Originally, I rented a unit that was far too small. No problem exchanging for a larger one that was twice the size for only $10 more. What impressed me the most was that the transactions went smoothly with no surprises. None!!! The staff is very nice and very willing to answer any questions. The codes and lock worked flawlessly. I highly recommend Cube Smart for your storage needs.

Wouldn’t recommend this location to my worst friend. Horrible management, and all I can do is recommend customer services training for all front line staff specifically. Additionally, you can never find a cart even though the manager stated “they are sprinkled throughout the facility”. It was very rare for me to pull up with access to a cart, I’d always have to look at 2-3 other parts of the facility or request/return a cart from the front desk. 1/10 overall.

The unit it's self is fine. But the lack of carts and dollies is ridiculous. When putting things in storage or taking it out it's nice to have access to lift and carry assistance. When only a truck /semi or moving truck can reach the dock and a long zig zag ramp is the only walking entrance. The unit was given didn't have a rear access door, so the walk was long. I asked for a dollie and the manager giggled. I understood her giggle when we tried to locate one. As much as a unit cost there should be some convenience included. But the people working there are great I have no compliant there.

I was greeted with courtesy upon walking in the door of the CubeSmart office. I had a bunch of questions for the General Manager and she was so informed with every size unit and the price points. I asked for her name (Magda) and she was polite and forthcoming. I was instructed about how the passcode works and the entry times. The GM even told me her schedule if I required any further assistance beyond my initial start day. I was met at the building by the GM (I was able to use my code) and escorted to my unit. My unit was clean and had a lock already in a greeting bag ??! I normally don't leave reviews for businesses but this was warranted and self initiated. This is a cool place and I love the access ease. The customer service is a BIG selling point that goes beyond just spending your money. Some employees add to the residual value of companies and this GM clearly does. I'm motivated to give a review and recommend this location. God Bless!

There are never any carts available. Never. So sick of walking from building to building to building looking for a cart. I think they have like 3 for the entire complex. I like my unit but I'm so tired of the attitude I get at the office every time I have a question. The complex is good and convenient but I don't know why I'm paying so much rent and can't get a cart or kindness. Also within a few months of getting my unit the rent rose by more than 30 dollars a month. Shop around!

Might be the most disorganized storage place I've ever been to. Their 'network' was down for the 'past 3 weeks' so they couldn't process our reservation.. But had we not made the reservation they could've helped us out(??) The entrance to the storage is broken and does not require a pin, you can simply just open the sliding glass door. Virtually no security. (I always used pin) Staff was generally unhelpful. They tried to charge a late fee after only being at the storage unit for 4 DAYS. Cannot recommend against this place more.

Great experience working with CubeSmart. We had a very short-notice need for storage, on a Sunday afternoon no less. Every person we spoke to by phone was courteous and professional. The "contactless" approach was/is perfect for what we needed. Received all needed info by email. Got to the facility a couple hours later, entered secure gate and found new padlock already waiting for me inside unit. Filled it up after 2 runs. Perfect. THANK YOU AGAIN!!!

1 was my review after just booking my unit. 2 is my review after being there for months: 2) The restricted access is annoying. They raise rent without providing notice. They are unwilling to alter/customize payment dates, so you better move in at a convenient time of the month for bill organization. They place stickers over, in, and around your lock I guess as some kind of advertising? I asked them to not mark my personal belongings with stickers or ads but they refused. I'm not thrilled. 1) Actually got a really good deal at CubeSmart. I reserved a unit and when I arrived to claim my unit they informed me that they had no more units in that size because they were overbooked. To remedy the problem they gave me a bigger unit at the same price as the unit I'd reserved. The staff has been really helpful and AJ has been kind every step of the way. The prices are also competitive!

Since my last review a year ago, my unit has increased a total of $100. I pay extra to have a climate control unit, however the door has been broken and is wide open almost every time I stop by. This has been an issue since 4 months after I started renting my unit. I understand having a yearly increase due to inflation, but $100? Maybe if they didn't have the ac running with the sliding doors wide open all day they wouldn't need to up the rent so much. Why haven't I moved? I have a 10x20 packed to the hilt and hate to inconvenience others asking for help moving along with the cost of moving, but it's time, enough is enough. I did take my complaint to them a couple times and was asked, "What do you want, a free month?" No, fix the doors! Every time they say someone is coming to fix the doors. Well, that's obviously working?? My unit increased $20 in less than 4 months of having it. The security doors to the building my unit is in were broken for over a month. I did not feel safe being there at night nor did I feel my stuff was being protected. You do get alot of space for the money and the hours are good. But still, NOT HAPPY WITH A $20 INCREASE!

I only went to pick up something free that the seller did not bother to tell me was not there as promised!! Would never store my stuff in this place as the place reeked of mold and decay. People cleaning out storage units just leave nasty bug ridden items in the front. If you put it in there take it with you or throw it away! This place seemed very unsafe. I will not be going back there!

It was a privilege to work with both AJ and Preston. They are two of the nicest people that I've ever met. It didn't matter whether or not there was horrible weather out or if there was a rush of people coming into the office, they both always had a smile on their face and were willing to help out. She has non stop messing up things . This will be the last time I go to them . Currently looking for a better storage place . It took a little time to search google for the right storage place for us. We re-located from another 'public' facility and made the best possible choice. I made the reservation online and had 2 other facilities as backup--not needed. The CubeSmart facility is secure and we chose a climate controlled unit. I can't say enough positives about our experience from the moment I walked in the office. The manager, Katherine, is a gem for CubeSmart. She is friendly and knowledgeable. The process was quick and easy. I highly recommend this facility.

Absolutely disgusted with what used to be our couch and the level of "service" that we have received from CubeSmart. They require you to purchase insurance which is all fine and well until your property is destroyed by the RATS and MICE in the storage facility. Destroyed to the point where it had to be thrown out. Still- despite having insurance we are given the run around and worse told that the insurance does not cover rodent damage. So we are out a couch and have been treated poorly- two weeks and 0 resolution. Not only will we never be using CubeSmart again I will strongly advise anybody who asks me about their services to look elsewhere.

Then they increase the rent every three to four months without warning or notice. There is never a hand cart available to move items whenever I arrive.

Been using these facilities for 4-5 months. facility is alway very clean, staff is friendly and even called when CC changed so I would get hit with late payment fee. Sometimes wish it was 24/7 but for price I will deal with hour constraints.

Mr. A.J. Smith, the manager of this location is the reason why you should rent from here. His customer service was and is excellent. He really worked with me to find a space that would fit my needs. I ended up renting a climate control unit that was much larger than I ever expected which saved me money. Initially, I thought I'd need to rent an additional space which would have cost more. However, thanks to Mr. Smith's diligence, I now have plenty of space to put everything, including plenty of room to move around when I'm in the unit. The storage location is clean and well kept and there is security that lives on the premises. So, if you're in need of a great place to store your things, look no further and come to Cubic Storage.

Staff was extremely friendly, facility is brand new so everything is in great working condition. Secure entrances. No stairs!!! There are rampsand loading docks, plus flat bed trucks to help move stuff. No interior stairs or elevators. Let's put it this way, this could have been a nightmare moving stuff to storage, but me, by myself, a female with an infant in tow, did it by myself with ease. THANK YOU. Definitely recommend these guys!

The facility is airy, clean, well maintained, well lit and secure. The onsite amenities such as loading docks, hand trucks and storage locks made moving in a breeze.
