I've been renting here for over 2 years and would absolutely move out if I could afford the moving truck and could find help to do it. The price has almost doubled since I started here, and I currently pay over $300 a month for a single storage unit. The rat droppings, spider webs and bugs are insane. And when my storage unit was overcome with mold, management said it wasn't their problem in spite of the fact that even the worker there said the adjacent unit had a mold problem. AVOID THIS PLACE! I would give zero stars if I could.

Fantastic experience to rent a unit online. The app is super easy to use and I like how it has your entry code for easy reference. Contacted Reuben via email to get the initial lock code into the unit so I could put on the new lock and he was very responsive and clear with his directions. Really appreciate how clean the entire area and unit is, very easy to access and unload! Reuben was delightful and on top of things when I stopped into the office to drop off & return the initial lock.

Straight up. Clean and nice facility. And staff has always been friendly and helpful. Been with CubeSmart renting two units for almost 5 years now. Why the 1 ??? They have raised our rates more 100% in last two years. We were at $78 a month on the larger unit, 18 months ago, and just got a letter last night that rate is going to $176 a month. People can be amazing, but Owners can destroy relationships in an instant. Worst thing, we had inquired two weeks ago about getting a second 10x10 unit, and giving up a small unit. Now we move to Public Storage.

Easy to reserve unit. But poor first impression as I am unable to access my unit due to the fact they put a key lock on it instead of a temporary combination lock. I was unable to leave through the exit gate and had to wait for another vehicle to come in through the entrance gate. And when I went to the office during office hours, no one was there.

The building was clean but very narrow hallways and doors to the units. Hard to maneuver furniture in. The buildings are poorly designed to get more units in and make more money. Also, on day of move in, we couldn’t get out of the lot! The automatic exit gate was not working so I had two men push it open so we could drive out! Not a pleasant experience at all!

I have not had any problems with this facility. They currently aren't allowing customers on the property after hours due to a water emergency issued by WFD, but while it's a pain, I understand it. Everything else has been great! The office staff is always nice and I spoke with someone at the national call center for the first time when I called to reserve my 2nd unit (for moving purposes) and he was an absolute pleasure to talk with! The pricing is fantastic and their facilities are clean and well maintained!

Cube Smart (570 Country Club Rd, Wylie, TX 75098). Be *Cautious* when reserving storage at this facility. False advertising of storage size inventory online. I reserved what the website stated the last 10 X 20 online. Due to stress and time constraints of moving I was even more excited I would be getting 1st mnth free as well. However, when I went in the next day sign contract with my furniture to store immediately in storage. They didnt have the 10 x 20 I reserved but( 2) 5 x 10s next to each other . With a divider in the middle two separate units. FALSE ADVERTISING I kept the storage. 2nd issue one of the units had a door jam and would not lock. Manager Rueben hired their 3rd party vendor to fix door Jammed on both sides. All my living room furniture is in place. They ended up damaging my leather couch. And did not inform me. I have been going back and forth with the storage unit as they wont share information to me on the Third party name , company information. Still waiting for them to reimburse me what they agreed upon for half of the damages. Although they claimed I could of damaged it myself. Seeking Legal action RIDICULOUS

Reuben was just wonderful! I had been with Morningstar Storage (originally Storage Space) since 2015 and over the course of that time they raised our rent by $100. I was notified that they were raising our rent AGAIN to almost $300 so I decided it was time to look for another place to call our storage home. From the first phone call to the last goodbye Rueben and the costumer service associates I’ve had have been nothing but welcoming and helpful. These guys really know customer service! The storage place itself is very nice and well kept. We also are saving $100 dollars by switching. I have a feeling we will be with this company for a long time.

We recently moved to Wylie, Texas and were in need of a storage unit. We stopped by CubeSmart #6491 to check it out. As we entered the office we were greeted by General Manager Reuben Ponce De Leon. I must say our experience was wonderful. He was extremely friendly and courteous. We’ve been to other places and were greeted by a “just give us your money and leave” associate. Not here though. Units are new, clean, climate controlled, well lit, and nice. Definitely a 5 star rating from us.

After searching all over Wylie for RV storage we finally found a clean, gated, friendly staffed place to put our fifth wheel. Tiffany was very helpful and easy to work with! Prices are competitive.

Reuben was great- my wife and I had no trouble working with them even though our stay was short. They made sure the storage unit was clean and their security made us feel like our belonging were safe and in good hands. VERY friendly staff.

Nothing but a positive experience from the moment we walked in. The front desk employee who helped us find a unit was so nice and accommodating! He even brought us cold water bottles as we were unloading our packing truck. Would definitely recommend this over any other storage unit. Brand new and very clean!!
