The process was the easiest and smoothest transaction I've ever had while renting a storage. When I arrived at the unit, there was a welcome bag with my lock ready to go. They had even cut the hard plastic lock for me which made it so easy. I was telling all my friends about this storage place that made the move in so darn simple. Especially for a senior lady. Way to take care of your customer. I will forever gell everyone about this place.

It's an ok place, but rent is a little high for an outside unit and I paid about 3 weeks before the due date (like I usually did been there about 1.5 yrs.) Ended up being able to downsize and just get rid of the unit. But even giving them 20 days notice about moving out. I asked about a pro rated amount for the time I didn't use. They just said we just keep that money they don't do prorates. Oh well.

Facility manager is very rude left 1 time at 10:03 and was told next time I would be considered trespassing and she'd call the police yes I was 3 minutes late and phone conversation just seemed like she was being bothered facility is nice kind of awkward to get in and out depending which direction you're traveling but the whole trespassing thing and the way she talked to me I packed up and went elsewhere

Really 0 Stars. My entire unit flooded, my whole house was in storage and everything was ruined. There was a hole in the ceiling where water and tar dripped through. My stuff sat in a foot of water for a very long time. The boxes were rotted out on the bottom. Baby pictures of my children and pictures of my grandmother from the 1920's are destroyed. I wasn't notified of any issues with the unit. I found six dead mice in my unit and belongings. Several dead lizards. The whole unit looked like a haunted house with thick cobwebs and live spiders.

I recently moved into a climate controlled inside storage unit. The property was clean and organized. The unit is safe, secure and under video surveillance. The best thing is the customer service I experienced with an employee named Jennifer. This Cubesmart next to the Autozone and Murphy's Gas at Highway 377 North has got to be one of the most well maintained and kempt storage units I have ever used. The employees that work there make their rounds about the bulding frequently throughout the day and the building is staffed during its operation hours every day but sunday. The staff that work here are very kind, cordial, and treat you like family. I have even seen them work hard to appease some of their more out of hand customers with patience and diligence. The facilities are very clean, the staff clean throughout the day, very regularly and they also treat the sidewalks and weedkill any pests. I have a climate controlled unit myself and the ac is always a breath of fresh air when I do need to visit my locker. There are functional cameras at almost every angle possible, there is no way that anyone could break in without being caught on camera, and if that did happen, your guaranteed to receive your insurance payout because they run them 24 hours a day and you can see the displays in the office right behind the counter when you first move in. As for the prices, they are some of the best I could find for the entire Fort Worth/Dallas area, at about half the cost of other facilities in my case and you make zero compromise on security here, theres a cop shop literally right down the road from here too which makes it a highly patrolled area due to its proximity. Huge shout out to their employeess Crosley and (Tawahna?) as well, they work very hard day in and day out to maintain the facility and have made my experience here into something worth sharing.

I was originally renting from Advantage until Public Storage bought them out. The girls in the office were rude and disrespectful. I checked reviews for Cubesmart across the street to pleasantly discovered they had the best reviews of any facility around. I've been there a year now and love Crosley and Debra. They are professional, friendly, helpful and quick to answer any questions. Lately I've been reorganizing my unit and trying to purge of things I don't need anymore. I've had friends show up to help and each time they consistently express how nice and clean this facility is. They're right because you never see a spec of dirt in any of hallways, no cobwebs, and everything is pristine clean and painted. What I love as well is how secure I feel going to my unit after dark. Crosley you are wonderful! I have had nothing but excellent experiences with three different CubeSmarts across the DFW area. And this is in comparison to Extra Space Storage which I've used again in four different areas in the DFW area with significant changing storage needs to house my antiques and personal belongings over the course of the past 5 years. Here in Roanoke, Crosley manages the facility and Debra assists her. I have been treated better than I have in almost any customer experience I've ever had! Crosley has been extremely accommodating for changing needs that I had making sure that costs to me were minimized and that my comfort and experience were as positive as she could possibly make them, which was always above satisfactory. Crosley made herself available to me during hours when the store was actually closed because my schedule needed it and I absolutely needed to secure the reservation that day. That set the stage for me absolutely loving my experience here. Crosley has a way of making sure I feel respected and valued in every conversation. And, since CubeSmart's setup is that managers live on the property, managers like Crosley have more authority to make accommodations than you'll find at any other place. This gives her a direct interest in making sure tenants are taken care of and we in return are very grateful and loyal. It also makes sure that the properties are always extremely clean and very well cared for. I have found this to be my experience at all three CubeSmarts I have used in the past year-and-a-half. I will only ever seek out CubeSmart for my storage needs in the future from here on out. Thank you Crosley!

CubeSmart is a great place to store your extra items. Its clean safe and well lit I feel very comfortable storing my items at CubeSmart.

I had my goods stored here for 3 years paying $165 p/mo. for a climate controlled unit. Upon move out my boxes were absolutely covered with bugs that had rooted into the tape (that I had meticulously covered all openings of the boxes with) just to try and get into the clothing, photo albums, and typical home furnishings. There were so many spiders and spider sacs that absolutely all my furniture had to be fumigated. There were piles of rat droppings in many different areas. It was appalling. Also, my oil paintings had humidity damage and water damage. When I filed a claim for damages with their insurance company that I had carried the entire time, DENIED. I asked the management on site to prorate my last month since I moved out early and had such a horrible experience, DENIED. I have had things in storage all over the metroplex and this facility is beyond terrible as far as customer service and sanitary units. I can expect some bugs (it's storage after all) but I had an infestation. So disgusting. Think twice. Look elsewhere.

False advertising!! Make sure you measure the unit before you sign the lease. My 5X5 unit is closer to a 4X4. It was 52" X 52". That is not even close to a 5X5. I was informed by the employee when I signed my lease that a lady who was 5'1" tried to lay down and couldn't, so they know that the units are not a true 5x5. When we got to the unit I measured it. The employee had nothing to say when it was only 52".
