Ashley was incredibly helpful when my lock wouldn’t open and then the door wouldn’t open. She did all that needed to be done to get me in my unit. As for CubeSmart, my unit needs some serious updating especially considering how high the monthly rental rate has skyrocketed.

Everything! Easy to rent. Auto payments are great. Checking out was a breeze. Employees were Great! Security seemed reasonable. My one issue was the price went up around $46 a month in less than six months. On a budget and not ready for my belongings yet means I had to find another storage solution.

My experiences here were all good. The staff is great and the units are clean and secure. The only reason I didn't give five stars was because of the automatic rate increases every 6 to 12 months. It was going to be out of my budget by the next increase. If you can afford the increases, this is a great storage facility

I had a trailer spot in Manassas that was closed because certain giant retailers are buying all the lots to build data centers/mailing facilities. The few remaining locations with spots all required a level of technical of driving skills that I simply do not possess. This location is not only affordable, it has wide easily accessible spots.

Much better than the Culpepper, Virginia location. However, the storage unit is already very expensive, but then they raised their rates and the convenience fee to pay the monthly bill has tripled over two years time. Luckily, I kept an abundance of rodenticide in my storage unit. With the amount of rodenticide consumed regularly, I am glad that I have not found any rodent damage (except for dead mice) yet. I only wish that I could have been able to find something to keep the amount of Brown marmorated stink bug Insects from being in the majority of stored boxes, items, and etc.

Kayla at the Amissville VA CubeSmart location is very friendly and accommodating to get our travel trailer a spot. Easy transaction. Much cleaner than another company's storage for RVs that I looked at yesterday. This location is convenient to Warrenton for us and I'm glad they had a spot. I'm sure if they added more RV spots, they fill up fast. Everyone is camping now and HOAs don't like RVs/campers.

Stopped in to inquire about paying to park 2 of my vehicles here for a few months. The rented parking is full at the moment, which kinda bummed me out. The facility looks clean & cared for. I ended up having a great conversation with Scott & Kayla (I think, I'm terrible with names) & then decided to buy some moving supplies from this store. The staff is very friendly & helpful. It's hard to find that in a business today. I felt like they cared about me as a person. I will be coming back on the 2nd to rent a storage room while I'm in the process of moving. I highly recommend this business!!

Customer services were excellent... since I did the reservation for the storage unit I got a call the next morning telling me they got the reservation and asking me if I have any questions. The day that self storage services started we got there and they gave us basically the red carpet... we actually decided to take a bigger storage after they show us the one that was reserve for us. Two thing that I suggest should be part of your services. I wanted to set a monthly drawing from my PayPal account but this option was not available at this time (it is 2020's). I have to give my credit card # although I believe this is not a legal practice (to keep credit card information from customers). Second, you need to let the potential customer that they will need to get insurance for the items storage in your sites. I believe if I knew this I could contact my home insurance prior to the date of start the storage services and find out if those items in that storage were cover by it. I felt blindsided... Please consider these two point so you can implement them through all the storage units you have.

I highly recommend Amissville CubeSmart 6535 for all your storage needs! CubeSmart Store #6535 in Amissville is conveniently located off Route 211 & 229, with very easy access. The grounds are consistently well kept, orderly, clean, and the unit numbers are in plain sight. I’ve used (2) different sized storage units; both more than adequate, for size and expense. Structurally, they are well made, the doors slide up easily, and the units lock securely. As far as customer service, Connie and Steve are superb! They are very professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and work very well as a team. Throughout my experience as a customer, they have maintained a very pleasant attitude, while; providing excellent service,. Yet, are open to constructive criticism and works to improve the service. I consider them the greatest asset to CubeSmart 6535, because customer service will make or break any business, no matter how good the product! So, if you need somewhere to store extra stuff, you know the stuff that’s cluttering, but you still want to hold on to them, then put them in a safe place, choose CubeSmart 6535. It would definitely be worth the money!!

Excellent level of service. Quick and easy set up. Unit was ready as promised and was spotlessly clean. We also just experienced a significant amount of rain over the last few days. Stopped by to check for any leaks in the unit and there were none.

Connie and Scott are very nice and friendly. They made sure everything is safe and secure there. I have camper trailer there. They would ride around the site twice a day ro check be sure everything us ok. If they see anything wrong, thry would csll you to let you know. We are happy to know we found bedt place to storage our things there. It got fence and gate there so no one can get in to steal anything.

I love it !!!! Great Experience , Connie was very helpful and incredibly courteous in securing a storage for us 3 weeks prior to my checking date . Today the rep Scott went above and beyond to assist me in my paperwork and when when I needed internet connection to request proof of insurance thru my insurance he helped me with that as well. After all he did it with a sincere smile that really blew me away I could tell he loves his job. Keep up the great job you do guys Thanks a bunch.

Very friendly, helpful and thorough with the process. We would recommend this location. Could use an outdoor loading ramp for getting things in and out varied height trucks ie pickups and box trucks without gate lifts. Overall great people!

I have used this facility several times in the past, and I currently store my RV and occasionally my commercial bus here. They have constantly improved over the years on an already good foundation. The staff is awesome, friendly, and on the ball! I am planning on moving the stuff in my other units here very soon.

I have two spots at this location and in my time storing my equipment here I have found Christina and Nikki invaluable in terms of customer service and commitment to their clients. They look after my equipment as if it is their own. I have used storage facilities from Biloxi, MS to Las Vegas, NV and no one has ever given the effort to care for my equipment or accounts the way they do. I will not use another storage facility anywhere! Period!! Absolutely Superior!!

Once again these girls WOWED me with their professionalism, and nice and friendly approach. This time, I was unable to get into my unit. Something was blocking the door. The girls both came right out to help, and one crawled underneath the door ( a ten inch opening), to move the bed rail that had fallen against it. I almost cried, as it seemed there was no way to fix. This was not the first time they have been overly helpful and informative. These are definitely five star employees

I've been renting space here for 3 1/2 years -- Connie and Scott have really taken good care of the facility and their customers! They reach out if they see something I might want to know (e.g., cover blew off my boat), and they did a great job coordinating shuffling storage during their repaving/regravelling work. Since their location is a bit farther from the metropolis they have a bit more space than the nominal storage facility closer in... so it's easier to get parking for trailers and RVs (which is what I needed). I've been more than pleased here.
