*continued from previous review* Laura Robertson, the District Manger, finally spoke to me on March 25th. When I had asked if she could hold while I get my husband on the line, she rudely said that she would only like to speak to one of us. The phone call really got me nowhere, she gave the option to move our unit to another, but did tell me we would be responsible for hiring a moving company and pay out of pocket for it, and that she was crediting us a one month credit. It has now been exactly 22 days since the storm happened, and 22 days that our belongings have been wide open to the public, for anyone to grab. Had moving into another storage unit been an option, we would have 100% done so, but it wasn't an option until we asked on March 18th. The customer service is terrible. Nathan has done all that he can do to help us with the situation, other than having lack of communication with us, but the request to speak to Laura now 4 different times in the span of a week, just to get a call from a no caller ID is very frustrating. As I am posting this review, our belongings are still exposed and Plano is expected to have thunderstorms tonight. We did finally got a new lease agreement for the other unit that they had for us, but going through the lease, we noticed that there is a price increase of $62 more of what our original lease agreement was. Dealing with this company, has been a complete nightmare. We haven't felt like CubeSmart is doing all that they can to help us, they are pretty much leaving us to do everything on our own. This lack of response and urgency has been nothing short of a nightmare, and the communication and customer service across the board has got to be addressed. This has truly been a nightmare for us.

Where do I even start?!?! I rented this storage unit on February 12th to store our belongings temporarily because we were moving out of state. Not even a month later, on March 3rd, Plano was hit with a windstorm that SEVERELY damaged our unit. I wasn't made aware of the incident until two days after the windstorm (March 5th) and was left a voicemail from the manager. The voicemail stated that there had been an incident with the storage unit due to the wind storm, and to swing by the office or call customer service. Well, swinging by the office was not doable as we are now 10.5 hours away, so I contacted customer service. Customer service tried reaching out to the office multiple times to no avail. We had a friend go down to the storage unit to send us pictures of our unit, to which we fully understood the severity our unit was in. I called again to customer service the following day on March 6th and they were able to reach the emergency contact for the store to who we finally were in touch with Nathan. He told us this day that the contractors were scheduled to be at the unit in the morning to replace the door. He told me that he was going to contact his managers to see if they can somehow get it expedited or something to get our unit in better condition. We finally received pictures from CubeSmart of our storage unit, along with the information for the insurance. On March 13th, I called Nathan again and asked what the status is on the door. He said that it had to be approved. I asked for an ETA on the door being replaced and he could not give me one. I asked for more updated pictures this day, and I never received them, so we had our friend go again to send us pictures of our unit. On March 17th, we had called customer service requesting to speak with the District Manager. Was told it would take 24 hours. 24 hours came and went (March 18th) and we were still not in contact so I called customer service again and asked why we had not been contacted. That agent told me it takes 48 hours. We repeated the situation to this agent and she tried to get ahold of the DM but was unsuccessful and got us connected to Nathan. We asked if there was another unit that we can get moved into, he told me that he was trying to get ahold of his "senior" to get some sort of guidance on what they can do to get it secured, but he wasn't getting anything from them. He emailed pictures this day of what our storage unit looked like before and after he "re-secured" it. It wasn't until March 18th, that we were told that we can move our things into another unit, which is over TWO WEEKS since the storm happened. That wasn't an option given to us the first time that we had communication with the managers. March 19th came and went and we still had not heard from the District Manager. I called customer service again on March 21st and asked why we still had not been in contact with the DM. She told me it takes 2-3 business days. I have had 3 different customer service reps give me three different turn around times for the DM to get ahold of us. The customer service rep read me the notes on my account. Said that Laura Robertson, the DM, CLOSED out my request for contact, stating that the issue is being handled at a store level and gave me a one month credit for the inconvenience. I requested YET AGAIN, for Laura to contact me. This is now the 4th time I have requested contact from her. Saturday morning, on March 22 and 6:57AM, I received a phone call from an unknown number, to which I did not answer. The phone call was from none other than Laura Robertson informing me that it would take several weeks for the door to be ordered and delivered and replaced. She informed me that they do have another unit for us to transfer our belongings, but we would need to pay for our things to be moved. At this point, I was in contact with our CubeSmart storage unit in New Mexico, who got ahold of her DM, who then got ahold of Laura. Laura called me again today, March 25th, with really no resolution. *continued on another review*

For example, the payment terminals should be put on both desks. In my opinion, I don’t want to interrupt someone to pay for storage, because we started at the wrong desk. Great otherwise!

