Easy to access, friendly staff, plenty of moving and storage supplies on hand at competitive prices. I was able to quickly reserve my storage locker online, the introductory price and online discount made the extra step worth it. This location is always clean, easy to access from Yelm Hwy. So far very happy with the locker and location.

Rate hike twice in a year. Rate increase was a $101 a month increase at last increase. That is a 25% increase in rate witch is not the industry standard of 5-7% yearly increase for additional costs of doing business. Was also never able to get the lights in the unit to ever be repaired after several requests.

Started with a low 145 ish walked away paying about 250 plus tax every month. The unit I had was 10x10 which today is 189. Well I was with them for a while 3 or 4 years and they couldn’t help me match price with competition or their own website Well I move to a place that look the same and it’s 112 bucks monthly Idk what it is about this unit that they feel that they can send me letters up charging and up charging When they have all this deals online -.- I paid 250 dollar for 2 years They suck They won’t help They wouldn’t allow me to keep the unit and re create a new contact for cheaper -.- makes no sense

The unit I have was so clean and ready for me to move my furniture into. The manager has been really great, working with me to get the right size unit and setting up my account. I really appreciated him and his advice. If you need packing materials, they also have a variety in the front office for sale.

Aaron is the staff on hand we dealt with kept taking calls and not helping us while we were there. Took almost 50 minutes before he decided not to take our deposit. Didn't help us find the unit. Smelt like he was just smoking weed before showing up to work late. We were there right at open. He didn't show until 10 minutes later. Horrible employee.

This store facility is nicely kept however I rented a small u it less than 1.5 yrs ago and the price has increased 4 times in that time from 79.00 to 171.00. When I told them I wanted to stop lease and reason why they didn’t offer to keep price from increasing again, so I have found another facility closer to my home thats reasonably priced . Don’t let there special prices fool you.

CubeSmart is not a storage provider I would readily recommend to anyone. I strongly advise prospective customers to explore alternative storage unit options before committing to CubeSmart. My dissatisfaction stems from several issues during my rental period: 1. **Unannounced Price Increase:** Without prior notice, CubeSmart increased the rental price of my storage unit by nearly $100, which was quite unexpected. 2. **Lack of Prorated Rent:** Despite informing them of my move-out date well in advance, CubeSmart did not prorate my rent for the month. I vacated the unit eight days before the rental renewal date. 3. **Limited Employee Assistance:** When I sought clarification and assistance from their staff, their response was somewhat dismissive, with statements like "it's above my head." Moreover, when I requested corporate contact information, they were hesitant to provide it. Overall, my experience with CubeSmart left me with the impression of a company primarily focused on profit, rather than customer satisfaction. I would strongly discourage anyone from considering their services.

Their customer service was on point for follow up and we were able to get the job done in record time. Their units are very clean.l and the price is reasonable for the amount of space you need. The manager of the facility where were at was absolutely great. Can't say enough nice things about Aaron. But the CubeSmart fees are atrocious. They increased by 30% in a year and they were terribly expensive to begin with. Apparently CubeSmart barely pays living wages while the CEO is raking in millions. CubeSmart storage is safe, but they are overpriced. I recommend finding another facility, preferably one that is locally owned.

I've been using CubeSmart since 2018 and they have been the most professional and convenient since the start. I've used them for temporary and long term storage and the prices are hard to beat, especially when I moved back to California. All the units are on the first floor and about half are in door with temperature control. These people are the best and are super military friendly. I RECOMMEND you to get a storage unit from them as I have never had any issues with with questioning whether my stuff would be safe or I would get the unit I needed.

Being in the military I have had my fair share of experience with storage units. This is by the cleanest and most helpful staff I have dealt with. I moved Into two storages and about half way through packing I realized the smaller unit would not work, they allowed me to transfer to another larger unit with ease. Aaron was super helpful.

