There was quite a bit of flooding in my area. The manager of my CubeSmart called to let me know that I had been some flooding in some of the units!! We rushed over to see if there was any damage to our unit!! We were greeted by the owner and he was very kind about the situation and told us where to find the people who were working on drying out the individual halls! We were very lucky because we had used plastic tubs on the bottom of our boxes and furniture!! The only thing that bothers me is that we have to have insurance on our unit but the insurance doesn’t cover anything!! Every situation is considered an act of God!! Other than that I’m happy with my CubeSmart experience!!

I highly recommend this storage facility. The staff, Lori and David, are very friendly and helpful. They clearly care about their customers and making sure you have everything you need. The facility itself is kept immaculate. I like that you also need your code to exit. I noticed David patrolling the area when I was there after dark dropping off some stuff. Great to see! Really couldn't ask for more from a storage place!

Good experience I would have given a 5 star, except the cart was in the shop, so I had to walk to my storage in the back, and the rep forgot to get the code to unlock the storage, so we walked back to get the code, other than that no problem at all. The quotes were exactly as it was on line. My experience renting the unit was great, However after moving my items from the unit I noticed I had several items missing, not just several but a lot of my things were missing, I sent Corporate an email about 2weeks ago but haven’t heard back from anyone as of yet….So I definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone to store anything Cubesmart.

Do not store here...The manager who lives on site is not very nice and is very rude. He blamed me on dirt that was left by another customer on me and I told him it I had nothing to do with it but still again blamed me. I will not stay at a storage facility that treat people in this manner. The fans in the non-climate storage does not work so you can hardly breathe. They went up one the storage rant $15 within 6 months after I moved in. A true rip off. I would never recommend or rent from this storage company ever again...ever!!!!

Cube smart raised my rent in the first six months. When I contacted them to request the reduction I was told that their units were almost all occupied and I had no choice but to pay more. I had two units with them and they raised rent on both of my units within a month.

Looking for great customer service? So many storage places have popped up in our area over the years. We have lived in Imperial Oaks since 2006 and have witnessed the growth first-hand. We have stayed with CubeSmart over the years for several reasons. For one, they are very easy to get in touch with. Laurie has been so helpful and knows all of us. We feel like old friends. We have gone through flooding with CubeSmart and the level of professionalism and care they took to ensure all of their clients needs were met were one of a kind. We know our storage units are safe, well looked after and they are more than willing to help their customers when it comes to special requests. A great small site to consider when you have run out of much needed space.

We rented for a shorter amount of time, about 3 months. This facility did the job, but even our indoor, climate controlled unit building ended up with a Millipede problem. Customer service was good, but bugs were the deal breaker for us.

It was ok. The guy at the front could not pull up my reservation even though I had all the information even the number. He did honor the price and type of unit I wnted. Then the disclosure of insurance that was required I never seen on line so my price went up 12 a month. I asked about a dolly prior to going there and the lady I spoke with the day before said she would have one for me so it would not take along time to unload. When I got there I had to go search two buildings/wearhouses and still no luck. It took me more time to look than it did for me to finally unload my stuff. The guy did go and find a dolly for me but, I spent more time wandering around. I wish this place had cameras inside the buildings but most do not seem to. The only secure thing about this place was the extremely long passcode.

Have had our belongings at this facility since 10/2018 and our rate has steadily climbed from the start. Now at $125/mo for a 10x15 NON climate, drive up unit. Will be moving our things. Can get a climate controlled elsewhere for much less. Also the doors do not seal well allowing dirt, leaves, seeds, and dust to coat everything inside.

reserved online. 10x7.5 outside drive up. when arrived, was shown a unit that had dead bugs and daddy long legs with an accomplished web. Was told they would need to clean it before I moved in. (duh). Unit looked shallow, measured and found the unit to be over a foot shy of the 10x7.5 (maybe should be a 10x5) advertised space. Lady said let's go back and verify unit number, Manager copped attitude as soon as I mentioned it measured a ft shy. Then got recommended going to a bigger unit 10x10. (would be nice just to get the 10x7.5 that's advertised.) Left due to attitude being kicked my way. called 800 and they said they don't have any resolution abilities beyond sending an email to district and playing the 24 to 48 hour waiting game. Online says 3 more units available 10x7.5 (Im guessing I was shown the cleanest dirty unit.)

District manager Tom Black and Lori in the office at the Rayford Road location we're very gracious in working with me so that I didn't have to move from this location. Reserved a covered space online. Showed up at the location to do paperwork. Lady was nice - I paid, signed papers and was issued a code and receipt. The next day I showed up to use my space and couldn't gain access. I had to get out of my truck (in the rain too) and go in. THEY HAD NO RECORD OF ME IN THEIR SYSTEM. I had to go through the whole process a second time, making me incredibly late to my next appointment. The people were nice, but don't seem to have the process down. Plus, on the day I first showed, gate was wide open. Next day, the walk through gate was wide open.

Lady at the front desk acted like asking her to do the up to one month off for if someone refers you there was a big deal. She said and I quote "we don't like doing these there to much work" I was in shock I said well it's your job and it will be done. So I spoke with the manager who lives on site and he was real nice and did it for me and came and told me he got it taken care of. But maybe that front office lady needs to get a new job. She even rushed us because she needed to leave to go western union her son some money. What kind of business does work like that. Good thing we won't need them but for a couple months.

Easy to move in as a new customer. David and Julie are the friendly staff at this store. I reserved my unit early in the morning and I moved in in the afternoon. They facilitated 24 hour access to help me complete the moving process in one day. Thanks David and Julie!

The facility is great, but I was misled about price and promotional discount of the unit I chose, albeit unintentionally. I was shown a climate-controlled unit and given a price from the rental agent's price sheet and told this unit had a half-off the first month's rent special discount. However, when I went back to the office to sign the agreement, I was told that the actual price was $20 more per month and the half-off did not apply to this unit. Dave, the manager, was there and didn't honor the special discount I was quoted and which was one of my deciding factors in choosing the climate-controlled unit over an outside, or drive-up, unit. I know the above was just a mistake, and I'm not holding that against Dave or the agent (I believe she was a relatively new employee), but I do wish the special half-off discount would have been honored. That's the only negative I've experienced with this CubeSmart. Otherwise, the location is good and the facility is great.

David provided great customer ! Just wish CubeSmart had different policy for rental term. I had situation change just a few days after signing agreement where I won't be able to use the unit but they won't do a partial refund. Dave even tried to help me out but computer said no.
