Once I put my belongings in the unit I never had to worry about them because the unit was climate controlled. I never got any alerts for theft or any other type of damage to my belongings. Never had any issues with the facility itself. There was always moving equipment at the facility every time I visited.

I only had the storage unit for half a year due to it being only a temporary situation while I moved, but I would recommend them to any one.

This is the 2nd time I've used CubeSmart. They are the best storage units ever. Fair and reasonable pricing and they offer discounts. This one on Roaring Springs does not use the round locks, but the one on White Settlement Rd near University does. Locks at both places are about $17-18. And there is a $12 insurance each month, but all storage units add insurance. Don't use Public or anyone else. Use CubeSmart! They are climate controlled too.

Warning: cockroaches. Eek!!! I signed up for a unit online. The process was seamless. Very simple! I didn’t even have to talk to a manager to get my unit. They had it prepared for me. They put a lock in the unit for it. Really nice! Unfortunately the floor my unit was on (and likely the whole building) is infested with cockroaches. I was about to load my boxes in the unit I rented but noticed one unit was open. It had bug traps and dead cockroaches were everywhere!!! As I took a look around the floor, there were a couple crawling around and there were some dead ones in my unit. I know this isn’t the manager/owner’s fault. Someone moved their things in and brought their nasty little friends. Roaches are almost impossible to get rid of! I wasn’t about to risk my things getting infested and bringing them into my home when I get my stuff out of the unit. I’m really disappointed. I asked for a refund, and was given one immediately. Despite the roach situation, the customer service was great.

Cube Smart in Westworth Village is fantastic! My first call referred me to the Westworth Village location since it had units available at a great price. At that location, Sarah went above and beyond to help me find a unit close to the elevator. I had a moving company delivering my goods from out of state and they charge extra for any distance longer than 75ft from truck to door. Sarah was extremely helpful and calming in this exasperating moving experience. I even started to panic that I needed a larger unit on the day of delivery and she got me an additional unit close by, which I was so thankful to have. I would highly recommend this Cube Smart location. Clean, neat, safe, easily accessible, and a team that will help you with your needs. Thank you!

Was hesitant to stop and ask prices because this is a fairly new facility and I liver near the base - think lots of military. Facility was great and manager (Cathy) and assistant (Sarah) were so welcoming and friendly. Prices was cheaper than any other place I had been! They had room for my POD from Minnesota to be delivered there and the perfect size unit for me to unload in. They even suggested units that were close to the elevator so I didn't have to work so hard! Great place, would recommend to anyone! I could not have been more pleased by the efficiency of the staff at the Roaring Springs location. The entire process of reserving a unit took less than 15 minutes. The facility is clean, secure and easily accessible. The friendly staff members made me feel valued and welcomed as a customer. I can't recommend CubeSmart highly enough!

Located on Westworth village in front of the QT. The location is big. You can reserve online without a down payment or anything. This location requires a Barrel key lock, which you will purchase there. Insurance is also required, the lowest is $12. A minimum of 5 days is required to give a move out noticed to avoid charges (but your items must be removed the day prior to your contract date). It is climate control, there are elevators, flat carts, and most importantly...there are restrooms and water fountains inside each building. After your reservation, when you arrive, expect to spend 10 to 15 minutes top. You will be shown your storage, then you will return to fill out the paperwork. You can also set auto payments. The ladies are amazing and can answer any questions.

Awesome service, the two ladies holding down the front desk were sweethearts. Personally, I needed a unit for a month by River Oaks. I was about to pay $138 down the street because I thought the big building would be too hard to access at CubeSmart, but I was wrong. Ended up being accessible and was like $55-$60, I can't remember. Either way I knew I saved like $80 and I was stoked.

I definitely recommend them over other storage businesses in the area because of their prices and the following. Friendly staff and clean facilities.I looked at their facilities online but wanted to see the property for myself. I went up there yesterday and they gladly showed me several available sizes and I found what I needed. They have keypad entry at the gate and the doors to the buildings, automatic doors, freight elevators, 2 rolling carts that you can use to help move your stuff, automatic lights in halls, oh and music over a loud speaker.

From my first experience calling around for my mother in law was great! The gentleman who helped me out was very friendly and knowledgeable, he set me up for a location near me. After taking all my info the manager from the location we were interested in called me with a welcome call. I explained to her that it was for my mother in law and we set up at time for her to come in. As I was at work I received a conformation email with the lease agreement and receipt so I called my mom and asked how it went, she stated that the facility was awesome and the manager was very kind. My father in law had past not to long ago and she was very nervous to take her belongings to a storage while she moved in with us, my father in law was a navy vet and she has all his medals and other things that are valuable. After meeting the staff she felt comfortable and safe. Plus it's climate controlled so that helps tremendously. All around great company!!!