The reason for my rating is the saving grace of one of the Managers there, Michael Eaves. I had many situations going on and needed a second storage unit fairly quickly. It was not climate controlled. The front door was always open. They went up on my price just a couple months after I was there unless you catch the staff in office you have no way to get a dolly or a hand truck.

I reserved a 5x5 online at $15/mon. I got a confirmation number and a note said "you will receive an email in a few moments to lock in your rate and set up payment". An hour later, the email never came. I went to the office to finish my reservation, and the salesman said "huh, it even says on your account that an email wasn't sent, that's weird. Well here is your rate of $18." I said no, I reserved at $15. He showed me his screen showing $18, and I go back to the reserve page on my phone and sure enough, the $15 rate isn't there anymore. No explanation or offer of compensation was given. Shady to say the least, will definitely be looking somewhere else, and if any of my items go missing as retaliation for this review, I will not only contact insurance, but the police and BBB as well. ALSO, you get a free lock with each rental, but they won't tell you that. Do NOT buy one from them before you open your unit. You cant even use them anywhere else. The locks only work with their style of unit latches.

Worst storage experience of my life! I had two units on the first floor but not close to each other at all. One flooded during the big early summer storm and they lost power. I only found out bc I stopped by to get rain boots and found 2-3 inches of water in the front hallway and going into my unit! No electriity and also had no ac. All my wardrobe boxes and clothing, coats, purses, shoes, bags, scarfs, bathroom items, everything was in boxes soaking wet. When I tried to pick them up a the contents of the box fell out the bottom. I was left to try to get the water from my unit. I called the District and Regional managers with no response. I took all I could to the cleaners and to my temporary home to try to save them . After several days they “let” me borrow a big fan and move all my belongings by myself to a different unit. Didn’t replace damaged wardrobe. Ones or do one single thing to actually help. Fast forward to two weeks ago when I moved the rest of my belonging from my big unit still on the first floor but pretty far down the hall and not close to any doors. As we started moving things out I realized what I thought was dust was actually mildew. The further back we got the worse it got. I submitted an insurance claim which I paid an additional $27 monthly for but it was denied two weeks later saying they don’t cover water damage! After I spent a ton of time taking and submitting pics and felt sure that this time they’d do the right thing but NOPE! I have a new home that has all my belongings in the two car garages because every single thing has to be cleaned or thrown away…everything! I’m now left, yet again, on my own to fully clean and/or replace everything. If you care about what you store, do NOT put it here.

Unit has horrendous, lighting, and hallways in elevator are pretty dirty. The AC is pretty good. I had a public storage unit before this, and the lighting was unbelievably better than the CubeSmart unit. I now have and the hallways were far more cleaner, so I would recommend everybody to get a unit at Public Storage instead of CubeSmart. CubeSmart management, if you’re reading this, please clean the hallways and elevators better and think about getting better lighting in the hallways. You have a long way to go to get to The standards of a competitor with similar prices to yall, Public Storage.

Please look at the other review I left on my other account. It wouldn’t let me add to it, so here I am with this one. We are in the middle of shrinking down a UHaul storage unit to fit what I have in my CubeSmart storage in there. I am not happy at all. Beyond the other issues, I am absolutely appalled at how fast the price is going up! We started at around $99 I believe. It wouldn’t let me go back that far. 2/16/22 it went up to $105.95. Keep in mind these prices do include “insurance” and the ridiculous “convenience fee” they charge to pay online . By 5/20/2022 I was paying $131.34. It kept getting worse from there. Around 12/16/2022 I was paying $169.32. That’s an almost $70 increase not even in a year. Everything seemed to slow down for awhile, until around 9/22/2023 they decided to go up in price again to $201.96. Now I was really getting mad, on top of the other issues I mentioned in my other review. I’m sure you will find it. BUT WAIT, THERE’S MORE! I went to check my app today, and it went up AGAIN. That’s right folks. August is now $223.00 BEFORE FEES. I don’t get an email, anything in the mail etc before they decide to jack up the price. Not to mention, they won’t let you go back to see your very first payment in the app. Below are screenshots. I’m not sure if they will be in order, but you can put it together I’m sure.

