After 14 years with another self storage around the corner, I finally checked out this location and decided to take a long term unit and was fortunate that the Manager IESHA was there to help me sign up, honor my rate for 8 months pre-payment and helped me learn how to assemble boxes, and even helped me up to my unit showing me the way to download the app which is awesome. I am in there often and see her from time to time. She is a super manager of a clean efficient storage unit. I hope she stays as long as we are using the facility. IESHA YOU ROCK!!!!

As I’m in the process of moving, I quickly realized that specific items I did not want the packers to pack were a lot more than would fit in my car. The best possible solution was to rent a storage locker to temporarily store. The concern I had was that most if not all rental places, the offices are not open on Sundays to establish a rental. CubeSmart solved that problem 100% as the entire rental process is handled online from start to finish including providing the lock. A seamless process that I would highly recommend. We’ve had a storage unit here for less than 2 years and just received a THIRD INCREASE in rent!!!!!’??First time $20/mo, 2nd time $23 and 3rd time $28!!! It seems like they increase about every 6 months! Thank God we’re about to move or I’d take my stuff elsewhere! Yes, the paperwork said the rate could change but this is too much!

I chose Cube Smart because of their location AND price. Initially called the customer service center and spoke to Louis who was very helpful. Set everything up and reserved the unit while talking to him. Then used the smart registration online to set up my account. It was very easy and my unit was waiting for me the next day ready to be occupied. It's very clean and secure.

I have been using a smaller unit but needed to upgrade when my daughter graduated. We needed to store an entire apartment until she relocates. Although I talked with a representative on Friday, but the unit wasn’t prepared on Saturday. (She did provide a unit number and code but it didn’t work). I arrived on Saturday morning and did the order online. Perfect! Everything worked, got new unit, code and lock number. Grabbed some carts and loaded. (I’d be a little concerned if I was a rep there, the app worked better than the rep).

The place is always clean. Everything always works. Managment has excellent follow through - they say they are going to call back and they always do, they take great notes so when you talk to one guy then get another guy it’s always like talking to the same guy. Always polite and professional and very understanding. My experience with CubeSmart in Ashburn, VA was incredible. I was a first-time user of CubeSmart. I informed the manager, Shuja, I would only need a unit for no more than 2 weeks to store household items. I did not have an exact date for occupancy , however, Shuja called me after a week to determine if I still needed the unit. Bottom line, I got the unit free for one month plus minor expenses for a lock, insurance, and taxes. Great service!!

Short story - priced well, clean facilities, and helpful staff. Longer story: I was dealing with a really complicated situation with multiple moving parts and factors to be considered. Shuja, the manager was helpful above and beyond what I could have hoped for in a situation like this. I really like this facility because for one, it's accessible in the early morning hours. The site is well-maintained and is secure like Fort Knox. I kid you not, access isn't just puncing in numbers. There are several access points required to identify you as an account holder and even then you still have to verify yourself through each point. I find this truly impressive because some people store items they want away from there homes and secured 24/7. The Cubesmart security system is no joke, but yet welcoming to those who have axons to the facility. Located next to the iFly and golf course in Loudoun County or Ashburn, VA. I went here for the first time in over two years and the items were in good condition and free of dust. I was amazed at how this climately controlled facility ensures your property looks the same going in after several years of just not checking up on it. And like I said the facility is so clean it could be a luxury apparent complex with all the bells and whistles. Automated lighting, security cameras everywhere. I mean everywhere. The interior is just as clean as the outside and there are several dollies available to move items in and out of the facility. The elevator only grants you access to your storage facility and no where else other than the entrance. I definitely recommend Cubesmart for short-term and long-term storage. By the way, they have an application that really makes conning to this location fun. But I won't disclose west the application does - let's just say it's a technological experience to anyone visiting the facility.

Both Cynthia and Lynda are knowledgeable, helpful and responsive. The storage spaces are clean, easily accessible, and climate-controlled. Suits our needs well.

They currently have a roach infestation which they say is contained but definitely is not. They got into our unit and the company told us to pound sand and that we took the risk putting it into public storage. The district manager was incredibly rude, they waited 3 days to tell us about the problem and by then it was already too late. Upper level management doesn't care and they're leaving their own employees on the back burner offering no help to them. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I will never again work with or recommend this company to anyone. Do yourself a favor and find a different storage comoany and of you have stuff here, move out, the roaches are definitely spreading.

This was my first experience with this type of storage. The Facility is brand new. The Manager, Lynda McGrosky, was so helpful and personable. When I needed rather quickly, to change to a larger space, she was able to waive an additional admin. fee, and a further credit from smaller to larger space. She is a real asset to the company!

Clean (new) facility with convenient entrances and elevator access. Entrances flow easily allowing loading and unloading without having to negotiate a small step up/down. Met with Lynda and she was very knowledgeable and efficient. She showed me my unit and had my lease done in less than 20 minutes.
