Leah, went over the rental of the units the contract and fees and went over the gate code. Asked if I wanted it printed out or e-mailed. Gave me the keys and lock, it was special kind I had never used before, she explained how it worked. (I wished all Storage Companies would use these locks) the US Storage was very clean and very helpful. I would recommend this Storage place to anyone.

My youngest daughter has dubbed Leah “our guardian angel”! This should tell you how amazing Leah is at her job and as a human being. I was forced to move from the home I’ve rented for the last 4 years, the owner REALLY wanted to sell the house. I was unable to find a place to live on such short notice, so I needed storage. It was the weekend right before Labor Day. I went online and based on prices and distance, US storage was the best place for me. I called the customer service number and a very nice lady helped me complete my reservation. After charging me, she mentioned that all I had to do was go by and show my id to the person there and I could start moving stuff into storage. I quickly mentioned to her that I thought they’d be closed. She didn’t realize that the office was closed at that point and would not reopen until Tuesday Sept 5th… but I had to be done with my move by Monday the 4th! Everything that could go wrong with this move, went wrong! The owner showed up and blocked the garage where I was taking things out from… then turned on the sprinklers in the front where I had started taking things out from.. I called customer service again and begged them for assistance. They contacted a manager that then contacted Leah and she told them she would go back to help me! She was so amazing! Sweet, professional, helpful, compassionate, empathetic. I ended up needed a second storage unit and at this point I truly was ready to give up… I was a mess and incredibly tired. She stayed open a little later to help me, Leah allowed me to vent while still getting the work done, she even gave me a hug!! Leah is truly a gem in customer service and as a person. She was a true light at a very dark moment. In these times where good Customer service is a rarity, I pray that US Storage acknowledges the amazing employee they have right there! Leah, THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!

Wonderful experience! Leah is always friendly and attentive. I imagine that I asked her to send more copies of receipts and documents for my company’s records than most customers require and I’ve emailed her plenty of questions. She always replies quickly and compassionately. I’m blanking on her associate’s name -I think Marilyn*. (I’m so sorry!) She is just as delightful as Leah! She went out of her way to help me in the cold weather and patiently talk through the agreement with me on the phone. My storage unit was very clean. The grounds are well kept. Only had to get a unit here for a short time because of a black mold incident, but it was a wonderful experience! First off, Wilma and Leah are so helpful and kind and bring true hospitality to the experience. They worked with my quick time requirements and assured me I’d have a month to month contract since I wasn’t sure how long I’d need the unit. The whole facility is extremely clean and you can tell it’s safe and well monitored. My biggest fear with storage units is always that they get broken into often, but I never had that worry with this place!

I was so lucky to have found Assured Storage last year – now U.S. Storage. I actually found it based off of all the excellent reviews – and now I know why. From the first day I set my foot in the door and met “Mary & Wilma” (yes – remember these names), I knew that the reviews were true!!! Really? People who actually care about you and how you are treated in the storage business – mind blown! No stone left unturned when it came to explaining things and answering questions. It was so easy that after I was finished with paperwork and getting my AWESOME Climate Controlled space – I still wanted to hang out and visit – you know, kind of like that family vibe! Don’t get me wrong here – the professionalism and the total years of knowledge and experience between these ladies is unmatched anywhere around here. If you can get in here – DO IT!!!!! Not even going to flubb a false review..... The communication, hands down, was OUTSTANDING! I have never had a storage unit before and im in the process of relocating jobs due to covid and my work shutting down.... Mary was a rock star! She is super sweet and made sure that i wasn't getting more space than i needed. she was very logical and practical in helping me decide what was best for what i have....Not too much, and not too little. I work retail and customer service is a big deal, even to this day. Mary was the whole package deal, as if you were you going home to see your favorite relative. My mother turned me to this place and she talked very highly of it... and i was not disappointed. The units are all very clean, getting around the units is very simple. There is hardly any issues getting in and out. Everything is simple, and simple means more. The prices on the units are very affordable, even with todays world. but what makes this place stand out the most is Mary, with customer service like that, its hard to say no when someone is taking an interest into helping you and working with your needs. A price like that, cant be beat.. thank you so much Mary! You're awesome!

I was drawn to Assured Self Storage on Paige, close to 121 and across from Home Depot, in The Colony due to its location. I was captivated by Mary, the manager, due to her knowledge of her business and her commitment to service. I mean, who gives you their phone number right off the bat in case you might have a special need or request? She runs a tight but very friendly operation that provides clean, safe and secure storage and makes sure that her customers get what they need. I enjoy interacting with her so much that I continued stopping by from time to time even after I had moved out of my storage unit! The facilities are top notch and the manager over the top!

Five stars! Assured Self Storage was very literally my garage for six months while I was on contract assignment at Toyota Motor North America. There was no covered parking at my extended stay hotel and I needed a safe place to park my motorcycle. The staff was excellent in recommending a unit that was the perfect size so I didn’t have to rent more than I needed. It was even close to the gate so I could walk from my hotel each morning, ride to work, then lock it up out of the weather every night. Mary and the rest of the staff went above and beyond making sure the unit met my needs. When it was time to return to Seattle, they even worked with my shipper to help me send my bike home, saving me from having to make another flight down to DFW. The staff is friendly, resourceful, and tremendously helpful. By far the best storage experience I’ve had anywhere. You won’t be disappointed!