I made my reservations online for 2 units (1 drive up and 1 climate controlled), I signed the contract for one and paid online. I didn't want to sign and pay for the second one because I wanted to make sure of size and location proximity to first unit. The manager of the property was so nice and helpful, he even drove me in his cart to look at the second unit, to make sure the size was what I needed. This property is very large and it was a hike to get to the office, while my movers were unloading the truck, so I really appreciated being driven back at 3pm in July, in Texas, after 7 hrs of moving . Clean, well kept with sufficient air conditioning, the last place I stored was kept too hot. Thanks Cubesmart

How in the world is cube smart voted best anything other than best lousy customer service/experience? Generally speaking, weekends are when most people are off and can do most of their errands. On Saturdays , they only have one(!) employee working and they spend most of that day checking every single unit in every building. If you need assistance, good luck, because you have no way of reaching them. And they are closed on sundays!! Yet unit prices keep going up. Because of my business, I've had multiple units here for many, many years. And when I started with cube smart it was fantastic. Now it is just rundown and dirty. No cart access.No restroom access. No employee access. HOWEVER, there was ample overnight access to anybody and everybody when the front gates were broken and left wide open for WEEKS! I will concede that a mechanical malfunction is not their fault, but they should have hired overnight on-site security for the entirety of the malfunction. I've had 7 units for the past 4 years. I will be emptying all of my units starting tomorrow. And yes, in the vast scheme of things, my units will quickly be filled by other people. But, I'd rather give someone else my money.

I tried to put this in my feedback survery they sent but OF COURSE it was character restricted. I've had a storage unit at this location for about five-ish years, and it's been nothing short of a handful and a half. I share a unit with my family and have a private unit. My shared unit was robbed in the middle of the night. During that time, the staff was less than helpful and was downright rude while I was trying to grasp the idea that thousands of dollars worth of my things were just gone. What is the point of having security cameras if no one is there to watch them overnight? Who wants to watch a video of a robbery hours after the fact when you could hire someone to patrol the grounds? The insurance provided through Cube Smart is a literal highway robbery work in progress. It took me weeks to get people to answer my emails, to the point that I had to threaten legal action. Also, after being robbed, you'd think you'd catch a break on rent. This was not the case, my rent continued to increase on both of my units. Their idea of temperature control is laughable at best. It's a big tin can of a building. Summers get scorching, and I am always left sweating half to death. The gate was hardly ever closed, which led to me and most likely hundreds of people being robbed. Front gate? ALways broken. Back gate?Somehow never operational the entire time I was there, which was insane. You could get out, but you couldn't go in, and they just never replaced the keypad. They took away the moving carts and said nothing. It wasn't until I was emptying my unit that we found out they had to be checked out of the office. There definitely could've been a better option for this. The bathrooms were always a hot mess, and there were absolutely people doing SOMETHING in that bathroom. If you like the smell of sewage, then you'll love their bathroom setup. I've seen all sorts of weird crap from broken glass, vapes, and bodily fluids all over that bathroom. I will NEVER use Cube Smart and tell my friends and family to avoid it unless they want to get robbed. And tenants should get access to the dumpster for how much we're forced to pay. Also, get a GRIP with the rent increases.

I got to the gate at 20 seconds after 10pm when it closed. I put in my code and it said “ denied late exit.” So I was trapped inside the storage unit facility. There’s also no way to exit the facility even without a car. Luckily enough I was able to jump the fence to get out but this is ridiculous you should always be able to get out of a storage unit now I’m going to be late to work tomorrow because CubeSmart locked my car inside. This is also illegal and it is called entrapment. I also pay a good amount of money to store my stuff at CubeSmart and I can’t even get out of the storage facility when I’m 20 seconds late. If this doesn’t get fixed soon I will be sueing Cube Smart.

