I was paying for a "temperature controlled unit". When I arrived and drove in through a broken gate, my unit was hotter than it was outside. The heat broke a glass table top and caused items to melt on to my table.

I’ve been with CubeSmart since August and it’s been great. The only complaint I have is the rate changes a lot. But it’s still very affordable. I recently down sized to a smaller unit. I went in and a nice older gentleman by the name of Randal helped me. He was very professional and kind and he made the process very easy. Over all I would definitely recommend this place for all of your storage needs.

Everything was awesome! Renting online was easy and had step by step instructions that were all correct. So locks always have the really tough plastic to get into. Well the manager opened the lock ?? package on the side to make it easy to open! That was the best thing! It may not be that big of a deal but to me it was because it’s the little things that make it easy!

I would give it 0 stars if possible. No AC in climate controlled unit for 3 weeks while they “got approval” from the owner. Then tried to say supply issues. Once owner approved the $4k repair (not much $ for a commercial facility) it was done within a few days, but temps were 94 in the unit daily. I had photos and heirloom items in there so I had to move facilities. Unacceptable!

This was our daughter's unit. We have kept ours. We really enjoy using CubeSmart. Curtis has always been so nice to us as has the other staff. The property is kept clean. We have had our storage for 2 years. No signs of rodents. That is a huge plus for me. I really appreciate the staff and how they care for the property.

Our ministry stores in the air controlled area here, great access and clean with easy access in and out whether it's a pickup truck or U-Haul truck. And make sure security doors to the inside and good Lighting on the inside as well. The managers there are warm and friendly and do everything they can to help us make sure that we have everything that we need for sure if you're going to store, store here.

I have been renting a climate controlled unit here for 4 years now and only moved out today because I no longer need a storage unit. It has always been clean and well-maintained. Every single employee I have interacted with has been very pleasant and very helpful. The price has remained the same the entire time I rented here. I have also used their auto-draft feature for a long time without issue. I had a card replaced once due to fraud and was charged a late fee, I forgot that it was drafting from my card and not my bank account number. They were happy to help and reimbursed my late fee. I also lost my keys at one point and they met with me and cut the lock off for me. I think they only charged about $20. Even the move out was painless. Also, this location did not take on any water when Tomball flooded or during Harvey. If I ever need a storage unit again I would gladly drive across town to use this facility.

Pricing consistently increases each year. Do not use the auto-pay option! They will double charge or charge for non-existent late fees and then blame 'corporate' for a computer error. I am fighting them to return fees they charged in error for the 3rd time since I started renting there. At this point, it is more cost efficient to move my stuff to another facility.
