We used unit xx1 for 18 years. Not only was the location convenient, but the facilities were always clean and in good repair. Only once in all that time did the elevator not work. I tried to use the elevator early one morning before the customer service representative was not on duty. It was repaired within hours of my reporting the incident.

I really like this Cube Smart it’s always so quiet and clean. It’s a very safe and secure property. You have no problem getting in and out with ease when you’re needing to access your storage. 30+% rate increase, annual rate increases, came to an agreement with area mgr. I go to facility and what area mgr told local was complete and total lie. went to competitor and got larger climate controlled room with 3 security check points and 24hr personnel on site for less $$ per square foot. Just a word to the wise dont do business with cubesmart. There are plenty of competitors in town with better prices and security. lipstick on a pig is still a pig

I rented here many years ago before it became CubeSmart. I had 6 units. I can’t believe how much better it is now. Stefani the manager was most professional. The temperature controlled area is much cooler than when it was Storage Plus. I’m very pleased.

Edit to my original post. I was completely 100% satisfied with cubesmart till I got a rate hike in the mail today of nearly $40/mo. This is absolutely insane and outrageous. Never in my life have I had a storage unit hike their rates. Why? Their opperating costs don't increase ever... I was completely content with keeping the unit for the next year at minimum and now I will forever be a detractor of their "services". Never again will I ever do business with any CubeSmart location anywhere. I'd rather leave ally stuff on the side of the road and buy new things a year later. Unbelievable lies. I haven't even had the unit 6 months....

A few weeks ago I was in a serious bind and needed to find a local storage facility that would accommodate my hefty requests for moving in. When I first spoke with Constance I was extremely impressed and equally as gracious for her willingness to work me on everything and give me a great deal on the unit as well. Even when I called back a few times over the next few weeks with questions and changes to my plan Constance and her staff were always helpful and provided the highest level of customer service. The whole experience was truly a pleasure from start to finish! Thank you Constance and the staff at CubeSmart on Old Bullard!!!!!

We have had a storage unit at the Bullard location for nearly a year now. Last week, I had to move to a bigger unit to add some things for my Mom. Alyssa Grant was very helpful to find and reserve a unit for me not far from the old one. Then, Theresa Dalrymple, the general manager, was there when we made the move and was very helpful and efficient with the paperwork. As always, the place is clean and nice and efficiently run.

"My" CubeSmart staff members are truly amazing!!!! They worked with me to move to a larger unit, and answered all my questions patiently and thoroughly. They understood my need to list and sell some furniture from my unit during their office hours, for my safety. On the morning of the transfer, I had not arranged to have someone there to remove the CubeSmart lock from the new unit, and did not accurately remember the office hours. Teresa Dalrymple appeared (before opening hours) at the precise moment I needed her, and was actually scheduled to work at a different facility that day. She was able to remove the lock, and the transfer to the larger unit was successful, due to her help. She and the other office staff are consistently courteous and helpful. The facility is always clean, safe, and monitored by video. I am a very satisfied customer!

I own a small business in the area and needed a place to store my items as they get switched around through out the seasons. After running out of store room I decided I needed a local place I could securely keep things at to unclutter the back room. Greeted with a smile and eye contact I felt right at ease when I first walked in. The lady at the desk did a wonderful job, and asked many questions, and walked me through the different options to best suit my needs on my budget. I never felt pressured and I appreciated that. I cannot stand the car salesman vibe and did not find that here. Would definately recommend cube smart for anyone needing more storage.
