The facility Staffers are awesome! However, for as the Storage building itself is not as good. The building is supposedly a Climate Control building. The airflow quality is terrible and the Elavators are very very slow. I hope they do something about the airflow conditions. I don't want my furniture to dry rot or mold, especially for the amount I have to pay each month.

COCKAROACHES! Do not go here!! Paid extra to have an outside facing unit for the convenience of moving. After just 2 months the unit was filled with at least 8 massive live roaches. I was told they were “just water bugs” after googling this bug is known as the oriental cockaroach which carries disease. My furniture and mattress were covered in roach poop. I decided to just pay a 300$ fine to leave my stuff in the unit rather than having to open the boxes these bugs had gotten into. I am a clean person. I did not have anything edible in the unit. I am extremely upset and now have to get new furniture. The manager didn’t seem to care and staff said there was nothing they could do. No refund was offered. I am very upset and sad.

Rented a 5x10 storage unit on 5/1/24. Jenn was very helpful and made the whole experience easy and worthwhile. She walked me out to show me where my unit was located and how to access it. She showed me where loading carts were located if one was needed. Price for my unit here was half of what I was paying at another storage facility close by. Definitely glad I switched.

Over the course of three different days (8/1, 8/2, and 8/8) I’ve had the best customer service experiences at Eden Way Storage compared to any other business I’ve worked with. The first day I went only for price checks and got great advice on unit sizes for my needs, solid pricing information on all options, and details on the agreement—all with a constant upbeat happy attitude and wanting to help me in any way possible. The second day was exactly the same as I signed through all the paperwork and talked about what I might need, again with constant positivity and wanting to be helpful. The third day I went in just to tell whoever was there about my experience and she had the same happiness and customer service attitude. And every single time, without fail, I was offered a bottle of water. I haven’t had such consistent, high end customer service experiences in years and just have to leave a review on it. Facility is super clean, easy to use, and the truck rental with the discounted first month rate that’s being offered outclasses all of their competition. Store your stuff here—anywhere else is a waste of your time.

I was trying to find a storage unit on a sunday and everyone was closed. I was supposed to have a uhaul storage unit but they canceled my unit. I called Edenway told them what was going on and they told me they had one. The ladies that were working that day were very helpful. Stored my items for a little over a year here. Never had any issues, and the staff were great. At one point, I changed my credit card which was used for the payment and forgot to apply that online. I was notified by email immediately that I was a day late, and then I made the necessary change and there were no repercussions, which is always nice. They are informative of days they will close early or will not open, and are also informative in the event of hurricane closure.

So, I have been with Cube Smart when they were formally known as Eden Way Storage. For 10 plus years, Dawn, Jen, Dell, and Eric were always on top of their game, which made my experience at the facility just freaking awesome. Not only did they go above on beyond to accommodate my storage needs, but they were also polite and courteous. Over my time there , I will say they all became very good friends of mine. Unfortunately, I had to leave the facility, but the memories will remain, and I would highly recommend Cube Smart for your storage needs.

Bad experience using their storage service. Not accommodating and the staff was VERY rude. Be aware - they will allow use of their truck to bring items to be stored but you can't even rent it from them for an hour when removing your stuff. Also, they would not allow us to drop a pod at their location to load for a move, even if we were their waiting on it! None of this was disclosed up front and they put us in a real bind when trying to move our daughter. There is more.... but that should be enough. UPDATE: December 20th 2018. I got a notice from Google that “the owner” responded to my comments. The comment from the owner in part says ”...we are glad we were able to discuss this with you and get things taken care of...”. This is an absolute lie! They have not made contact with me in any way (phone, email, text, etc.) and nothing has been taken care of. These people are obviously trying to make this look like it was taken care of so their Google review looks good. This is so blatantly dishonest, I felt compelled to make it known, but I am not surprised.

Eden Way staff is courteous and professional, the units clean and the grounds very secured with cameras everywhere with the live feeds on display in the main office. Don't waste time looking at other storage units...if you are in the Greenbrier area...go straight to Eden Way.

The staff was very professional every time I have gone in to see if that was the location I wanted to store my items. I will be gone for a full deployment and wanted to ensure I was keeping my belongings with a trust worthy business. Not only did I get a lock for free she walked me to my unit right away to make sure it was the perfect size unit for me. Being able to drive my vehicle right up to the door for dropping off is a huge plus. VERY SECURE LOCATION!!!! UPDATE for all my military people trying for a storage unit they don't work with our situations!!!!! I was told previously that I would be able to use the truck to move my belonging closer to me moving out of my residence. I wanted to get the storage early to move small things. The female that signed me up and issued me my unit told at that time that since I wasn't moving my bigger items I would still be able to use the truck at a later date. So today I call to set up a date and Francis proceeded to tell me that bc it wasn't within a few weeks of me getting the unit I couldn't use it. Then....she proceeded to call me a liar saying that the female that issued me the place had been there for years and would know better than to say that. Excuse me Francis but this isn't something I would make up or lie about as you tried to indirectly call me a liar. So basically the employees are not on the same page and they do not help people with different situations. I have no choice but to leave my things there bc I leave soon but just know I will make sure no one I know uses your facility.

The staff here is very accommodating and down to earth. They were very thorough and upfront with explaining my lease's terms and conditions. The facility is very clean and I love how secure it is! Not to mention it's very affordable AND you get to save money by using their moving truck for free. Will definitely refer to anyone I know who needs storage.