First of all, the staff at this location have overall been pretty great. This is not a review about them. This review is for corporate CubeSmart. The “bait-and-switch” type tactics with rental rates may be legal, but it is purely unethical. I just rented my unit in May and my rate has already been increased nearly $30 a month. I guess they’re banking on no one wanting the hassle of moving, and it probably works well for them. I, however, am willing to go to the trouble just on principle if it increases again in the near future. Also, all the complaints about the gate not working are spot on, it is broken more often than it is functional. The same with some of the elevators and doors. They’re non-operational far too often. The staff does what they can to get them back up and running, but it doesn’t take long for them to stop working. Corporate doesn’t seem to invest much in maintaining the property.

My fiancé and I have used this Cube Smart location for about 6-7 months for box truck storage for his business. His truck has been broken into 2-3 times during our short time frame as customers. Our final straw was the box truck being broken into yet again last night in an attempt to hotwire the vehicle. It completely disabled the ignition requiring us to tow it for repair and secure a box truck rental for the week which was very expensive. I would be more understanding given storage units are crime targets and this is a high crime area, but we stored the box truck at another storage facility less than 5 miles away and NEVER had any issues in the year we were there. Cube Smart does absolutely nothing to ensure security on site which is ridiculous given the $210 monthly storage fee we paid. The gate has been broken 2-3 times and it stays broken/open for days on end until it’s finally fixed. You are truly better off parking your belongings on the street. But if you want your expensive things vandalized and tampered with, this is definitely the place for you. We will be cancelling our parking spot ASAP.

The rental process was easy and quick. The staff was courteous and professional. The only problem with the facility was the availability of only one entrance and exit. I was told that the other gate was broken and no assurance of when it would be fixed. For a huge facility like that, not a good idea. Other than that, I love the storage facility.

I signed up with a promotion and wanted to know the price after the promotion was over and she could not give me that information just kept saying it would not go up by much. It doubled! Upon move out, we discovered the elevators were broken and were told to use the stairs. The management never informed the customers that the elevator had been out of service for almost a week and moving wasn’t possible unless we hauled everything up and down the stairs. I was told that my truck rental was my problem and that he was going to evict me because he didn’t like my attitude. The manager had a complete meltdown and started slamming doors while his coworker shouted profanities at me then screamed for me to leave. I told them to call the police. Then they decided my dad was going to make the decisions on my account even though he is not on the account. At the end, I was told the move out was my problem and access to the stairs was for me to contend with. Do not move your belongings to this place. The management team is totally incompetent and unprofessional.

I would give them 5 stars if the gates worked predictably. The layout is pretty good and prices are reasonable. Usually, getting in and out if our space is no problem. But if one of the little moving companies is loading in or out, they can complicate things.

Poor security. Their employees disabled the security & video systems and allowed a former employee to steal $9,000 worth of tools and sports equipment from my unit. They promised to reimburse me for my $5,000 insurance deductible, but never did it and claimed they never made that promise. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Only 1 star because they do not allow -5 stars. Do not do business with this company. You will regret it.

Poor management performance, -after several weeks of damaged front security gate, I stepped into the office to inquire, I was informed of lack of service responce and excuses. After a few minutes of trying express my concern of personal property not safe and secured, It became a verbal war between a second employee that jumped into the conversation. I was basically scolded and was told leave. I was paying 100% for 50% of service and was then yelled at for being a concerned client. For a million $ company to have that kind of performance is enimec and without excuse.

Called to ask what lot to park our 37 ft camper in and was given a spot between 2 other vehicles that were over white line leaving no room to back in. Lady was very nice and told us we could choose a different lot. My only suggestion would to be to remove parking concrete bumper, so it is a drive through. Check in was easy! Changed to 2 stars. Issues came up after 2 weeks! Too much to type!!! Short version, GM needs to learn CUSTOMER SERVICE! Update: 1 month in, camper was stolen from storage! Manager had no clue. Found out by Grand Prairie police when they found it!

