Shouldn't have a star. Set auto pay up went fine for 2 years. Then I get an email saying my payment didn't go through. So I called and tried to figure out what was going on. They said that my card ending in **** didn't go through. They've been pulling off the same card for 2 years, and all of a sudden, they use a card that I don't even have anymore. I spent 20 minutes asking them why they would use a different card all of a sudden. They said that they've been using the same card this whole time. All I wanted was my 55.00 late fee back. I've never missed a payment or been late till they used the wrong account. I'll find somewhere else to store my stuff. Not good customer service at all.

All Staff (local and on toll free ) very kind and educated me. The down side is they only have 1 moving truck. So cannot puny on it being available when you might need it. The elevators are limited and slow. The moving hand carts are in need of being replaced. Or at the very least have the ability to secure the handle to the cart. It is awkward that it comes out all the time when moving items to your storage unit. The units wer clean as was the facility.

The staff was friendly. The day I moved in they had a staff member that was from another store in the office. He was extremely friendly and helpful. He checked the system to see if he could save me money on storage. Answered all of my questions and made my moving experience less stressful. I could not have ask for a better move in experience.

CubeSmart Storage units are immaculate and secure. Chad, Round Rock, is very professional, personable, and helpful with the check-in process. He answered all my answers fully. He also assisted with me purchasing keys for my rental units and showed me how to use them. I somehow managed to lose a set of my key while moving items into my unit. I originally rented here because I thought the rate was good. $55. for a small unit. They have raised the rent twice to $74. and now $94. $94. for a 5x8 unit? A short drive up 35 and a similar unit is $33. I am moving out as I don't like being ripped off by these guys!

The manager, Chad, was extremely helpful with setting up the reservation, explaining the rules, and in setting up the storage unit in advance. The facility itself is clean, well-lit, and easily accessible (via elevators etc.).

I was able after speaking with a member of cube smart, to do everything online, lock and key is already there and waiting. I like that I didn't have to drive all the way there to sign papers and pick up a lock and key. Everything was convenient.

The manager Chad at the bee safe storage in Austin tx was amazing! He was extremely helpful and gave great customer service. The unit itself was very clean and exactly described, also the unit is kept at a very cool temperature so I feel great leaving my fruiniture there and no it will stay in great condition

It was easy to sign up online. The service was awesome when picking up the key. We even got a welcome bag that was waiting for us in the unit. Utilitizing the storage facility was great. It was easy to enter with out key code. Moving carts were always available and came in handy. Even moving out was no hassle. It was altogether a great experience. Thanks Chad!

Clean and very well managed. They have very handy carts available to make moving stuff easier. The only negative is that there is no turn-around area which makes it a little tricky getting a trailer out of there. Could be a problem for those that inexperienced backing trailers.

Don't go here. Booked a first floor access (and was going to pay more for it), when I arrived they wanted to give a 4th floor for the same price they advertised for the first floor. When I asked if they would give me the lower price, they said their system wouldn't show them a lower quote. They are preying on people's need for storage and know people will end up paying it anyway.
