They are cheap for a reason, my travel trailer was broken into by the trashy landscapers that park behind my spot. They have thrown trash, oil and other stuff onto my trailer. I complained several times but they didn’t do anything. The manager said that they are getting complaints from their customers about people stealing stuff and they can’t do anything about it. IF VAULE YOUR STUFF DON’T STORE IT HERE!!!

Whatever happened in the past... Is the past... There is a Live in Security Man and Desk check in... He a an awesome people person... Mr. Ronnie makes sure you are taken care of.. Is polite, friendly and respectful... This is a great place to store your trailer and boat.. Car... Safe and Secure.. October 17, 2018... I have used this place for a year and a half... Very bad customer service the lady at this location stated we are to be responsible because there ground is muddy now i have lost work due to this place because they refuse to help move my work truck out of the mud on their property because we are stuck she tells me to deal with it myself and tells me to pay for a tow truck and hangs up on me.

Horrible! This place does not deserve even 1 star. On or around March 31, 2016 our 28 ft' 2013 travel trailer was stolen after only one month in storage! This is supposed to be a "strict security" lot. You need a gate code to get in and out of the lot. We were told that even with a gate code, no one can enter or leave for that matter, after 8pm because the gates were set to automatically lock at 8pm. This was not true! Turns out a handfull of customers & employees have 24 hour access! After the theft were told our spot would be held for 10 days at no charge to investigate but they would have to let it go if nothing turned up! What the heck! They offered us their security tapes to watch ourselves but surprise! We didn"t find any clues or see our rig! When we went back the office a week later to see if they had any info for us, which they didn't, we noticed a police car on the lot. We spoke to him to inquire about our theft but he was there to investigate a new theft! Beware! If you value your property DO NOT store it at Marbach Road Mini Boat & RV Storage!