I rented a couple of parking spaces here for a few months, almost a year, it feels like. I originally got 1 space for a business vehicle, then I needed another one and I did not like that they charged me ~$70 more for the 2nd parking space. They were identical, next to each other. The person who helped me the second time, ~3 months after my initial rental, was not nearly as kind or helpful as the first time I came in. When I called to cancel my spots after finding more suitable storage, they would not refund the prorated amount for either of the parking spaces. The one that bothers me in particular is 1 spot that got charged $237.07 on January 22 and I called on January 24th. 2023. If I ever need storage or parking spaces in the future, I would avoid coming back here as a customer. During our time here, we heard about many break ins but thankfully, we were never affected. I do like their entry code system, although it is fairly easy to decipher.

Just recently moved out of this storage unit. For reference, our unit was in Building 1 and was a 10 x 20 climate controlled unit on the second floor. Initially we had a good experience; however, as time has gone on, there have been several issues: (1) the elevator either never works or sounds terrible/jerks when coming down, (2) there are NEVER any carts (this is a huge facility and they have ONE cart per entrance so basically 3 carts per massive building), (3) people steal the carts and the facility does nothing to ensure that carts are available for patrons, (4) although paying for climate controlled storage, our unit was ALWAYS very warm as were the hallways on the second floor, (5) the cost has increased substantially during our time with this unit. We initially were paying around $100 and recently were notified that rent would increase to $230+, and (6) with regards to notification in the increase in rent, they did not make sure that notice was RECEIVED at least 30 days prior to the next payment (i.e. we were given 20ish days notice to vacate or pay the substantial increase to our rent). I would not recommend this unit at all.

The humans that work here are very rude. I came in with a chipper mood, but was quickly rushed into explaining why I came to the location. There are many storage facilities that customers can choose from. Perhaps the workers should receive training on how to properly adjust to different personality types. I live the type of life of believing in being kind to humans, so for these workers to rush me into speaking with words and hand gestures is quite rude.

My items were safely secured. Lots of cameras. And Tameka? My goodness where do I start? I haven't found that type of customer service in a long home. She was always willing to help, greeted customers my their hands, asked how my I'll husband's doing, and concluded every conversation with, "Can I help you with anything?" Your storage facility is the best. The only reason I didn't give my rating a 10 is because I need carts close to the units. The long walk to get one is a pain. Other than that, everything was better than perfect

Cube Smart pulled a classic bait and switch on me. They advertised 10' x 10' then tried to provide two 5' x 10' units instead. The price of a 10' x 10' was 10 dollars higher than advertised. Then they wanted to tack on extra fees... insurance, and a special type of lock. But the straw that broke the camels back was the fact they wont prorate the first or last months rates.... That's pretty immoral in my eye.

I was a former worker of this location. The location itself has good workers, however, much of it is mismanaged and much of it is done poorly. Maintainence of the locale is underwhelming and elevator/door breakdowns happen frequently. Your money would be better spent elsewhere. Do not go to this location.

Not going to lie I was helping someone move their stuff into this facility. For whatever reason the staff thought it was ok to be extremely rude. Just fyi if you check out a cart then don't have it back by 5pm sharp. The will charge you 300.00 dollars. Yes that's not a typo. They actually charge you 300.00 for a late return fee. That's insane! On top of that the elevator isn't big enough for a double mattress or a couch. Yet the rent big units on the upper floors. How you gonna rent a 15x15 space but can't actually get something that size to fit in that space???

Originally I had a great experience, it was conveniently located and always clean. However BEWARE this location has be targeted for burglary over the past several months and I was only notified after one of my units was broken into. Management should have contacted everyone informing them of the numerous break-ins when they began and warned people of the recent activity (I was told this was the 3rd or 4th time they had broken into numerous units). The gate is also broken so gaining unauthorized entry is very easy. When I went to inspect my unit they had at least 15 cut/broken locks from units that had been broken into on the most recent instance as of 3/20/22. The staff was very helpful in assisting with this ordeal but it should not have happened especially after the first time. They really need to beef up their security protocols and notify people that their stuff is not safe.

