A++++ Recommend this location!! Rarely do you encounter this high level of customer service. The manager, Kathy, isn’t just “Doing Her Job”…she sincerely wants to make sure her customers leave her establishment with all their questions answered and their storage needs met. And she does this with a bright smile and a welcoming persona. Also the entire facility is immaculately clean and organized which makes you feel good about leaving your possessions in their care. I also interacted with Gilbert who displayed the same high level of service and did so with sincerity. This facility, management and staff are an example of what all businesses should use as a learning model to achieve success and longevity in our community.

I have had 2 interactions with Gilbert recently. I had one at the front desk and his customer service skills are over the top awesome along with Ms. Kathy! He made my day so easy. He was very helpful. The next was in the back entrance while I was accessing my unit. He was sweeping and was again so friendly! He was sweeping the halls while making his safety rounds. It's nice to know the people here care about my unit and personal property. It was nice to have a friendly face and a little refreshing positive small talk on a very long day. I have had a few storage units and THIS Bee Safe makes me feel that my belongings are very safe. It sure helps on how clean this place is. Its a white glove storage facility for sure!

The staff at Bee Safe Storage was very helpful and knowledgeable! Kathy gave me a ton of information while I was looking for a storage unit; showed me different sizes so I could see what my options were; and went over all the details with me when I came back to sign a contract. Also, she was one of the most customer oriented people I've met in a long time!

Kathy, the General Manager, was top-notch and among the most personable and professional individuals that I have met in the service industry. She made me feel welcome, keeps the location tidy, and deserves her position as she is a great representation for the brand. I rented a 10x25 for my junk removal company and she made the experience seamless and was very detail-oriented and explained the grounds and policies/procedures. She doesn't play games and runs a tight ship but she's among the nicest people you'll meet. Great experience and well-run facility. First impressions mean everything.

Place is very clean and quick to rent a unit. My only issue is that the carts they provide are horrible. I’m short and even I strained my back a little trying to navigate it with the short handle. Really tight corners so make sure not to overload your cart. Might bring my dolly and make twice the trips next time. Might be quicker.

Facility is clean and Staff is great. My complaint is the hidden fees (having to pay for their insurance and buy their lock just to name a few) and the fact that it’s a month to month and we are already being informed that we will receive at least two price increases for our storage that we just signed up for. The advertisement of the low cost is not the whole story.

Pricey for such a small unit. However, reserving/paying/going straight to my unit immediately was super fast. On top of it, I got a call from the GM Kathy just to make sure she was there to answer any questions I might have. Talk about anticipating the needs of guests. I drove up to thr back, entered the code I got in the email, the system welcomed me by name, there were carts waiting by the door (with loose handles), and the elevator was right there. My unit was on the 2nd floor as soon as I stepped out of thr elevator. They had a welcome bag with the lock I would be using that now belongs to Mr. Again, for what it is....it isn't bad...but I'll probably use the storage at my apartments since they are cheaper and have more room...but i do love the guest service I received, even though I didn't have to visit the office. I still did to add others as authorized people, and my 8 year old got a cool bee magnet and keychain.

The management at the Round Rock Bee Safe facility is excellent and helpful. As complicated as moving can be ( in transition from one home to another in the Austin area so this is why we are renting a unit right now) Truly they have made it a very pleasant experience. It’s safe, clean, and an easy access - all the things you want in a facility. 5 stars absolutely!!!

Within 4 months, rent in my storage unit increased over 13%. Advertised online price was a good bait (they dont tell you about the required insurance and the proprietary key you have to buy from them) but before price increase, it was already 20$ a month more than the advertised price.This place is a rip off

Facility is new and clean, however my rent went up 20% at 6 months. In addition to the mandatory insurance, I went from an advertised price of $41 when the facility opened to a current payment of $64.

Update October (2024): Absolutely avoid this company. Price has been raised twice since originally signing lease 12 months ago and I'm now paying almost double the original rate. I'll be looking for storage alternatives in this area. Original Review (2023): One star rating is because rental agreements can only be month to month and the company will adjust your rent to whatever they want whenever they want. They’ll give notice before increasing the rate but you have no recourse but to cancel your lease or move to a cheaper unit. It’s a dirty bait and switch business tactic and the company knows how inconvenient it is to completely vacate a storage unit so most people will just accept the price gouging. I’d advise finding a facility that will honor long term rental agreements at a fixed rate. Facility is clean, office staff are very friendly.
