Len is rude and disrespectful. CubeSmart increases prices drastically, a 40 dollar increase over a year. Their units cost more than their competitors' larger units. The units are at the end of a long dirt road filled with pit holes that make it difficult to access with a normal car.

EDIT: Well, the owner finally fixed the road! So I am happy to leave a 5 star review, as I said I would. The facility has cameras, a fence and is overall well kept. They have raised our prices on us a few times, which I'm not crazy about but I suppose that's the cost of doing business. Overall it is a wonderful storage unit. In fact, since the road has been fixed we have 2 units now. PLEASE KEEP THE ROAD MAINTAINED ?? I would gladly give this facility a 5 star review if it were not for the road you have to drive through to access the gate. It's absolutely atrocious. It's a dirt road, which I understand is very common here in VT. Personally, I like dirt roads. But they have to be maintained and this road seems like it hasn't been maintained in YEARS. There are dozens of potholes, some bigger than the vehicles I drive in with. Definitely large enough to damage the suspension or undercarriage of some vehicles And when we call to try to talk to someone about it, we are told it's a shared road and they can't fix it because the other business whom shares the road doesn't want to pay. SO WHAT??? You're going to let your customers suffer and possibly damage their vehicles because the other business won't go in on the road with you? How much could it possibly cost to fill in holes in a dirt road? Even if it's thousands, it's the RIGHT THING to do for YOUR customers and I'm sure a business with such little overhead and so many monthly payments can float the few extra hundred or potentially thousands of dollars. The facility itself is nice, the barbed wire fence is nice, the gate is nice and our storage unit is nice. But if any of my friends or family asked my opinion on this location, I would advise them to go elsewhere because the pot holes are SO BAD. If it wasn't for proximity to my home and the barbed wire fence, I would leave in a heartbeat. Currently looking for other options at the moment. Fix the road and I'll make it 5 stars.

I had SUCH a great experience at the Cubesmart in Westminster. The woman in the office is always so helpful and so friendly. The unit was clean & well taken care of. Love that I was able to sign up for the unit online and they had a cute little gift bag waiting for me, same day!! I had 2 different units (downsized) over the last year and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Moving can be so stressful, but Cubesmart made it SO easy!! Thank you!

Everyone we dealt with was friendly and capable. Matters were handled efficiently and the storage locker remained dry and clean. I should also mention that I noticed the roadway surfaces were well maintained; even smooth, free of potholes.

My recent experience with CubeSmart was excellent! From my reservation to my move in day and payment made in person every step went smoothly and efficiently. My daughter and I are going through some very trying, stressful times right now and to have this part of our process go so well was a huge relief! I must praise Angie, from the Brattleboro, VT office for all of her help and for simply being awesome and making everything easy and stress free. This is the first time in my life I have ever rented a storage unit and I will surely not only return to this office in the future if the need arises but will highly recommend the services we received to anyone I meet who is also looking. It sounds ridiculous to say this but after everything we have experienced since the Covid 19 pandemic started up until now.....this step has been the easiest and I was not expecting it to be this way at all (from the fair pricing for a newly-single Mother to meeting your Representative Angie at the office). Katie and Len are the bomb! I would definitely recommend CubeSmart to anyone. I was late on a payment and they waived the fee for me. Great customer Service. Katie even stayed late one night waiting for me to avoid me paying late. The cube was clean and easy to get in and out of. The whole experience was wonderful! Angie was pleasant and helpful and made setting up my storage unit a breeze :). The office was clean and organized, and the storage unit along with the location were both well maintained and secure. Easy and Quick! Everyone I have encountered at the Brattleboro location is incredibly nice and helpful. Ashley at the Westminster facility is an absolute hero, however. She responded quickly to a problem I was having, immediately came up with an innovative solution that helped me out a lot, and she was cheerful and a delight the whole time. I had storage with CubeSmart for 2+ years and never had any problems. Even the process of vacating the unit was a snap. Highly Recommend!