Since Oct 2021,, through Feb 7,2022, my trailer has been Vandalized on 3 different occasions… Between Feb 5th-7th my trailer has now been stolen off of Cubesmart Property… The electric gate that suppose to be only for customers that only paying customers with codes to get in has been broken this time for 2weeks, prior to this incident, the gate has been non functional 3 other times.. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had, this particularly Cubesmart, 525 N. Ave. Plano to, 75074 should be shut down permanently.. Im giving this Cubesmart in Plano 1star only because Sam the DM seemed to care enough with compassion to offer me my refund back for Feb and apologize.. Thank you Sam!!

That person did not know too much about the place, not even the dimensions of the storage area. Lost everything a couple seniors could collect over life to water/mold in a CLIMATE CONTROL UNIT!! I think the question I would ask myself is: If there is a problem, will they resolve it. My experience is absolutely not. Lead you along the disappear. Have to go the court route. We list EVERYTHING. Interesting, there was a "contact us" reply here that has since disappeared. I had reserved a spot to store my Travel Trailer. When I spoke with them prior to my move in day I told them I was going to purchase this Travel Trailer and take it straight to this location to store it. Once I arrived they told me I had to have proof of Insurance (Had it) and show proof of registered in my name in state of Texas. Well I just purchase it that day... So they wouldn't take it since I hadn't received my official registration from the state. I don't know if they know how this works... When you purchase a vehicle of any type you get paper tags while waiting on the plates to come in.... So I was parked in the street with my new travel trailer and no where to park it. They wouldn't let me park it. So I was in panic mode trying to find another place to store a 35' travel trailer. So if you purchase something new..... Don't bother going there.

Unfortunately my experience with the Plano location specifically is one I would hope does not happen to anyone else. EVER. I was referred here by someone who has rented units from other locations and claimed to always have excellent experiences in every step in the process of obtaining a unit to rent here. When I called to get some information I was basically rushed through the entire phone call and it was made very evident that she did not want to be answering anything I asked her. Maureen is the name that she gave when I asked. Thinking maybe if I decided to actually go to the location to get the info I would need to be able to rent the size unit I was needing that being able to be face to face with one of their employees would go better. However this Maureen lady was even more rude in person. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. They need to hire people who actually want to be working here!!

One of Plano’s finest at one of CubeSmart’s worst. Another break in at this CubeSmart. Gate’s are left open. Avoid this one if you value your belongings. Upper management could care less as long as you’re paying ever increasing rates. (Btw no one has reached out to me from CubeSmart. ) Rates keep going up. Safet and amenities keep going down. What are we paying for? Used to think the CubeSmart on N Avenue was a great place. Now it's gone done hill. You'd think they'd want to keep their customers happy. Don't use CubeSmart in Plano on Ave N to store your RV/motorhome. I was told the spaces are 12 feet wide but they are in fact 9 feet wide. With mirrors included my Class-A is 11 feet wide, as are most motorhomes. I only stored it there for 2 weeks (and worried the whole time about my mirrors getting torn off) until I could find an RV storage company with availability. Now I have a roomy 14 foot wide space for $25 less each month.

I would have given this place a 10, but I found out once my belongings were moved out after only being there for 6 months they are covered in mold. Thousands of dollars worth of stuff destroyed. They called me to report a humidity issue and when I checked my things from the front of the unit they appeared to be okay. These items that were destroyed were in the back of the unit or in cardboard boxes. They aren’t willing to be held responsible for anything or damages and have told me to use my renters insurance. Will definitely not rent here again. Claim to be climate controlled when really they are worse then the unit i had before that wasn’t! BEWARE!!!

I absolutely love this facility. I had a big storage unit here a year ago and just recently decided to come here again for a smaller unit. When they called to confirm my reservation the guy answered all my questions enthusiastically. The move in/payment process is swift. The facility itself is super clean, the cleaning guy is so kind and does a great job. I've recommended this specific location to a few people. I walk a lot so it's great how it's right by a train station. There are a lot of cameras so I feel pretty safe while there. And best of all is it's affordable including insurance, especially if you reserve a unit online. You won't be disappointed!

