Facility is fine for the most part although the elevator is broken pretty often. We moved out because the rate increases were ridiculous. $60 a month increase! Upon moving our stuff out we found many rat droppings and some of the stuff had concrete dust/pieces from what I can only assume was rats climbing on the concrete walls. For $400 a month, I’d expect better

Manager on duty she was absolutely amazing. My code wasn't working and she tried and tried, but it wasn't working. She told me she would get it fixed and let me know when it was fixed. This faculty is no longer secure or well managed. The small pedestrian gate is purposefully left open every day and usually late into the evening. The lights have been out for months near the elevator and have not been fixed even after the facility was notified. The female "assistant manager" is rude and does not care about your concerns. She will tell you that "you can move out if you don't like it" instead of listening to you. I will not pay $350 a month for a poorly maintained storage facility that is not secure.

Very Clean and well-lit. Security gates that require a code to enter, elevators require a code to get to your floor. I feel very safe there and my stuff is well-guarded. They provide carts to help move your stuff and the doors open smoothly and easily. The manager, Andrea, is very nice and helpful. Highly recommended.

I will never be back at this storage establishment!!! I was in a 10x15 unit and was moving out and needed to store a few more items in the smallest unit. I was told that there was a promo for half off the first month so decided to take the unit. I found out later that being I was transferring to a smaller unit I wasn’t eligible for the promo. Not only that but the smaller unit was higher than what I was quoted . This place cheated me and I won’t return once out completely!!!!!!

LAUREN is AMAZING! I just called because we were displaced for three months after we sold our house and our new house had delays. My bill came due and just as I got in my house she prorated the entire month saying I would only need to pay one day. That means a lot when you have to incur extra costs from being displaced, every little bit helps. I would recommend cube smart to anyone. You Get what you pay for, and their service is excellent.

These guys have stayed late just to accommodate me, have the absolute best deal on a rental truck if you are a unit holder (this it was $15 for a full day) and are spic.n.span. Steven is theanager who is very knowledgeable about what size untins are beat and saved me money when I was trying to get a unit that was too big!!! Highly Recommend

This place rocks! Mostly because of the people and customer service but it's also very clean! They helped me with all of my questions, getting the boxes I needed and worked with my schedule! Upon move out, they helped coordinate with the moving company because I was already states away. Steven was so nice and understanding of my situation. He really treated me like family. Samantha also helped a lot with my questions. I would totally recommend!

Super clean place, I walked in and it was like walking into someone’s home! I knew right away that management really takes care of the place. Steven was super nice greeted me immediately with a warm smile and showed me around the grounds, secured with gates, lighting and cameras everywhere. Excellent, friendly service. Reasonable prices for the amenities. Super-clean, climate-controlled facility. They provide a heavy-duty cart in a little cove next the entries. Freight elevators for access to the second and third floors. They even have a covered entryway if the weather turns bad! I’m very pleased with the service and facilities, and I recommend SurePoint Self Storage wholeheartedly. Conveniently located at the intersection of I-35 and FM1103.

Moved to San Antonio last week from North Dakota and was a little nervous about finding a safe and easy to access location. This facility is great and Steven is an amazing resource. He was friendly and even remembered my name when I walked into the office. Excellent customer service skills and he went above and beyond to help us figure out some logistic problems with our truck. I rent a storage unit here for the last 12 months during transiting to a new home. Steven was great and courteous throughout my time here. This storage facility is kept very clean and the temperature inside is perfect. Steven was always very accommodating even when I was out of town on business and had to pay my rent over the phone. I had a great experience today at SurePoint SelfStorage in Schertz at FM 1103. I rented a unit last week and stopped by with a question. Both Steven and Scudder were very friendly and helpful. As a bonus, they helped me load some packages that had been delivered to their office into my car which was way more than I expected. Great customer service. August 7, 2017 - We visit this facility on a weekly basis and continue to receive top notch service. Everyone has always been friendly and helpful. Most recently, it was Steven and Jill. If you need a storage facility in this area, we definitely recommend it.

The staff is very helpful and accommodating. I have had a storage facility before and had my unit broken into. This facility is very clean and safe. It may cost a bit more than most but it is well worth the peace of mind for your possessions.

This place was more than what I had expected. We have a business office here and coming to this place everyday is lovely. The restrooms are always clean and smelling good. Nice to have a cup of coffee to help you wake up in the morning. Pauline is an outstanding manager! Always caring about any needs we have and great customer service. Thumbs up!! Secured place and great location near lots of stores and food places. We choose a great spot to our business and we'd recommend this place to anyone needing an office space or storage unit. Best customer service you could ask for! Pauline and Meghan have both been a pleasure to work with, and have gone out of their way to make sure that their client has been fully accommodated. The facility is brand new and kept in pristine condition. I would definitely recommend this location to others. The only suggestions to make this place perfect would be if the property offered a remote for tenants to access the gate to exit the facility (instead of having to use a code to exit the premises as well), and if they had planned to have the moving trucks unload on the opposite side of the building instead of the entrance where the business office units reside. Would help the flow of traffic, and keep the entrance and tenants' vehicles from being blocked.

The customer service is amazing from both Pauline and Meghan! They are both very attentive and helpful. Couldn't ask for more. Additionally, this location is clean and very well maintained.