What sets this company and facility apart, was the professional and courteous treatment that was shown to me as a new customer. In particular, at the Lacey CubeSmart, I would personally like to point out a young man, named Arron. He went above and beyond in answering all my questions, and went out of his way to help my elderly father who accompanied me on the first visit. Just emptied my unit to close my account, Aaron was amazing help from start to finish. I had been there all day and he made sure I had everything I needed, from furniture dollys to ice cold water. During my time there he had made multiple trips around the facility to make sure everything was secure... he ask me multiple times if I needed anything and let me know where to find him if I needed anything else. He was constantly walking around sanitizing commonly touched surfaces to minimize the spread of covid. At the end of the day he explained to me how my final bill was going to work, and I really felt like he cared for me and wished me the best on my move. Seemed like a sweet deal when I found it online. That said the location is constantly super noisy with all of the back and forth train traffic, the parking situation is awkward at best & the manager feels like the appropriate way to handle one customers security concerns include interrogating other customers & tossing around insulting implied biases like a game of telephone through her employees.

I came back in need of a cube again and I just loved the customer service Marcy gave to my family. I had kids just all over the place but she stayed professional and very loving to my children. I have never used storage before but life changes drastically and we needed to find one ASAP and haul our furniture since we moved to Lacey from Seattle. The experience was smooth and stress free! I reserved our storage online in less than 5 minutes and Marcy called me to confirm my reservation and provided all the necessary details. The next day, I called as a courtesy to make sure my reservation was still confirmed and if I needed anything else on my end to prevent any delays. Tyler confirmed my reservation and said I had nothing to worry about. We finally arrived and the experience was superb. My kids were with me and they were so patient throughout the process. Tyler showed me around the facility and checked out my storage unit. It was raining and he was so kind to hold an umbrella for me even if I didn't need it. We went back to the office, I provided my license, proof of insurance, and I signed disclosures, finally BOOM, transaction completed. In less than 10 minutes. *We had a drive-up access unit so it was super easy to unload. The unit was clean and spacious. The other units are on ground level but you'll have to access them remotely inside the building. There is a dolly by each of the access doors, so helpful during the unloading process. Oh yea, had to buy a special kind of lock to be used for the storage unit, which was $11.99 not including tax. I have never seen a lock like it, it's a bit confusing but Tyler and Marcy made sure I knew how it worked. Lol. Overall experience was GOLDEN! Thanks guys!

Marcy is amazing!!! I don't usually review places so I'm not a pro at this. This is a very nice storage place. I rented a few years ago from another company and my unit was broken into after the 2nd month and my grandmother's heirlooms can never be replaced, so lets say I have not had the best experience with storage. Not only do they have a bathroom here, it's actually super clean. Wonderful experience through and through. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

This is my first time renting from Cube Smart and I have to say, they are EXCEPTIONAL! The GM there recommended this ForeArm Forklift thingy to me and my mom, being a skeptic she did not believe it would do what she said. We bought it anyways and was fully intending to bring it back after we tried it. OHHMG, best invention EVER, me and my 16 year old brother was able to move most of the big stuff out of the house using this thing. My dad says he's keeping it after we move from the storage. I would highly recommend this place for storage, we will definitely be using them again. This place is clean, friendly and all climate controlled. Thank you Cube Smart Team.

This is the place to store your things people! First, we showed up 5 min after closing, poor Marcy was about to lock the door when we pulled up. I quickly asked if there was anyway we could get a storage space tonight, we drove from far and got stuck in traffic. Anyways, Marcy, amazing young lady welcomed me and my husband in, offered us water and showed us some units, we never felt rushed the whole time. We ended up renting a big outside unit. The customer service of this CubeSmart is out of this world, my husband later commented on the fact that she open the door for us and shook our hands lol, he says, he's never gotten service like that before from a storage place. She stayed way past her closing time to help us and was smiling the entire time while doing it. To the owner of this facility, you lucked out when you hired such an amazing customer service oriented personality for your business. AHHHMMMAAAAZZZZINNNNGGG SERVICE!