Easy to reserve unit, ready quickly, helpful manager. The buildings are clean, climate controlled and easy to access yet still very secure. We've used them twice and will lose when if we ever need a unit in the future.

Security is not a priority. I’m not going to get into detail about my own debacle with getting ripped of at this place. I had a conversation with a member of the Plano Police Department A few weeks ago and the crooks are using this place as their own personal grab and go. However don’t just take my word for it. Go to the City of Plano Community Crime map. This is on the official City of Plano website. Type in the address of Cube Smart and go to the Data Grid link. Over the last 7 months the crooks have been grabbing boats, campers, cars and personal items from the storage lockers. 9 incidents just in the last 7 months. I also had issues with getting out of the contact after I was ripped off. I had no reason to pay for storage anymore because my property was stolen under their watch. The staff was very defensive after the incident.

The staff was always helpful, professional, and able to answer any questions I had. Getting in and out of my storage unit was always easy (except when I forgot my passcode). It was always clean and felt safe no matter what time of day.

Our lock on our unit was tampered with and cut, yet the facility can not provide footage nor see footage for a particular date range to see who did it! Seriously the only thing a storage facility has to do is keep footage rolling. That's it! I wouldn't recommend this location at all!

I highly recommend CubeSmart for your storage needs. This one is located in Plano. The units are clean and climate controlled. They have elevators and provide free hand trucks to make your move easier. There is also restrooms within the storage building unlike some other storages where you have to go to the main office building to use the restroom. CubeSmart is awesome!

I was wrong about this place customer service all of a sudden turned into harassment on the phone by a Latina lady pretending to be professional and likes to debate with customers on the rental property doing a lite mechanical work on a vehicle. I was at CubeSmart for the Red Cross blood drive. Everybody was very professional and extremely friendly. Tabitha and Kim did a great job with all the preparations in making this blood drive a success! This CubeSmart is huge compared to the other locations I have seen. They offer alot of space for people who need to store all kinds of things including travel trailers. I was very impressed with how clean and organized this property was.

Fast process. Paperwork done in 4 minutes and Monica ( the service rep) was friendly and hospitable, she actually helped me move in. I was unloading bags from a tractor, that’s 13 ft high and she helped me load everything on the cart. I really needed help too because that would’ve been a lot of work climbing in and out. I returned her hospitality and consideration with a tip as anyone should when someone’s helping you that really doesn’t have to. I like this place. It’s clean.

FIX THE GATE!! Absolutely ridiculous. I'll have to find a new place now. Guess I'll elaborate. MAJOR security issue. There were 2 women here that were going over units and cutting the wire to get into the climate units. This whole place needs to be redesigned so no one can peak over the units as locks are completely useless. My detective is also angry at this place allowing crime to happen. So be warned that this place is not secure when the gate is open. Good luck!

I got my first ever storage unit from this Cubesmart on Saturday! Such a nice facility. They said it opened Oct 2017. It looks brand new still. The staff was very friendly. Also a great location!! I definitely recommend!

My dad has had things stolen out of storage units before, so when I moved to Dallas I wanted something a less of an easy target for thieves. The place is staffed and monitored, though staff hours are much shorter than access hours. You definitely feel it in the price, but nothing got stolen, and even if it had, insurance would have covered it. Just be sure to get pictures of your unit after every change! Also, there are 2 lock slots on each unit.

Elevators are always broken, carts are missing, main gate broken!!!. The management is full of excuses. Yes its clean and well lit, but if you arent on the first floor , good luck. Never will I rent here again!!

Great storage! Super clean, well lit, great access, brand new, climate controlled! First month free! Gheez! They even have bathrooms and big wash sinks with Hot water. I feel spoiled! Thanks for opening here!! And everyone I've met in the office Terry and both of the girls in the office are very nice and are there to answer any questions you might have.
