance of the office. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere

The staff is very friendly and kind I appreciate that so much Jessica goes above and beyond but this storage has a really bad rat infestation my stuff was literally covered in rat droppings and one of my couches had a hole the chewed through it. It’s a nice location but the rat issue is extreme people put valuable stuff in the units i cleaned cleaned and cleaned but they still kept coming in there I literally turn everything inside out to make sure food was not in there but I would come back to more rat droppings I finally moved my stuff out after 7 months thankfully nothing but a small armchair was destroyed. I’m sorry guys but I have to give a honest review I know it’s not your intention to destroy people property but people have been complaining for years there has to be some real action and accountability please do better for the sake of your customers that put their trust in you at least make the issue known letting the customer decide if they want to do business with you knowing about this and not informing the customer and then blaming the customers saying that people bring food we can’t control Them is not a great response it’s your responsibility to make sure pest control comes every week until it’s corrected I’m not emailing anyone so don’t reply with email instead call pest control to get your building back from those rats P.S those positive reviews are fake don’t fall for it if you click on profile they never reviewed anything before and the account is new don’t fall for it Rat infested go elsewhere the insurance they have and none cover rat damage please spare your items being violated by rats anyone leaving a positive review and literally peoples items are being destroyed is disgusting. I am not sure why y'all asked me to leave a review from my exit survey but here it is. Absolutely WORST experience in my life. This place is infested with rats!!! My stuff was only in storage for 3 weeks while waiting on my new apartment and it’s got ruined!! My over $100 loungfly that was in a box with other stuffed animals ruined. Worst part about it is management acts stupid and says “they aren’t aware of a rat problem” nearly all the reviews state there is a rat problem. They also said there’s no compensation they can do for me. They clearly have a rat issue. I have a friend who had her stuff in a different storage with actual food in her storage and no issue. It’s def a problem here. Manager said “all I can do for you is give you cleaning supplies and spray” that doesn’t do me any good when I already moved my stuff out. And I’m pretty sure these rats are immune to whatever spray they have. I do not recommend renting here

Reserving my unit and size information and all that Jaz was a breeze. However, I've only had this unit for 3 MONTHS ! Everything I stored was Brand-new! It was only used for 1 month prior to going in storage. I have rat droppings on all of my Belongings. Rats have chewed at my furniture. This is ridiculous. I am out alot of money. I know for a fact I didn't bring any of such with me. Moving is expensive alone. Then to find out all of your Belongings are destroyed due to a rat infested storage facility. Not to mention I had no idea the glass door shut at 10pm (I knew the gate did) needless to say, I had to leave my unit open all night with my keys in there until 6am. Something has got to be done. I have remains of dead rats. Literally a jaw bone with teeth and all!

After having this storage compartment almost 3 FULL YEARS, I just discovered rat or mouse poop in my storage area. I was super careful and clean when I moved in, and after almost 3 years, I know I did NOT bring vermin in. They would have shown themselves before now. If you look UP inside your storage unit, you will see there is no solid ceiling or covering. It is OPEN, making it easy for rats or mice to run on the beams from storage area to storage area. I'm sure someone else brought them in. Now they can crawl on the beams above and go wherever they want. The *customer service has always been excellent*, but NOW they REALLY need to address the VERMIN PROBLEM before it gets out of hand!

The Pflugerville location is infested with rodents (I didn't see any live ones but there was excrement all over items in my unit) and roaches (I saw live ones). They did not inform me of this problem (I know they are/were aware of the problem as it has been posted on other review sites) so that I could take steps to protect the items I trusted them to safely store for me. Contact with management received no response. Renter beware because their insurance does not cover damage from rodents so if you must rent here see if your renters insurance can be expanded to cover the damage this business will allow to occur.

TRIGGER WARNING!! This storage facility is INFESTED with rats. Please read throughly on all reviews. I can tell you that it is ALL TRUE. I occupied a storage unit on the 3RD FLOOR of this facility from October 2022-August of this year because of the horror I found in my belongings. Only 10 months! DO NOT get their insurance as rat damage is “excluded” from your policy and they will not cover anything lost. It all started after the freeze in February when my spouse and I went to the storage unit to load in some things that we needed for the summer. As we walked into the facility immediately you are hit with the smell and trace of rat urine and feces. When I brought this to the attention of the storage facility they said they are on it and had an exterminator spraying weekly and cleaning up the mess. Ok cool no biggie they are on it, no big deal right? WRONG. Fast forward to this august, when I was unloading boxes taken straight out of the unit into our new place, and when finally reaching the box to unpack it, a god awful smell of death hit my face and what is saw was 1 huge rat and two babies. But if you look closer, there are two tails tucked in the back right corner under the clothing. 5 dead rats. There was another box of king size bedding right as you opened it could smell the stench. We had nothing in our storage unit to attracts rats (mattresses, furniture, kitchen appliances, clothing) and had to discard HUNDREDS of dollars worth of belongings. I will continue to post this picture to show the monstrosity of an infestation this facility has. A climate controlled one might I add. Do better Bee Safe.

