This is one of the best storage facilities I have rented at! Deonna is always helpful and accommodating. The storage is always clean and well lit. I love that it's gated. I love how I can access the gates and elevator via my app. I feel comfortable swinging by day or night to grab items.

Rates are nuts! There’s an increase in storage fees every 3-4 months. And I’m not talking about maybe $10…I’m referring to anywhere between $48-$50. No reason given, just a notification that your rate will be going up. The facility was originally a StorageWest and I knew the day that they changed over to CubeSmart that it would not be good.

Gotta admit, I thought a bigger company would mean customer service would go out the window. But U know what? Boy was I wrong as heck! Ms. Deonna is the BEST! I needed to update some personal info online & the system wasn't allowing me to. She dropped everything & helped me out. I'm a busy guy, & she updated my info so quick! Then, how about her manager Ms. Whit came by while I was there being helped. She was so down to earth! & they had such a good rapport with one another that I thought she was just a coworker there until her title came up in the convo. She even agreed to take my loyalty program idea to the higher ups! Prayers up & fingers crossed, lol. They are both super smart women, professional, & friendly. I felt like we've know each other for a while. I'm thankful that people like them still exist in customer service. Cause I'm old school. It seems like it's so hard to find great customer service these days. All computers. Anyway, I was thinking about finding another storage facility after the buy out, but I think I will be a customer here for a long time now. Anybody reading this whose looking for a safe home away from home for your property, this is the perfect place right here. Clean, quiet, & rea$onable. Climate good, elevators & security key pads always work. Oh yea, & a 5 day grace period before late fees plus a courtesy call! I need that! Nice facility. New and well kept. I signed up and the next morning I arrived 6:30am (they open at 6) to drop off my storage stuff. I got through the gate fine with the access code I was given. I loaded up the cart provided and headed to the elevator. Unfortunately, the code I was provided provided didn’t work. I called customer service and they tried to reach the on call manager a few times but she didn’t answer. Customer service was eventually able to get me to the floor I needed, no thanks to the front office who didn’t make sure my elevator code was enabled. Additionally, the “on call” person should actually answer the phone when called, otherwise, what’s the point?

This place is horrible since it became CubeSmart! I reported a bad leak from the AC unit last night at 7pm. Water was going into somebody's unit. Mine is nearby. Called the 800 number and spoke to somebody twice! Somebody from the actual Storage facility called me at 930am to ask me where leak was. Nothing was done!! She said nobody is there on Sun. So over 12 hours went by and nobody did anything!!!! I need to get my stuff out of this horrible place. Loved it before it switched names. Now it's horrible if they don't care if they wait over 12 hours to even check on a leak reported by a customer!!! They deserve a minus 100 stars!!!

From day 1 Ms. Barbara & her team have gone above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that my business is appreciated. From courtesy calls whenever my payment method fails to help me avoid late charges (which I love her for because the place I left seemed like the couldn’t wait for a reason to add additional fees), to letting me use the company box truck to move my things in. The facility is always clean and secure too. It’s never crowded and these are some of the best prices I have ever heard of. I would like to express my gratitude to Yvonne & Barbara. Yvonne was very sweet & compassionate when I told her my whole house was flooded due to the COVID Freeze of 2021. She showed me the units & gave me extremely fair prices. I have units at a nearby competitor & this facility has better prices, newer, & isn't as dirty. I made my choice the following day & Barbara was in the office. She was so nice & polite as well. She wrote my contract, showed me to my unit & explained how the lock works. You have to buy a special lock here but it is a COOL lock. I have not seen these used anywhere else. I like the cleanliness of this place so much, I came back for a second unit. --- Thank you Yvonne & Barbara for being so kind!

There is no move in truck available at this facility, i was told its getting fixed more than a month ago, really? At the other storage facility i was offered brand spanking new truck to move in.

The two ladies who work the front desk provided excellent and professional service. They were patient and resolved all issues I had regarding the storage of my household goods. The facility was way above average. The entire storage are was extremely cool. They also constantly cleaned the facility. The area was always impeccably clean free of any debris. Storage West also provided large carts to help move items to different floors along with broom, dust pans, and garbage cans. I would recommend this place to my friends.

I’ve been at this location 4 months. Registration was easy and fast. Barbara, the Manager was professional, friendly and has a great customer service attitude. The elevator was big issue always . Almost 50 percent chance no function or out of order when I got there. Unfortunately my storage space locate at third floor. It’s so so frustrating to use the stair and move the heavy items to the ground all the time. Look like storage west don’t care the customer need. Strongly recommend when you need move in or out, call them first or will be a nightmare to you.

Horrible. Our climate-controlled facility was NOT climate-controlled well. A third of our items got MOLD. We had to trash it and they did not reimburse us adequately. They told us it would be fixed, but it did not and additional items got molded. We lost a lot of money.

Barbara is great! My mom was renting a storage for my stuff and she was so helpful. She took her time explaining everything about the facility and SW’s policies. Highly recommend Storage West and definitely recommend that you stop in and see Barbara if you need a unit. Thanks!

Very nice employees that are also very helpful. Very clean facility and not as pricey as some places. They do require you buy a special type of lock if you don't have one. Sometimes what the call center says and what is actually available differ slightly, but the employees are very helpful in dealing with any issues and answering questions.

I love the ladies Barbara and Yvonne here at this facility. They make you feel like family here. I have another storage at a different location, the experience I have here is so much better. I stop by at least 3 times a week just to say Hi because they make me and my wife feel very comfortable. I highly recommend this facility. Yvonne and Barbara are Amazing at what they do!!!!
