I strongly suggest not considering this rip-off place. An excellent money trap. The first month is free, oh wait there's a $30 administration fee the first month. You can't use your own lock. Make sure you use their lock that you have to buy from them. Oh and don't forget that you have to buy the mandatory insurance every month as well.

Valerie was wonderful! We were in a bind with an apartment that didn’t work out and we needed a last minute place to offload our trailer full of furniture. Valerie was so extremely kind and helpful. We were there at closing time, but she stayed late to get us situated. We were so appreciative of her help. She made a stressful time for us much less stressful. Ridiculously invasive storage facility. They want to know what is being stored, how, when, who, and heaven forbid storing anything that needs insurance. For that they will need all insurance policies and coverages, they need to know how to contact you, your address, registration, phone, and email. Seems invasive as it is really no one’s business what I am storing as long as it’s not illegal and it is not for a storage facility to decipher the legal code. Just so anyone reading this is not confused, it a motorcycle. I wanted to just store my bike while my house sold. It was legally obtained, highly insured, and it’s really no one’s business where I store it. As I write this I think I’m going to just take my stuff elsewhere as this was just an hour long, highly invasive process just to get the unit, only to spend more time rehashing the experience in a survey and I haven’t even stored anything in it. It’s a metal box with a lock, nothing more and no reason to make it anymore than that.

My wife and I had to rent one of the units here while our home was being built, The first thing we noticed was a our stuff moved around in the unit but just thought it was us. next we noticed boxes open in the unit and knew that was not us. Once we found our unit had been gone through and lots of items stolen we decided to not use this place as they sold us the lock and moved to a different facility . your belongings are not safe here and suggest you do not use their locks buy your own! My experience was one of a shady unsafe facility. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I've been a customer at this storage facility for 2-3 years, under old management with Best Storage. Since CubeSmart aquired this property, I have been so happy, and very impressed with how the property is looking physically. The property has undergone a complete 360. And that makes me feel safe that my belongings are finally seen as important. During this transformation , Tammy the General Manager has really been so patient and understanding with all of us who were grandfathered in. From learning new rules and costs. To helping resolve our account problems like being overcharged. Her attitude is outstanding, and always has a beautiful smile and makes you feel important when coming in. During these hard times it makes me feel comfortable and at ease knowing , that if all else fails at least I can rely on CubeSmart to be there for a friendly environment. 5 stars , definitely a must. If you want friendly, courteous, and reliable, and safe. Choose CubeSmart in Victoria for your storage, and moving needs. By far the Best in Town.

Rented a storage unit for the first time today. Very professional staff - Tammy & Lisa were knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. While making my payment one of the managers answered the phone and I could tell the person on the other end was being very hostile because even from my side of the counter I could hear the woman yelling The manager kept her cool and was very professional. These 2 ladies sure do a great job and are professional even when people are threatening them ! Way to go cubesmart on hiring professional managers!!!! You girls rock!!

I’ve used a couple different storage companies-this one is by far the best! The 2 young ladies were wonderful and the place looks very clean. And the office smelled very nice They were very busy when we went in but they both smiled and spoke as soon as we opened the door and treated us both like we were there only customers !