UPDATE: Just received a rate increase of 27% after just a few months at this location. Seems only storage companies can get away with this because the time, trouble and expense to move your possessions again and again is prohibitive. We're sitting ducks. We’ve had a great experience with Bee Smart. The location is bright, clean and secure. Jessica gave us tons of info and printed our paperwork, and furnished a direct line for any questions or concerns. 100% better service than the place we used before, bigger and cheaper! The general manager Kathy Browne in the Pflugerville, TX location was so damn helpfully. She made everything easy and her patience was great. It's really hard to find great customer service now a days, but she wowed us. You have a fantastic employee and the RIGHT person in that position. Just pure class and 100% professional. Once again, terrible service. We have a storage unit inside the building, where we noticed condensation/mold on some furniture in our unit. We pointed out this, only to be told that the unit is "climate controlled"...no offer to help, remediate the problem, or at least to TRY for a fix. We have tried TWICE in the last week to rent a wine storage unit in the last couple of weeks...got to the point of signing the additional lease (we've been a customer for several years) and demanded a copy of our insurance policy WHICH THEY ALREADY HAVE. We told them our new insurance policy doesn't renew for another month, but we could resend the current policy when we got home...at which point the manager Kathy started yelling at us. I have seen a review on Yelp about the humidity problem, and others specifically here about Kathy screaming at customers. Buyer (or renter, in this case) beware!

So refreshing to have someone like Jules during this troubled time for us. Our house was flooded during the winter storm and repairs required us to move all of our belongings. You can tell why she is the manager. She is super knowledgeable and speedy. She got us exactly what we needed right away. Great price, ask about promos. They have a free moving truck based on your stay. Ask for Jules she really is the Bee Safe Storage experience.

My boyfriend and I needed a storage unit last minute when we moved here a few weeks ago, and we could not have been happier with Bee Safe Storage. There were plenty of options when it came to sizes, and we found just what we needed. It was really clean and felt safe and secure. It was easy to reserve a unit as well as cancel when we no longer needed it, and the price is great. Definitely recommend!

The customer service and user friendly process has been amazing. My company needed a storage facility rather fast to house our COVID-19 medical supplies. We looked at a few units for weeks and none of them had everything we needed EXCEPT Bee safe! Kenzie & Morgan have been the best from day one. What I appreciate most is them calling me to let me know something has been delivered to the facility seeing as how it’s been an issue for the delivery guys to contact our company prior to delivering. I would highly recommend them any day!

DONT RENT AT THIS LOCATION. Don't waste your time. The gate is never working. The 2 girls in the office Are RUDE. They act like they are 15. They are Disrespectful. They are never in the office. This is the worst place ever. The store manager ( Morgan) and the General manager( Kenzie) are both children. No matter when I would walk in to the office they would be goofing off and horse playing. They are in no shape to be running and office. I stored at a REAL CubeSmart location and the store manger and the General manager at that location were very professional. I only moved to this location due to it was closer to my house well man I made a mistake doing so. I am very pleased that I have moved my things out and went to a REAL CubeSmart. DONT waste your time or money at this location ran by a bunch of kids. I have come in to the office and they are making copies of their face and hands ( to me wasting company money) . I have come in and they come in from the break room and they are out of breath and say they were sorry they were working out. Man get paid to work out must be nice DONT RENT HERE

The gate was wide open all weekend long and the renters were not notified of the security breech. Not happy about that. Otherwise, the facility is spotless and very, very nice. The prices are fair as well.

My initial experience was a rocky start for sure, but the new staff was tremendous at fixing communication gaps. My only recommendation is being aware of the specific lock required for thier unit. You can't get away with any luck but a cylinder one so they'll sell you one, but if you want to buy one prior you might save a few dollars. But I always knew what was happening with my bill and they were always ready to help with questions. Facility was extremely well maintained so I never worried about the condition of my unit. They even have a truck for rent that's extremely helpful for moving in and out, and it's also super affordable. Only a $100 deposit and it's completely refundable as long as you're responsible with it. All in all I'm grateful for the steps to improve from prior and I'll highly recommend them for people in the area