We had just returned from vacation and had to start packing for a move to a new home. We showed up literally 1-min before the office was to close on a Sunday. I have rented in several different storage places in my lifetime and this is honestly the best experience I've ever had renting a space. From the time I received a call to confirm my interest, the young lady I spoke to was honest, quick and very patient, I know I can get away with the questions sometimes because I am overly cautious. I want to especially thank the General Manager Marcy for taking the time to show me 10 different units to make sure I got the right size I was looking for. I was looking for something for about a month or more from now and I got such great service, I left there renting a unit. Marcy, thank you for recommending those damp rids, I can see and smell the difference already in my library and closet. I wish I could give you 1000 stars because you are one of a kind. I hope your bosses realize how much of an asset you are to this company. ************* many more stars for the cleanliness of the facility and superior customer service. Self Storage 2.0! This place is soo nice! Very easy and sophisticated. Online account. Signup discounts are great. The units are nice and very tall. More than I ever expected from a self storage place. These folks are doing something right! Dear manager... please give Marcy a RAISE! She's so knowledgeable and friendly. She's one rep you DON'T want to lose!!! It might even be a great idea to offer folks tours of this place through meetup or the local newspapers. This is hands down the best storage place I have ever used. Being from a military background I've used lots of different storage units but have never been as impressed by any of them as I am by Cube Smart. From start to finish Tyler was awesome! The units are clean and very nice. High ceilings and I was able to reserve right online which I loved. Once I got there the one I originally picked out was big enough no problem they put me in a size bigger with not much more cost wise. You get way more storage for you money than anywhere else. You get insurance and can even do auto pay! The prices are amazing and the staff couldn't be more helpful! Five stars is not enough this place is just that good! They treat their customers with such great customer service that I don't ever want to go to another storage facility. Could not ask for better! They go above and beyond just to help their customers. Thank you Cube Smart you guys are amazing!! Thanks Tyler for helping me today and just being so awesome! A++++++

With very limited knowledge of finding a location to store my vehicle I searched for the most secured location I could find which led me to CubeSmart. I went to the Lacey location to better understand the process of acquiring a space. The place was clean and inviting. The reception was nothing short of professional and so informative I decided this was the place for me. Marcy displayed a wealth of knowledge on all the possibilities while maintaining an embracing demeanor beyond reproach. I reserved a storage to be occupied within 30 days. Approximately a week and a half before me occupying the unit I received a courtesy call to ensure all was well and to confirm my unit was still secure. On the 29th day I arrived to finalize my contract and it was without comparison the level of team work that occurred that took customer service to a new level. The computer was acting difficult, the rates had increased and data input was not being accepted. Here is where Marcy, Ashley and Yesenia went into SUPER customer satisfaction mode. They hammered through various options and after several attempts the stubborn computer system couldn't help but to accept the data entry chosen by the Team. The persistence and determination was very commendable. I left Cubesmart extremely satisfied and felt this crew went above and beyond ensuring I would receive the services as originally promised regardless to the hiccups. Thank you very much Marcy, Ashley and Yesenia for all you have done to resolve multiple issues thus resulting in a satisfied customer and a continued customer for the future.

I made my reservation for a storage unit at CubeSmart self storage in Lacey, WA. I received a call from manager Marcy confirming my start date and briefly explaining the process for checking in, etc. On my start up day I was met by a very personable and helpful Marcy who efficiently signed me up and showed me how things worked. The location is convenient to this area and the units seem secure with easy access. Everything went very smooth with moving in my household items. I definitely think that Marcy and Ashley helped to make my first experience with self-storage less stressful than it might have been.

Really nice staff & they made the process super fast and easy last weekend knowing that I had somewhere to be within 30 minutes. The units are new & clean and there's ample turnaround space in the laneways - which will be a real bonus for people with large vehicles or moving trucks.
