FYI this location is the central office for 3-4 of the local cube smart properties. WOW! what a location. Love the office staff. Patient, helpful, and friendly. Southern charm with down home feel. I'm not from Santa Fe but quickly felt like I was when I walked into their office and was greeted with warm holiday wishes and smiles. PRICE... CAN'T BEAT IT! the properties need a little aesthetic TLC but despite their minimal visual blemishes they offer the same top notch security & access hours as their competitors and yet they always have a real life person answering the phones during operation hours. So why would you choose anywhere else? You get the security & reliability off a BIG name with the fun and friendliness and small town appeal... For nearly HALF THE PRICE.

Regarding customer service Angela at Cubesmart Santa Fe is a good employee. Premises is kept up and reminders of payments due is on point. These units were formerly Santa Fe Storage. Entire process is different. Can pay storage at any facility Cubesmart owns or online. Access code assigned per unit so timing location and person who accessed last makes it feel safer.

I have been renting a 5×10 unit from the facility on Ave J in Santa Fe TX for 1 yr now the management at Santa Fe is top notch..so much so that I picked up another year at Ave J..I 'm sad to see Christine go she is the best and we will miss her dearly as she is such a kind compassionate caring lady ...Her replacement Jody has been great as well , she addressed some of my concerns and questions I had as the facility is going under new ownership and was there to help when I was wanting to rent the unit next to mine that had become available ... I will be a customer at Ave J for as long as I have the need for storage.

Since 2o21 this facility has come under new management at that point in time the prices were raised more than double. These buildings are old they are wood framed not steel beam, and are riddled with termites. Some of the locations are prone to flooding. 1/2 of them do not have concrete driveways and are pot holes gravel paths that can't be swept and are full of nails that have been swept out of the units iv have numerous flat tiers from there. Turn around space is limited and if your bringing a trailer you best be REAL good at backing up. It's also possible to get your vehicle stuck if the weather has been rainy. I don't really recommend this place at the current rates. They are far too overpriced for what you get. They raised their rates to be competitive with near by facilities but are not equal in quality. Rickety wooden frame buildings with corrugated tin nailed to it. Go else where and get a secure unit for about $2o more

Rate increases trying to be "competitive" when their units themselves are not competitive. Not sealed properly with no pest control. Definitely not worth the money. Thanks for raising the rates to make me get my stuff out. Paid you guys for over 5 years and probably would have kept paying if not.

Storage units are full of rats! Destroyed most everything I had stored there! Prices are sky high, twice as much as anywhere else around. Facilities are dirty and in a state of disrepair.. The property manager Christine Black is a scammer! When I came in to complain about the rats a few months ago she informed me that they were under new management and the prices were DOUBLE-ING and the rate increase was effective immediately upon her telling me right then, and then she attempted to prorate my rent for previous months that I had already paid! I told her it was illegal to raise the rent without any prior notification and walked out...

These people are crooks. In the 6 years we stored our belongings there, they continuously stopped taking our automatic payments out then sent us letters 3 months later telling us our stuff was up for auction. They claim our card was declined, but the more you talk to these trashy people, the truth eventually comes out and the owner says "I forgot, okay. I forgot to take your money out." NOT MY PROBLEM. Sucks for them, though. We knew they would do this again and already got all of the stuff we want out of there when we were caught up on 9 months worth of no payments taken out by them, plus their bull late fees. Good luck selling all that crap in there and have fun cleaning that 6 years worth of crap out.
