Tamara and her counterpart at cube smart are incredible!! They showed me all available units in the size I wanted and helped me pick which one was closest to the door for easy and timely access for my movers. The day of my move I had a freak out and needed to get a bigger unit. The girls immediately went to work and got me a larger unit within a 5 minute phone call. Amazing customer service and clean units. Would recommend to anyone. They also offer military discount:)

I've been a customer at Cubesmart for a long time. The management there is always willing to help. Since the GM, Tamara, was out of the office for a few days, her store manager Karina was very helpful. Karina provided excellent customer service. She helped me with a rate increase issue that she promptly contacted the DM. Knowing that the DM would be busy handling many stores, I was surprised to receive a call from Karina saying that I was helped a little with the rate increase issue. I was very thankful for the help.! The management system at Cubesmart is excellent. The store manager Karina, the General manager Tamara and the district manager, I believe is named Bob, are all so very helpful and put the customers first on their priority list! I would highly recommend storing at Cubesmart!

Updated: 2/1/24 Tamara is still here! She is the best! I was so glad to see her. She was always the sweetest and warmest person I have ever met in the industry. I could have emptied out my storage today, but decided to leave it all here. I'll be back! For sure! I live 40 mins away from this location and that is the only bad thing I have to say about it. Kamara is the absolute sweetest on site rep and every person from the menu tree on to the location itself has been nothing less then stellar with their customer service and interpersonal skills. From one day picking up items to a few days later getting kicked out with no explanation I've been renting a storage unit there for a year and I had gone to pick up some items to give to my mother-in-law so she could have before Thanksgiving and then just to get a call few days later saying that a crime had happened within the property and because my code was used that day I automatically got kicked out and I had nothing to do with no crime they never gave me more info about the crime but I don't think it's right. They should have cameras and etc for situations like that because what they're going to just kick everyone out that was there that day

Be very careful about storing valuable items here- this place has a serious security issue, based on other reviews I see it has not been resolved. Our unit was broken into in 2021- thief was able to get in without breaking the lock. The thieves also sold items from inside the building. Security cameras will do you no good, even if the management allows you to see the footage. We are still tracking down stolen items, 2 years later.

My storage unit was broken into and I requested the store look at video footage to see if anyone walked out with some of the known missing items. I called CubeSmart a few times (about 1X/week) to check in on the status of them watching the footage. The manager was dismissive and kept telling me it would take a couple weeks to get through all the video footage (cameras are ONLY located at the elevators). After a couple weeks, again the manager said it would take a couple weeks to finish going through the footage and then I surprisingly got a call not long after that saying they went through it all and saw nothing. I do not believe they actually viewed any footage. Not only were items noticeably missing, many boxes had been ripped open and my stuff had clearly been looked through for whatever the thief's wanted to help themselves too. Thousands of dollars worth of things was stolen. If the video footage had actually been reviewed and nothing was caught, then I have to believe that the thief's took my stuff and put it in a nearby unit away from any camera view....based on my conversations with the employees, I would not be surprised if CubeSmart helped themselves to my things. I have recently moved out and into my new home where I understood the full extend of how much of my stuff has gone missing. I give ZERO stars, but had to select one for the purpose of being able to post this.

Not too happy with this place. I paid for the 24 hour access and more than once it didn’t work. Either I could get in, or worse: I was locked in, nobody answered their phone numbers (website, the one on the gate, the one on Google maps, the manager’s one) ?? Therefore I had to call the Sheriff’s Office to get someone to get me out. They didn’t refund the money for the times it didn’t work. At least the new manager was able to get me a new code to use after 10 pm, but it was too late, I decided already to move out. Otherwise place is clean and personnel is friendly.

Great customer service the manager is such a sweet lady so helpful went above and beyond to make sure I got into my unit even as they were closing this place is clean and safe I definitely recommend that she takes very good care of this location I’ve been here for over a year and just moved into a bigger unit because I don’t wanna go anywhere else

I just moved out after being there for 1.5 years and it was an awesome storage unit. I opted to be on the third floor so it was the cheapest for a 5x15 (less than $80 a month with 1 price increase). Anita helped me with the move out process and was very helpful when I had movers helping me move out by opening the gates and keeping the side door open. 10/10 would recommend this CubeSmart.

