The entire experience and customer service has been impeccable. My husband and I sent in and talked to two young ladies (sorry I forgot your names) who assisted us with our reservation and showed us a sample unit. I received my reservation email as explained. Switching from valley storage and I couldn't recommend this facility more. The price difference was great. The girls up front were very kind, knowledgeable and helpful. Very clean and safe facility with elevators and a loading dock for easier unloading. 5 stars based off my 1st time experience here ??

I highly recommend you do not store here. In Aug 2024 we had someone break into our unit by accessing the unit behind us. We didn't find out until we went to our unit days later. Management did not inform us there was a theft. They let us sit there and wait while someone was continuing to steal. Had we not found it ourselves it could have been months without knowing. After finding out they have done nothing to prevent it from happening again. Anyone can access an open unit and jump over the top. There is nothing stopping them. When asked if we would receive any compensation for pain and suffering. The answer was no, we still pay $165 a month to potentially have our belongings stolen again. I would recommend you store your things at Harrisonburg Self Storage. We never had an issue there.

The units are nice and well kept. I like how everything is indoor an climate controlled. The lady's at the front desk were just as nice as they could be helping me out. The doors into the building are code lock so people can't get in easy to steal your stuff. I like that a lot. 10/10 would recommend.

I used the facility to store my items over the summer as I was moving to a different apartment building but didn't want to take all my belongings two hours away to my mom's house. I loved how clean and accessible the facility was. I can't thank Ivy enough for being so friendly and welcoming! She truly cared about my experience and helped me out with any questions I had. The price wasn't bad at all either! This is a great resource for students who live far from Harrisonburg. I will definitely let everyone know to use Cubesmart!

Hi all, with Harrisonburg Va being a college ridden area I was nervous to figure out what storage facility was going to be honest and straight up with me about the process and prices. I chose CubeSmart after looking into many others in the area and I am so glad that I did/ I am. I walked in on a random afternoon and Ivy was so incredibly kind to me. She heard my situation out and laid everything out for me in a way I'd understand, for context I was not the easiest at understanding! She also took me by the different size units because I was unsure what I would need. She was very patient and kind to me and I hope anyone in the area that has storage needs will come by this facility especially for first time storage needs.

Place is clean, well-kept and staff is great. Only issues I have is that parking in abysmal, there is really no space for moving trucks and/or trailers, and you have to punch your code each time you enter. For me that’s two doors while carrying heavy loads and without a second person, almost impossible. This makes moving in twice as long and difficult.

I definitely would and have already recommended this storage facility to anyone looking for a brand new, VERY clean, climate controlled and camera monitored safe place to store your valuables. The owners of this facility are so kind, informative and willing to help. They have all that you may need in order to store your personal items, dollies and very big elevators. The hours are very good as well in order to gain access to the building. And the prices are very reasonable. I would use this facility again. Thank you Mustafa for all of your help.
