I had reservations on day one when I open the unit and saw the cobwebs on the walls and floor that had not been cleaned or swept up. The day before the movers were set to deliver to my drive up unit I went out at about 6 PM and was met with a sheet of solid ice. The ice extended so far, that backing up a truck or vehicle to the unit meant all four tires would be on the ice. I informed staff still present and was told they just put the golf cart up, but would pull it back out and put some salt down. I also explained to them that no moving company would deliver to that storage unit under such hazardous conditions, and was assured they put more salt down the following morning and use an ice chipper. Unfortunately, none of that happened. The next day there was still ice and you can clearly see from the posted pictures that no chipping occurred (photo with tire visible). I was forced to spend time renting another facility and vacating this one. There are better facilities in the area that actually take care of the grounds. I suggest using one of those facilities instead. Update: the regional manager called me and provided a refund so I’ve changed to 3 stars for that. He unfortunately was belligerent and doubled down defending the property. He was only somewhat less defensive after actually seeing the photos. It’s disappointing that he came out swinging before actually understanding the facts - extensive ice with little effort to clear it, cobwebs & a non-working light in the unit. Poor management unfortunately breeds poor work ethic from the team you manage, I suppose.

Over priced units, people who don't care what your wishes are with your property (ie locks), staff that thinks it's funny when you get charged a fee for a late payment that was "stuck" in their payment box, and rates that went up after 6 months without notice. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

They say one month free that is not true latches very hard to open and close.I spoke to several customers who had the same complaint. If you want privacy you better not go to there bathroom no lock on door. Terrible experience

Love the layout of the site, accessibility to the units, and the clean and friendly atmosphere overall. However, the one thing I did not like is that you have to exit the vehicle to type in the code to enter. Other sites have a window access keyboard, but that is the only thing I would change.

I don't want to say this is the worst place, but it is bad. They have never wanted to fix the parking lot and what they only do is raise the price every year. I had to pay out of pocket with another person to fix up my parking spot. We need an emergency fix in the entrance ramp because there is a big hole and every day it gets worse. It doesn't need that much to it, I just wish that they paid more attention to it, its not that hard.

Customer service is NOT their forte. If you need a thoughtless unit at decent prices, they may work in a pinch. But a few months after I got my stuff in here they raised the prices, that's a bait and switch. Then when it was time to move out, I needed an extra day (I had trailer issues) after having been in loyal paying customer for a year...they had no flexibility. If I wasn't out by 6pm, I was going to owe them an entire month. I managed to get out in time, but they were rude, snotty and immutable. No thanks, I will go somewhere else next time. I wish I could give them zero stars.

These folks know what they're doing. First of all, I was having " a day". I'm an off the wall person who shouldn't be allowed near people during the day. These folks treated me like family. There was no messing around. I need a spot for my luxuriously appointed cargo van while I'm away, they reserved, lead me to it, paperwork was all computerized. It was easy. Very friendly, prompt and courteous service. Easy location to find and good folks working there.