Fine storage. Friendly staff. Our unit was on the top floor and sometimes it was pretty hot for the unit to be “temperature controlled.” The magnets That keep the doors open didn’t always work. I would also appreciate a restroom for the customers. The only restroom is in the office and you have to walk around the entire building, through the gate and go through the front door to use the restroom. If the office is closed, you’re screwed.

Words can't express the huge make over that has been happening here ! This place has transformed from a two star hotel into a five star hotel. Long time customer , and about to call it quits..... then cubesmart made some big changes in management and WoW ! This place is looking cleaner!!! Although I wasn’t able rent a storage unit from this location due to the storage size not being available I do want to recognize their employee. Upon my arrival I was greeted by Carlos Merlot. He was super helpful, professional and courteous. He personally called another location to inquire if the storage unit was available in the size I needed. He went above and beyond. I can only hope to have employees of his caliber. Before I left I purchased some packing supplies for my mattresses and sofa.

The space is fine, the service was fine. What I don’t appreciate is the bait and switch tactics of this company. If you require that I take the $12 insurance added to the monthly rent then you should put that on the price. Since that is the price you are requiring me to pay. I don’t care about the $12 and I would have likely gotten the insurance on my stuff anyway. But why lie to the public and make yourselves look like crooks that are tricking people into calling or coming through your doors. This is a practice that happens far to often in corporate world. Trade your souls for profit. Your leadership and share holders and anyone else involved in this price tricker are pieces of s**t.

I have had a storage unit (inside) with CUBESMART for over a year now and I can say that S.P. (Manager) and Adrienne are a great team when it comes to customer service and customer assistance. S.P. has always been kind with me when it comes to reminders about the payment due dates. She even went above and beyond her job duties when I almost lost my storage unit. I really appreciate how Adrienne is so nice when it comes to making my payment in person or over the phone. They both always offer me cold water and never deny when I ask to use the restroom even when they are very busy. I don't even stay on the Wurzbach side of town anymore but as long as S.P. and Adrienne continue working there; I can trust that they keep the facilities very clean and they do an excellent job of walking the storage units and making sure no suspicious activity occurs. I would recommend that if you get a storage unit that you choose inside where it is climate controlled. The Texas heat can really make it hard when you need to organize if you have a unit outside but nonetheless the gates are a luxury as well because you need a code to get inside the unit and a code to drive out the unit. That gives me peace of mind and one less thing to worry about when it comes to my belongings. If you need boxes, locks, or any other moving materials; S.P and/or Adrienne will take care of you. They will even help you make an online reservation. You won't regret doing business here at this location. They both always have smiles on their face so that is a A++.

Access hours say until 10 pm. Why couldnt we get out at 9:01 pm? Update: We had to call the corporate office for help. They tried to give us a code, but the gate wouldn't open. I'm not sure what they did but it finally opened and they had to shut down the system entirely and reboot it. My guess is it didn't update with the daylight savings time.

Andrea is so nice and the place is clean and great prices. When I called they said a 10×10 was $94 but they had two specials they could give me. 15% off every month and first month free. So I paid an administrator fee and the insurance. It's entirely climate controlled with elevators and flat carts free to use. Highly recommend.

Don't ever come here, someone broke in my storage without break the lock, they took a 65' inch tv and many more things. Everything was over 4,000 dallors that they took!!. I was please with the phone call follow up regarding my on-line reservation. The paperwork did not take long when I went to the office. I had an unusual experience in that when I returned to place things in my new unit there were already some things in there which had been put there after I had viewed the unit. I spoke with the person on duty and she moved me to a different unit of the same size in close proximity to the first one. She was very cordial and accommodating. I also found the price of the unit to be less than what I had paid at a previous company. Overall I am very satisfied with my experience with Cube Smart.

Big items on the upper floor are gonna be a hard time. They have doors in between unit sections and the elevator is decent but once you enter and have to renter your code constantly to bring your stuff in is Abit combersom. Ask for a too before you rent there....

I found this facility to be extremely clean. The staff was beyond professional, courteous and very friendly and helpful. I rented from CubesSmart about a year and 1/2 ago when buying a home. I called Cubesmart again last month since I needed storage on short notice. What a great place to store my stuff! SP and Anita are friendly, professional and very helpful. The facility is impressively clean and very safe with plenty of lighting. I needed to access my space in the evenings and early mornings and always felt safe. The first time I rented I worked directly with Anita and was happy to know she was there when I returned. I met SP, the manager the second time and she also made renting easy and seamless. What a great team! I would recommend CubeSmart any day-especially with staff like Anita and SP!
