The Arbor Day Foundation™ has over 50 years of experience in planting trees in the right places for the biggest impact. Using a science-based approach, they identify forests and communities globally that would benefit most from trees.

From May 1, 2025 to April 30, 2026, for every eligible rental, CubeSmart will contribute $1.00 to the Arbor Day Foundation, with a minimum donation of $50,000. The mission of the Arbor Day Foundation is to inspire people to plant, nurture, and celebrate trees. The Manager was very helpful and each time I called to verify what I might need for a space he was patient and very kind finding a chair for me as I’m unable to stand for more than a few minutes. The area we picked out was perfect for the Amount of room I need it. Where the service was lacking was at the actual headquarters. The manager of the local store does not receive my texts anymore and someone who does not know me or the situation merely refers me to a general 800 number and asks if there’s anything else they could do. Transferring me to the store that I’m trying to reach would be beneficial. When I was able to text Hunter things went much more smoothly and my questions were answered in a more timely manner. I am overwhelmingly disappointed in this change. To take my time and be unable to reach the person who can help me has been taken away from me. So I have to make sure I call and can’t send a text after closing hours, it has to be an email, And I prefer to text My emails tend to stack up and I might miss his response. Hunter was very thorough in explaining the contract to me and the fees attached. No one I reached for texting was able to help me with that. You have created work for me that I didn’t need. I prefer to deal locally

Clean, safe, air-conditioning, bathroom, the guy in the office is nice, helpful and attractive. Only issue is that if you miss payment for 6 days you won't be able to use a code to enter. This is a WA state law.

Lack of the office being open on Wednesday was a significant problem for me. Possibly needed more space than I had. Renting a space near my existing unit is impossible online. Would be unacceptable to get a random unit anywhere in the facility. Talking with customer service they could/would not help with this issue. Would be very helpful if CubeSmart improved its system to allow customer service to assist customers rent units at specific locations when they call in.

The staff was ready for me when I arrived. They are friendly and professional. The facility is new so it has top-notch security, with bright lighting, and individual units are very nice. You access your unit via a secured drive-through door into a warm facility. There's even secure, inside restrooms. Year and a half later: I've been paying $139 a month for my 10' x 10' unit. Starting Sept. the price is increasing to over $190 a month. Last increase was less than $10. This year it's over $50. I have to find new storage.
