One of the easiest processes I have ever had when it comes to renting space. I reserved online with nothing down. When I showed up to the facility Sarah greeted me by name when I walked in and already had my lock and a welcome bag in the unit waiting for me. I was blown away by this because I had just booked it online an hour prior to me showing up. Sarah also went above and beyond to walk me through the ease of using the app and made sure I understood all the policies. This cube smart is also more affordable than my other unit with a different company. If you are looking for a clean place with peace of mind with security, I would recommend this place!

I have been with this location for just about 2 years. I starting storing here while it was Storage West and my expectations were met 100% . Paula Miller went above and beyond. Everything was easy and just as promised. Very clean facility. I could always call and get an answer quickly. Everything that I wanted and needed.... Now that it is Cubesmart a few things have changed. Paula is still AMAZING. But the new prices are not, but I get it. It's inflation. The unnecessary payment fee when paying online is a large annoyance. There doesn't seem to be a customer appreciation vibe anymore. When I first joined Storage went gave you a starter set of boxes and great promotions. The facility is still very clean and the gate hours have been extended, that is a plus.

The staff is wonderful and it was great as Storage West. BUT I chose storage west and not cube smart for a reason. Now my bill is higher and there are fees for paying online. I am very disappointed. I only had the storage for 7 months and they raised the price $15 and there is a online fee of $2.

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received with CubeSmart Storage! This was my first time utilizing a storage facility, I was so nervous initially. This storage facility is by far the best that I have seen in a long long time. Paula and Stacy were willing to listen to all of my concerns about renting a unit and giving great selling points on why Storage West should be the place that I come. After further comparison Storage West is the true climate control facility. By the way, having a free truck doesn't hurt either!!!!!!!!!

This is a very high security complex than the usual storage facility. You have to use your code to get in and out of the facility. Cameras are abundant and there’s security measures on the door of your unit(s) so if you haven’t paid your unit rent, the alarm will go off to signal you’re not supposed to be there in your unit. The facility as a whole is very clean and well lit. Ms. Paula, the manager, is very sweet and thorough and makes the check in process very smooth and easy. She can help you with ANY questions or concerns you may have about the place and she’s sweet as pie. She’s clearly StorageWest’s best asset.

I have had 2 units here for the past 2 years and would like to share my experience. The property as well as the storage buildings and elevators are all kept up and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful to a point where I would say they go out of the way compared to many. I havent had a single issue with my experience here and am highly satisfied. If there is anything that I would suggest changing it would be the hours you are allowed to be inside before the gates are shut down. 7pm is the cut off so make sure you are done by then. I would like to see maybe 9pm like other places. I would highly recommend this facility.

Overall a very good place. Only issues I had were technical. The elevator either did not work or the code would not work. They fixed it relatively soon but when the codes don't work you cannot access your unit. Waiting an hour or so can be a little frustrating.

Last May we were moving two daughters home from college and needed a unit close to our home while they looked for a place in Houston to live. We kept watching this storage facility as it was being built and it looked so nice and was close to home. It was not quite open but we took a chance and walked in the office where we were greeted by the manager, Krystal Cooper. We asked if they were open yet and her response was, we are now. She was awesome! They weren't due to open for another week but she was willing to allow us to go ahead and rent a unit in order for us to move all of our girls things straight into the unit. It's been a pleasure renting from Storage West Cinco Ranch for almost one year now and we highly recommend the facility!
