Clean storage facility with lots of lighting and security cameras! I know my belongings are safe. I shopped around and this storage facility was by far the best option. They always have deals and specials I appreciate the month to month option. The associate that helped me was professional knowledgeable and answered every question I had. Everything about this place is great except that the price gets jacked up significantly more than once per year! The good: clean facility, nice/competent people, easy access, available carts, etc. The bad: my 10x15 was $90 per month on 6/22, went to $100 on 1/23, and then went to $112 in 9/23. That's a 24 increase in 15 months! I have to say that 4 stars is generous given these huge increases. If I get another significant increase, I'm going to reduce my rating.

The storage units at the Cube Smart, Gainesville facility are exceptionally clean and well kept. Location is very secure and easy to get around. This storage facility looks pristine... that's saying alot from a bunch of other locations I visited. I experienced exceptional customer service, especially from Paige!! Paige was very professional and polite. I am a first time storage renter and she went above and beyond to assist all my needs; as well as explaining how everything in the facility worked. I would highly recommend this location if you are looking into storage needs.

I was very injured and sick with an infection brewing in the severe sprain, and everyone was so helpful from the phones to Brandy. Without Brandy I could not of done it, I am still in pain from the foot sprain and infection from my moving efforts that Saturday, and the day my POD was offloaded I was in agony unable to get a sitter to keep my disabled child. Plus she cheerfully got us set up the day before so it was a breeze once I got loaded and over there. I cannot say enough good things about Brandy, she got me the perfect unit to make it easy on the POD workers during unloading and was just so thoughtful!!! Give that woman a bonus!

The online registration and payment was simple. Facility is new, clean and climate controlled. My unit was prepared and ready. Easy contactless process. Never had to interact with anyone (but could have). Facility seems very secure. Very confident that my "stuff" will be safe. Elevators require security code. The fact that my unit was on 4th floor was no big deal. Unloading was still quick and easy with the large elevators and carts. Very happy with everything.......they even had some great music playing throughout the facility......made the work go quicker ??.

RV parking lot. Employees are friendly and helpful. Facilities are new and clean, well monitored. Now for the real important details. I use the parking spaces they rent for vehicles. Their policy, directly from the property manager, is to bring you in at a very competitive rate, require you have their additional insurance ($12 per month) and then in 6 months increase your rate by about 25%. They will review and potentially increase rates every 6 mos depending on demand. They are month to month so if you don’t like it, move on to somewhere else. Their gates have been broken twice, that we know of, since June. One period for over 2.5 weeks. While they did apply a credit, it was nowhere near the prorated amount. They do have active duty military discounts only. Bottom line: they are responsive and friendly but not entirely transparent. If you are looking at their parking spaces, plan on paying in excess on $150 after 6 mos.

When my family walked in, we were immediately greeted by Amanda with her opening the front door as we arrived. Great first impression! She was incredibly knowledgeable and so friendly. The facility is clean and we ended up signing for a storage unit. Only downside is they don’t offer any discount for prior service veterans or first responders. They need to implement this discount since so many people in the Northern VA area are veterans and other storage competitors in the area do offer this discount.
