Had my storage Unit at this location, Vivian was awesome about informing me of the box truck they have that you can rent to use. My pops helped me move in long ago. Vivian has always maintained a bright and cheery disposition, she always kept the property clean, and always had the red stickers on my locks. She was always there to answer to my questions & help my partner with a unit. Vivian is what makes cubesmart special at this location. Thanks Viv for everything!!!

The facility/grounds are extremely clean and well kept. It's easy to find, not hard to see at all. The customer service though!!!! Top tier. Easily one of the best experiences I've ever had with a business. Dondrick, the manager, was extremely helpful, courteous, professional, and patient. He is literally willing to communicate with you every step of the way as you get situated. I used the online self-service ability and didn't actually expect to speak or see anyone who worked in the building ?? but he took the time out to welcome us personally. I’m very pleased with this storage facility. It’s very clean, safe, and well-maintained. In addition to having high-quality cameras at every corner, management also does routine checks/walkthroughs for added security. I once forgot to lock my unit correctly and received a text notification from the manager the very next morning when management arrived alerting me to my mishap! Dondrick is super welcoming, friendly, and provides excellent customer service!

I am a long time customer of this CubeSmart location on Mainland Drive. The facilities are consistently clean and very well maintained. The service from the different managers over the years has always been outstanding. The most recent, and current manager, Dondrick, has taken to another level. He is always professional, courteous, friendly and a good listener. I am disappointed that I have to leave, but unfortunately the recent price increases have made it too expensive for a retiree.

I really can't say as I just moved in but the Mgr seems cool. The units are clean, no evidence of bugs and other crawlies. I was kind of concerned that they had just been sold to cubesmart which is expensive so I'm waiting for a price increase. All in all I like it!
