I honestly came to the store today to close my unit because I figured I would get a better deal starting from scratch. John helped me and showed me all of my options including what I was asking for and I’m staying with cube smart! I’m so glad to have met him. He’s kind, patient and knowledgeable. Really takes his time to make sure we understand what we’re getting. I highly recommend this place and wish John the best in his journey at this company. He’s a true asset for sure!

Our company's storage unit from Public Storage was purchased by CubeSmart. In less than a year, CubeSmart raised our rate multiple times. CubeSmart informed us they had no choice because the prices are based on the market. That was a lie. We switched to another company, ironically Public Storage, and paid the same price we had the year before CubeSmart started raising our rate. We recommend Public Storage over the greed of CubeSmart.

New storage. Very well lit. There is a lot of crime in the surrounding area, especially on the old neighborhood next door. This facility seems very secure, though. It's always a good idea to have lots of security cameras. I would rent here.

Take your business elsewhere unless you want to pay to have your things stolen. A ton of us had their units broken into at THIS location. BUILDINGS were broken into. This happened October 2024. Near the end of the month. You will STILL be charged rent if your things are stolen, you peasant. The cameras are a joke. It’s all a scam to charge you premium prices. The criminals simply kicked in the lock and the door easily slid up. The locking mechanism is trash. Those locks they sell you are not cheap either. Great way to reach into your pocket again before your things get stolen!

Signed up for one price under one company and after one month of cubesmart purchase of the business they increased the price by additional $20 per month. ××× Update××× After 6 months from my last review, they increased the rent by yet another $22. Beware of Cubesmart. Price gouge experts.

Received excellent customer service from from a customer representative name Billy K at this location who gave me great information about this storage facility. I learned a lot about the pricing and the safety of the facility. I also learned about auctions as well if I decided to auction off any merchandise. I have checked out a lot of other locations and the customer service at this location is so exceptional that I am considering this location possibly when I decided to move. I don’t normally take the time to review places unless it is negative, however, I decided to because of the excellent service that I received from the Rosharon team. I came into their store with a complex storage need that required careful planning. Billy and Tamia really listened to my needs and took the time to discuss a plan of action. I can honestly say that they were there during a hectic time in my life (divorce) and were professional and empathetic the entire time. Thank you both , you have no idea how much your assistance helped me that day.

My company is leasing a unit for use as a supply annex. The lease says they have the right to raise the price at any time. They did so within 60 days. Not the best business practice so we're currently looking for another place. Our advice? Stay away from Cubesmart.

Looking for last minute storage could be hectic or so I thought. I walked into simply self storage 20 minutes before closing and was met with two friendly faces. Dawn and Tamia. They both were very helpful explained everything to me so I was aware of the policy. Took the time out to show me the size different in storages. I couldn’t have asked for better customer service. Dawn and the manager Tamia should be recognized for their excellent customer service. Great place and clean environment.
