This is the worst storage ever around Richmond. It is better to have your belongings on the street than to store it in this place because it's definitely going to be stolen. There is no security of any kind. Less than two month of renting a unit to put my stuff, the unit was broken into and all my valuable, electronics, shoes, bags, human hairs, jewelry, sounds system, printer, fan, etc was stolen and a new padlock was used that I do not have access to enter. Long story short, this place is an horrible place to be. The staff, especially the big white dude is disgusting with his bad attitude. He tried to shut me up when I was trying to know what and how my unit was broken into. Up till date , no footage is presented by this storage. Pls, run away from this place its certainly not a good place to be.

I went up to the store to get prices and wanted to look at the location of the unit and the managers there go above and beyond to help out. Both Tam and Mike were so patient with me and my son who is on the spectrum and has very high adhd so he can be all over the place. I cried as I got home to see that there are people out there who care and mostly are very patient as my child can be more then I can handle and these two are great as a team and I was able to focus on what I was there for.

If you want a safe place for your stuff please stay away from this place. Since l rented my units from them until now the gate is open 24 hours, no security at all. When l first got the units the receptionist said "our gate is broken but it will be fixed by next week", 3months has now past and the gate is still the same. After my items was stolen inside my storage the guy told me "their no much l can do cos our gate is broken" He was literally arguing with me because l came complaining about someone else who broke my locks and got into my unit. He was talking to me like that's none of his business. Poor service, l could have stored my stuff at my garage it was probably gonna be more secure than having to deal with this stress.

We rented a unit with this CubeSmart when we moved with a Upack trailer. We had to find a storage facility that would allow us to park the trailer for unloading, which this facility helped accommodate for us. Mike was especially helpful in getting us squared away at the last minute and relieved a lot of stress for us during our move. Highly recommend this facility, they are great to their customers.

Cubesmart overall has the best service from the minute you walk through the door to rent a space. The staff is very professional, friendly and helpful. They staff the stores long hours in case you need help. The storage units are immaculately clean. I didn’t know about Cubesmart when I told my brother I was going to look for storage at a nationally owned company. And he highly recommended Cubesmart (that I didn’t know) instead. Renter Beware****The gate is never closed, so people are in and out of the property, people that shouldn’t even be there are in and out. It’s the most unsecure storage place I’ve ever seen. Today I found out someone hooked up to my 20’x8’ covered trailer and took off without issue. Stole probably $20k worth. The Managment there has no accountability. The gate has been broken for almost 2 years one employee told me. I have other stuff there and I’ll be pulling all my stuff out ASAP. Horrible horrible place. Stay away

My daughter (Felicia Bess) rented one unit a couple of months ago.....These two were so professional, friendly, and accommodating we just left and rented a larger unit. Just rented a unit here March 14. The owner Wesley and Manager Ivan were very helpful. This site did not flood during Hurricane Harvey. Moved out in September 2020 due to no longer needing a storage unit. Never had any issues whatsoever with this CubeSmart location on Harlem Road in Fort Bend County TX.

Where do I start? Awesome service, a secure area, and some of the best priced units ive seen out of any other storage facility. Ive been with these guys for a few years now and I have not one complaint. Anything I need or have a issue with the staff is on the job in a instant. If your in need of a long term or short term unit for storage theres no other competitor that can compare.

Great staff! WES the manager was very accommodating at my move-in and move-out. My work schedule is that of the store and I commute at minimum an hour each way to and from the medical center. He stayed over to ensure I could start my contract and did the same at move out.

Job relocation brought me to the Katy Texas area. My hobbies were rebuilding vehicles since I had more than ample time from my fulltime permanent employment. I was missing a place to park these vehicles since my wife and the homeowners association did not appreciate my hobby in the least. Wesley Lackey found a resolution to my needs and offered an area to park my projects until they could be brought back to life. During the span of 3-4 years and various different needs for storage, Wes always had an idea and made my challenges disappear. We have recently relocated again but retain some property within the area and at times still have a need for additional storage. This is the best storage facility in the area. It's a tiny bit out of the way (just a half mile off the main road) but that keeps all the suburban people from making daily trips and blocking you from moving stuff in and out. The staff is really excellent. Ivan gives an almost concierge level of service.

Last Saturday I planned a move that went awry from the very beginning - typical movers (arrived late, unprepared, etc.). We ended up needing to make two trips. The movers assured me the 10x30 unit would fit all of my furniture. Around 5:15, they determined it would not. There I was with a truckload of furniture and the CubeSmart office closed. In a state of panic, I called the emergency number on the gate. I spoke with the customer service representative who called Wesley, who called Ivan, who ultimately came back to the office to set me up in another unit in the same building as my first! While I understand that after a long day at work 'Closed' means 'Closed', Ivan's above and far beyond customer service was greatly appreciated. The immense relief I felt knowing that my furniture would be safely tucked away... words cannot express. Ivan is my hero. A million thank yous! Would I recommend CubeSmart to anyone needing storage? ABSOLUTELY!

We had a wonderful experience @ CubeSmart setting up a storage unit for our family. Jasmine was so polite, knowledgeable, friendly, professional, helpful, patient & energetic she made our experience so easy. She made sure to take the time to get us the unit that would work best for our needs. She took her time explaining everything & answering all of our questions. She was diligent in all of our paperwork to make sure it was 100% accurate. She even made sure we got the best deal we could on our monthly rent. After we were finished she took us to our unit to put a lock on it & to test our gate codes. She also made sure we knew if we ever had any questions or issues or needed help of any kind that we could reach out to her & she would be happy to help. We haven't moved in yet but have full confidence that our experience with this storage facility will be great. The property/units themselves are clean & nicely lit & access to our unit is very easy. You may pay a tiny bit more for rent @ CubeSmart but it is worth it since you get such great service!

Wesley and Jasmine are a DYNAMIC DUO! Consider this: They always greet me and others with a smile, they're always courteous and quick to strike up a conversation and go out of their way to make my rental experience a pleasant one. More recently they WOW'D me with their professionalism when they reconnected me with my keys. I had lost my keyring which kept me from gaining access to my trailer which is stored at the 9720 Harlem rd location. A tenant found my key ring and turned it in. Wesley and Jasmine made sure that the keys found their way back to their rightful owner. I am one happy customer and will continue to patronize this location. I have had an excellent experience at this facility. The leasing agent was friendly and helpful. She showed us the available units, and advised us on what we needed for our purpose. The unit itself was clean and free from pests. The agent clearly explained the timings of the facility and how to open the gate. Overall, Iwas very pleased with the whole process.
