I have always had a pleasant and professional experience with Mike and/or the office associate whenever I'd have any questions about the units. I would be warmly greeted as I entered the office. I could count on him to smile and wave if he was near by when I'd visit the storage unit's. On occasion, he'd even pause on the golf cart as he would pass by to make sure everything was OK. He does an excellent job of keeping the grounds clean and maintaining the vacant units. He is very friendly and I would highly recommend "this" CubeSmart location for its great service.

Crooked Company , I stopped in not to long ago the girl and the guy working seemed a little shady to me , hounded me with endless phone calls to rent , reducing the rate every 3 calls , when i went to look at a unit , there was a dead rat in the corner , so i got to looking further into this franchise , and didn't NOT like what i saw ...clearly some of these units that are up for auction have been entered by the staff , which is against the law , if you want to deal with a reputable company just drive down the road about a mile on the right hand side , there you will find a family owned business , that actually cares about its people .

Just went to our unit a few moments ago to get an old purse. As soon as I lifted the door 2 or 3 baby mice came running out!! There is clearly an infestation and if the property isn't being properly cared for, damages need to be paid by the management team in charge. I'm going to be calling them first thing in the morning. I checked out this facility looking for a unit to store my overflow while I moved into a smaller apartment. My mom and I received very excellent and friendly customer service from Mike. He helped us resolve questions about what unit to select for my stuff and make a plan should things changed. The facilty housing the units as well as the unit itself looked cleaner than other places I checked out, giving me confidence to store my things there. Tonya checked us out and was very helpful and thorough with understanding the rules, costs, and things to look out for. Highly recommend this location for storage

Mr. Mike Love is an absolutely wonderful person to interact with and he gave me Wow service. He was very helpful and didn't rush me even though I had several things that I discussed with him. He's very jovial and easy to converse with. I would definitely recommend that you give him a call if you are interested in renting a storage space. Also, Cube Smart does not provide trucks even though the website says that it does.

Mr Love couldn’t have been more helpful to my daughter and I. He was accommodating and made sure we were satisfied with the unit we were getting. He walked with us to one of the outside units and it had water in it so he quickly told us that was unavailable and took us to an interior unit which was presentable. Although we liked the location of the outside unit, he assured us that the interior units had accommodations to help us with our move. His customer service was GREAT...he WOW’d us for sure.

The place is secure, clean, and appears to be very nice. Units are easy to access. All of them that I can tell are ground floor (no second story). Price is low compared to others in the area for the same high rating.

Clean, easy to access, good price. I made a last minute reservation online at 3-4am-and was able to access it same day just a couple hours later. Probably could have accessed it as soon as it was open. The entire process was so easy and streamlined. You’re even able to check in online so you can do a contactless lease signing. They put your welcome bag full of goodies, water, and your paperwork. And when you do everything online you buy a lock through them, and the lock was waiting for me right inside my goodie bag. BUT even better, once I got there for the first time I was having a hard time opening my unit, and Mike appeared out of nowhere, took me to my unit, even replaced the entire lock/lever mechanism. He even oiled the door so it would be less squeaky. He was so polite, professional, friendly, yet personable and just a delight to be around. I might extend leasing my unit beyond needed just to check in with Mike Love (not from The Beach Boys) because he was that awesome.

Mr. Mike and Ms. Stacey are truly helpful and courteous. They are polite and knowledgeable and addressed me by name when I came through the door. They are always smiling and shaking hands of the customers when we come through the door and willing to go above and beyond. I can truly say they are AWESOME!!!!

I reserved a 5x5. When I arrived I was persuaded by family that I should get a bigger size, after I had paid and a lease was generated. I went back to the office and Mike Love was able to complete the transfer with no hesitation. Thank you!

On 11/02/19 I received a phone call from Mike Love which is one of the managers and he told me that I was 6 days late, There was a communication error because I did a transfer out of another unit into my current unit on 10/24/19 with the general manager Stacey Stutzman and I was told I did not have to pay until 11/27/19 on 11/04/19 I received a call from Stacey stutzman On 11/05/19 saying there was a glitch in computer & I shouldn't have been called, she told me she would take care of the issue & would call me, she called me today and made things right way to go Stacey stutzman

This facility is conveniently located near the flea market and bus line. Tonya is very pleasant and helpful each time I need something. She is very knowledgeable in regards to this facility. I will definitely recommend this location to my friends. If you need anything Tonya is the person to speak to.

The service was fast and excellent. Very helpful in selecting the appropriate sized unit. The only reason I didn't mark five starts is that the unit should have been swept by the prior renter.

This place is a trap. Monthly rent is $27 and they make you buy their stupid locks for $15 which is half of the rent.

I love this location, right by the flea market! You cannot beat the fact that they have a light bulb socket in every unit and a dumpster for renter's use! Plus, the vibe here is good, they do not give you a hard time about anything, great customer service!

Don't expect a whole lot. It's a place to store your stuff. They try and raise the "rent" for no reason so you have to call and ask them to not.. which is annoying because the manager there is extremely difficult to understand. As I said, it's a place to store your stuff.

Inexpensive, but dust from race traffic coats your stuff. They now have a new payment system that no longer sends out reminder emails. It does send out monthly invoices that says the bill is attached-no attachment. Looks like time to move.

There's never a good reason to be at a storage unit. It's not a fun place to be. But Mike makes it seem otherwise! He's friendly and helpful to the point that I actually look froward to calling and paying my bill or coming in to use the unit. Mike is professional, knowledgeable, and personable. I never thought I would need a storage unit however I eventually did. I was extremely pleased with not only the pricing but the amazing service. Michael Jones was the main person I dealt with there. I've had a storage unit with this company for over a year now. I've not had any issues, the staff is very helpful and friendly. It's easy access to the property and convenient to make payments. I only wish the rates did not increase the longer you have a unit, but other than that, great place to use for storage! Thanks

I went here looking for a storage space. I worked with Michael and he was very professional. He went the extra mile when explaining the move in process (he is very thorough). The property is well kept, nice and clean. The staff obviously takes pride in their company and it shows with their positive attitudes. Will definitely recommend this location to others! Great service and great staff. Mr. Jones was a true professional throughout the process and truly helped me find the right size space I needed. The space ended up being perfect. When I have had to stop by or call with a question, he always is quick to respond and always does so with a positive attitude and is willing to find a solution to any concerns I might have.
