The facilities are great the storage containers I rent are very secure and I know my stuff is safe . The staff do a very good job here and are very polite . I currently rent 3- 8x 20 storage containers and a parking spot for my trailers . The price for the containers started at the same price $107esch . Now they are all different prices . One is $107 the one I have had the longest . The second one is $117 and the 3rd is $127 . They are exactly the same units same size . I have talked to management about it and they said corporate has told them there is nothing that can be done about it . I just think all the same units should be the same price . The storage company can just change it to whatever they want at any time . I have been a loyal customer for over a year now and the difference in price jumps in the units I rent have me very confused .

If I could do 0 stars I would, place was super dirty and moldy. Some of the units were missing panels and had electrical wires just hanging from the sealing. The “road” was only wide enough for one car to pass, it there was someone taking their stuff out you couldn’t pass by the only entrance to the place. DONT EVER RENT HERE

The manager Edgar was awesome but the condition of the facility is horrible. Huge pot holes and the electricity to units has been disconnected. Their prices are very high due to so many people moving out including myself.

I would rate zero stars if possible. It's been a headache ever since CubeSmart took over the location. Today 08/18/24 I went down in a Uhaul to try and move out my stuff. Only to find out they finally fixed the gate and my code does not currently work. The new management is incompetent and negligent. Customer Service is nowhere on their radar, all they care about is income. Now, I will be limited on time to move out because of their utter incompetence. I will expect a full refund for my Uhaul rental that I was not able to use. *Do not do business here* they will just take your money and try to screw you over any chance they get. I really hope they have not messed with any of my possessions now that I'm terminating business with them on 8/31/24.

I would give zero stars if possible. Incompetent employees, I did not sign their rental agreement when they took over, yet they are trying to tow my car out because of their new policies. Gravel road in property has giant potholes throughout the whole stretch of road. **Do not do business here** Will be trying to move my stuff out soon. They obviously don't want the business. 08/09/24 Returned to CubeSmart today 08/10/24 as instructed by a GM (Mika/Idra) yesterday. To finalize a new unit I was trying to get. When I get here I am not able to get helped because store manager does not have access to their system. This is ridiculous, I especially like how the GM on the phone was talking to the store manager like I could not hear her statements. I'm trying to talk to someone hire up than a GM. How can I get this accomplished? Update 12/29/2024 I gave them plenty of time to correct their wrongdoing and no one ever reached out. I will definitely look into reporting them to the BBB. They couldn't even refund me the petty $46 for my wasted Uhaul rental.

Where do I start? Old units, always flooded when it rains, dirt road/driveway full of potholes, no light in big units, no ac units available, previous management used to charge for "Defender" motion sensor that was triggered by rats. Gate seem to break on a weekly basis (broken as I am typing this review). A piece of heaven on earth!

I am a current customer but won't be much longer. I went to my storage a few days ago to get something out and found that my sofa a mattresses are covered in rat urine and feces. I tried to call and can't get anyone on the phone. I have $4000 worth of furniture that is ruined. I have never had to deal with rats in a storage before they definitely should make people aware that they have a rat problem. Unacceptable!!! Update Cubesmart took over service still trash! Huge potholes that need to be filled in only thing they've done is install new keypads. I can not wait to get rid of my unit!!!

Lease went up without seeing any improvement on the facilities. Prior deciding to leave the we asked to see the improvements and the only "improvement" that the lady pointed was the cameras. When we asked to see the cameras in our area, the lady stated that the cameras in that area were no installed yet.

Warning! Do NOT rent from this place! I didn’t realize the new owners started overcharging me since the rent is automatically taken out of my account. We, along with the office manager, brought it to the new owners’ attention, and they have done nothing to remedy the problem and will not return our phone call. We have been good customers for at least 3 years and now, they want to argue that we are somehow taking up two spaces which we most definitely are not. The on-site manager has tried to explain the same thing to the owners, to no avail.

They brought in rock for the parking lot because i believe they're under new ownership! The indoor units have power plugs and the onsite mgr is easy to deal with. Not going anywhere else!