I’ve expanded from a small storage unit to a bigger one and stayed here. Mary is a pro who runs a tight ship. I’m here almost daily since I store my work van and inventory in a unit. In a pinch they’ll accept a delivery on my behalf which is very helpful. You can’t go wrong here.

This IS THE NICEST STORAGE I have ever had. The security is great! I will not be worried about getting broken into. The staff was so helpful. I highly recommend using Assured Self Storage. May was incredible. She went above and beyond to help me get settled. Mary is the best.

I would highly recommend Assured Self Storage. We ended up using the storage for much longer than we anticipated but we always felt our contents were very safe, secure and protected from any extreme weather conditions. They’ve got personalized security codes, cameras etc. and it’s super clean and well maintained. Mary the manager is so helpful and genuinely kind. She has lots of great advice and information that she happily shares....plus she’s a warm hearted animal lover with a soft spot for black labs! : )

I highly suggest using this Assured Self Storage if you're in need of a unit! I recently moved to the Dallas area and Mary (the store manager) was so accommodating and helpful! She went above and beyond to help me get everything in my unit, and even offered to help me move when my lease was up. Highly, highly recommend!

My first time using a storage unit in over twenty years and the service was excellent. The units are kept in excellent shape. The manager could not have been more helpful. The location is across the street from a Home Depot which came in handy for the rental truck and several items needed during both the move in and the move out.

We have had such a wonderful experience signing up here at Assured! We just moved into the area and Mary is great at what she does and helped us find the perfect unit for our belongings. Mary and MJ went above and beyond to provide us with the best customer service. They made us feel like we were talking and dealing with friends. We called a couple of other places and they were very dry in their people skills and when we called Mary she sold us on her friendliness and professionalism. Mary, MJ & Chris bent over backwards to assist me in opening two storage units from out of state. Bad enough that I had to drive across the country twice, but to receive the treatment that I did was spectacular! As a coincidence, when I asked for the second unit, one opened up next door to the first which helped in dividing household furnishings from garage possessions without having to travel across the facility. I would recommend Assured Self Storage to anyone needing that special touch. I cannot thank them enough.

I am not one that usually takes the time to make reviews, but I really felt it necessary in this case. The entire staff at the storage facility has been amazing. When our business structure changed and I was needing A large storage unit to store some business supplies, I stopped in and talked with Mary I believe the on-site manager. After speaking with her I never even shopped around price her customer service was amazing the facility is always clean, and everyone is so friendly. I wish all businesses where as customer service oriented as this one. Thanks for making this transition so easy!

I rented a spot about a year ago And now I added another unit Friendly staff, safe and clean environment. I use this location to store business items and especially like the restricted access after 10pm. It's conveniently located and staff is really accommodating .

Was moving back to Texas from Alabama after getting laid off and needed somewhere to put my stuff while i got back on my feet. It was my first time renting storage, met Mary when I came in to sign my lease and has been nothing but a great experience so far. Mary is very personable and a great person and a real straight shooter when it comes to how things work here. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for storage.

Unfortunately I had to change my review. I rented from assured in the colony Texas with the manager Mary. I rented there while I was caring for a sick friend until she passed away. After I left there and was ready to get back to work I rented a storage facility to hold my inventory for a business I was starting at another company. I heard Mary the manager of assured storage in the colony made slanderis lies about me directly effecting my business. Although assured has nice facilities there choice of managers and there ethics are questionable. I am strongly considering a liable lawsuit against Mary and assured storage. I have reached out to Mary about her comments but she failed to respond. I have sent a email to Keith the manager over her and also am attempting to contact Blair the owners daughter who manages assured storage for her father and they refused to respond. I will update this review accordingly. I am currently in the works seeking an attorney to move forward in a declamation of character lawsuit against these two parties. Defamation of character occurs when someone makes a false statement (which Mary made) about you that causes you some type of harm. The statement must be published (meaning some third party must have heard it)the current storage facility I rent from) , false, and it must result in harm, usually to the reputation.i was told by this third party that her (Mary) remarks put my reputation in question.Will update after meeting with lawyer. Assured commented on my review saying there sorry Mary and my friendship did not stay intact after I moved. I have text back and forth many times over the last year as friend with Mary. This is not about friendship it is about one company (assured) slandering my name to another company I do business with. I do not know why she slandered my name and reputation with her lies to people I do business with and I do not accept there apolgy. I want to make sure Mary as a representative of Assured Storage answers in court and hopefully the court sees there ways. I have a meeting with a lawyer next week. Will update. I have had a chance to be counseled and will be moving forward with the suit. 5/5/18 updated. I am to busy to go through this anymore. All I want to say to anyone that rents from Mary at assured storage please watch out for her. It's obvious she is a miserable person that likes to talk bad about people and people who rent from them. She personally has bad mouthed people and employees in from of me. She used to speak bad about one of her star MJ often to me which I thought was inappropriate since I was a rents. Watch out for Mary.

My family and myself needed storage for a local move and looked at locations with easy access to Hwy 121 and found Assured. After speaking with Mary, the property manager, and seeing the well kept facilities, we decided it was the right place. The service was outstanding and made it the best place!! Any needs we had, Mary had a solution for. With MANY trips in and out of the property, I never had a problem with access. Top notch service, accurate and easy billing, with a property manager that truly cares about the customer. This was the best storage experience I could have imagined!

When you have a growing small business and need space Assured Self Storage is the way to go. From accommodating my need for space as well as being flexible on the off occasion that I needed early or late entry they have been over the top to work with. The staff is friendly and inviting.