At Eden Way Storage Center the staff is great, very friendly, the units are well-lit and very clean. I really love that the units are climate controlled and the pricing is very comparable to that of a unit that isn't climate controlled. When moving in and out they have carts to help with loading your belongings, a bathroom to use and a truck for rent. I will always recommend this storage center.

The center is clean, and has numerous options available as far as the size of the storage units. They also have plenty of packing materials available for purchase. I would recommend Eden Way Storage over the other centers in the immediate area.

We arrived in Chesapeake in the afternoon pulling a trailer. Within half an hour we were completely signed up for our much-needed extra storage. Staff was helpful and friendly. The units are clean and climate-controlled. There were carts to help with the heavy items--even a truck was available, if needed. Overall, a great experience.

This place if full of friendly helpful people. From talking g to them on the phone or in person I always feel welcomed. The facility is clean and very well lit. I was pleasently surprised the use of hand carts and dollies available for use to help you move in or move this gs out. I love the climate controlled unit verses the outdoor unit I had before a d it was even cheaper. The location is great. The only improvement I could ask for would be a left turn out of the facility onto Eden way. The U turn is not my favorite. I have rexomended this storage to 4 of my friends already and will continue to for the rest of my friends in need of a storage unit

Very pleasant experience all around. It's a clean, well cared-for facility. Our truck driver was able to pull his big rig right up to the unit so unloading was a breeze. A free truck, as well as hand carts are available to assist. The staff has been helpful as well. I'd recommend this facility to anyone.

Outstanding facility located in the heart of Greenbrier. Staff is very pleasant and experienced to answer all questions that you may have in regards to your storage needs. Prices are very competitive to other storage units. One of the best in the area.

Needed a storage unit for my entire apartment at short notice a few summers ago. The staff at Eden Way storage in Chesapeake were able to accommodate me that same day for a great price and I was moved in by that evening. I was even able to use the storage center moving truck at no extra cost. Any time I interacted with the staff they were always very friendly and helpful. The units themselves were well priced for the size. The building my unit was in was always clean and always secured so I didn't worry about my belongings. Very large cargo elevators and multiple flat beds and dollies at every entrance made moving items in and out throughout the year quick and easy. I recommend Eden Way to anyone who needs a storage unit and would gladly be a return customer if needed in the future!

I chose this location because it's in a great location & features good security (i.e., passcode gate & security cameras). One thing they could improve on is sweeping hallway floors leading up to our inside storage unit. I'm not sure why it's so dusty. Overall though, it's a nice storage facility.

This is my 2nd time storing here and I wouldn't go anywhere else. The prices are comparable. The employees are friendly and the facility is very well kept. I think including a trash can outside of each door of the climate controlled building would be a plus. Otherwise, my experience has been great and I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a safe, secure storage facility.

EDEN WAY STORAGE CENTER IS ROACH INFESTED AND HAS THE WORST STORAGE CENTER. DO NOT STORE YOUR ITEMS AT THIS LOCATION!!!!!!!! THIS LOCATIONS HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had to stand for 2 hours putting my code in the entrance door and also the elevator at least 100 times so the movers can move my stuff into storage. When asked to take the security setting off which any other storage center will gladly do especially if you are moving a large load into the storage the employees were very rude and informed us that's the way it is. I had to pay my movers for extra time because of the inconvience. ON TOP OF EVERYTHING THE FREE TRUCK THEY PROVIDE IS VERY DIRTY AND INFESTED WITH ROACHES. (I SHOWED THE EMPLOYEES THE PICTURES I TOOK OF THE ROACH INFESTATION AND THEY DENIED IT AND SAID THEY CAME FROM MY HOUSE. THEY USED PROFANE LANGUAGE AND WERE VERY VERY RUDE. IF YOU DONT WANT ROACHES IN YOUR FURNITURE DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE FACILITY. IF I COUKD ATTACH THE PICTURES OF THE ROACHES I MOST CERTAINLY WOULD.

Dang! Talk about security! Just ask to look at the place with an associate and you will be shocked at how much security there is. Also, they have climate controlled units but that's for humidity control. All the other units have temperature control still. Its a secure well controlled storage place overall.

My experience has been good expect for the truck situation. The day I reserved the truck the battery failed. I had to rent a U-Haul and Eden Way Storage reimbursed me $25 mind you the U-Haul was $75. Other than that the storage is secured and clean.

I am very pleased with Eden Way Storage. I had previously rented a storage unit from them 2 years ago. I find myself needing them again. They are by far the best storage facility around. My furniture and belongings were good as new after being stored for a year. Frances and Chelsea were extremely friendly and helpful and I have already recommended a co-worker to them.

Eden Way Storage is one of the best storage facilities in the area. They are very clean and the climate controlled storage is wonderful. The fact that they have a moving truck you can use for FREE when moving in is a blessing, and the $1 first month's rent is another added bonus. The security is great and the storage units are well lit. I feel safe at all times when I am there.

After 10 calls to every place around I chose these guys for a 10x20 indoor unit. Gave me a truck for 4 hours, free lock, low deal (they gave me a deal and I didnt even ask for it). Clearly whoever runs this place is impecabbly clean. You could eat off the floors. trolleys everywhere. Did have to wrestle with eleveator but hey, I had a lot of stuff. So, yep, this is the place if you need chesapeake storage units.
