This place is great for storage. At first I didn't realize you can sign the agreement paperwork online, but as soon as you do everything else is super easy. The gate code was a little tricky, but the worker came out and told me how it was done so no biggie. The units themselves are super clean, the dollies/carts they have aren't all busted or broken and this location just happens to be close to home so if I need to get stuff, it's super convenient. All in all so far it's been a good experience.

Update 7/12/24 After being a customer for the past 10 months this facility has continued to amaze me with the customer service and attentiveness of the staff. I went in today to discuss an issue with payment and was greeted and assisted by Carley. She was very professional and understood my concerns even though they were beyond her level to assist. She patiently explained the processes and procedures and I left with a better understanding of the issue. After leaving a few hours later a received a call from Carly and was informed that my issue was addressed at a higher level and resolved.
