Delores was such a refreshing delight during my super dreary and rainy move-in week to the PNW! My dad I both got a great impression from her and the facility that she manages. She showed me a unit that made it easiest to move my stuff in and out and close to the elevator. Delores went through all of the nitty gritty details that come with renting a storage facility and provided several payment term options which I appreciated. The moving carts are super helpful that they provide and the building is super clean. There is plenty of parking for easy in and out as well. I appreciate that you are able to easily email or call the location as well for any questions. Highly recommend this location and facility! The staff definitely left a great impression which made me feel comfortable storing my extra misc items here until I have more room in my living space.

Delores was outstanding. She was very knowledgeable and service oriented. She walked me through the process well and explained options and procedures. Delores was nothing short of amazing. She took her time, explaining every detail. I was just getting over laryngitis so it was hard to understand me im sure. But she understood, and again was a great listener!! Not only to mention, i called this place on whim and boy it did not disappoint. I notified this store more than 5 times that I vacated my storage unit months ago. Although Kirkland Premier Storage was notified of my status, I received months of charges, harassing phone calls, and a threat of the empty and unlocked storage unit being set for auction. This storage unit was for a temp moving situation and turned into a nightmare!

I was greeted by a lovely woman named Katelyn holding the front door open for me since I have to use a walker. That really impressed me right from the get go that she was paying enough attention to see that I may need help getting thru the door. The experience from beginning to end was so extremely pleasant. Katelyn speaks in a very polite quiet tone which makes you feel at ease right away and that your in good hands with her. She knew her job duties very well and was so very thorough I had absolutely no questions when I was done. She took the time to walk us to our storage unit so we knew exactly where it was. She is a very valuable employee and an asset to your company.

Unfortunately, I am old, and I do not remember the absolutely lovely manager who helped me yesterday....I reserved my unit online-which unbelievably was very seamless and easy (great platform!) . She was prompt to call me with any questions that I had had. Great Labor Day deal and actually, set me up with a unit that was MUCH EASIER to access; which was AMAZING! ???? The property was very busy , yet she carried on without a pause. I had my 3-year-old granddaughter with me... she whipped out crayons and a project for her to do! Needless to say, I was stressing about the move-she made a world of difference with her professional attitude and warmth! I highly recommend this facility and management to anyone whom is looking for a safe, secure storage! ????

We got this storage unit very last minute and they were great. We had just been robbed at a public storage down the road and we were angry and jaded about storage facilities, but Kirkland ended up being great. Dolores and Katelynn in the Vancouver WA office were amazing to work with! I have had a lot of storage units for my business over the years in many cities and this is by far the cleanest space I've ever rented. I recently had the pleasure of working with Katelynn at Kirkland Premier Storage, and I must say, the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Upon arrival, Katelynn greeted me warmly and was clearly committed to finding the best storage solution for my needs. Initially, I had chosen different units, and Katelynn was more than happy to take me on a tour of each one before I signed any paperwork. After seeing them, I realized my initial selection wasn’t quite right. Katelynn patiently walked me through many other units, always with a happy demeanor and a genuine desire to help me find the perfect fit. Once I found the ideal unit, the contract signing process was quick and easy, thanks to Katelynn’s efficiency and clear explanations. A few days after I had stored my belongings, I received a call from Katelynn. She noticed that I had not locked my unit properly the previous night after office hours. Her prompt and thoughtful call to inform me demonstrated her dedication to customer service and security. It's a very clean facility. Since it's a newer building it doesn't have the problems older facilities have, like leaks and everything. They even offer great pricing and promotions, I got my unit first month free! I like the access hours since I work a 9-5 I can still pop by before or after work to put away stuff. Seems like a very safe facility with the access card system and all the cameras, my belongings feel very secure. Managers Delores and Katelynn are always nice when I stop by the office.

The owner here has definitely been displaying some form of mental illness towards me and the way he approaches me on public property has begun to make me feel harassed. If I were a potential customer, I would have concerns about the safety of my belongings here where they require you to carry insurance rather than they provide security. Also, the price per size of storage units is subpar. Ultimately, I definitely choose to give my business to sane and truly kind individuals that never harass and are solely helpful considering that I am the customer and there is to be money exchanged from me to them. I found Mr. Kirkland to be enormously disrespectful of my time, privacy and also my well-being.

I wanna thank Delores Santiago for being so helpful while I was helping my friend start to move out of his storage unit then I wanted to say that it just so happened that the internet in the office was down but she still went above and beyond to find out the information we needed to know about his account so we could move out. I am planning on moving from the east coast back out to the beautiful North West area so I have been checking out various storage facilities since I will need to store some things for a little while. I was very impressed with the knowledge of Delores, whom had no hesitation in answering any of my questions regarding unit sizes and prices. I also liked knowing about the climate controlled units and that the facility is very accessible and in a convenient location. Although I haven't physically been there, yet, by checking the reviews it sounds like the staff is very professional and truly care about their facility and take a lot of pride in keeping it clean and well maintained. Good help is hard to find nowadays and it seems like you,the owners of Kirkland Storage have some great employees that do care. I will be swinging by soon.

I came in to check out Kirkland Premier’s specials and pricing options in the middle of the week and the help and response I got made me want to take time to let others know how great this place was. After having a bad experience with another storage space in Vancouver this was a night and day difference and I truly understand why Delores S is mentioned in other reviews. She is kind and has great rapport. Here, they listen and take time pricing options and giving you answers especially when I really needed to know promotions and pricing because of budgeting with a move. That was my bottom line. I got the answers and care I was looking for and much more. She exceeded my expectations and for that I am grateful and recommend anyone looking for a safe storage and great rapport with customer service to check out here before other places. I absolutely love this place. Especially the manager Delores, I thought I would never get back into my storage unit, but Delores was like no we can fix this. I broke two keys in less than a month. She was able to get the broken keys out so I could use a different key. THANK YOU

We came for a small unit to store our items and the representee was very helpful and knowledgeable. Everything was easy peezy to do and quick. She set us up with our unit and got us our key card. The best thing was that they, this storage facility, is by far the best priced in Vancouver and clean. There is also plenty of parking. Glad we choose this facility to do business with.

I highly recommend Kirkland. The pricing is the best I was able to find for the unit size needed, and the facilities are clean and well-maintained. Most importantly...the customer service is outstanding. Delores (the Site Mgr) was very welcoming, genuine, and professional, and answered my slew of questions patiently and promptly. She also stayed late (on a Friday) ?? to meet when I got stuck in traffic. Thank you again Delores, your kindness is recognized and appreciated :)

I had a great experience with the customer service at this location. Specifically, Delores was incredibly responsive and helpful over the phone and online. She made the process of purchasing a unit seamless and answered all of my questions. I haven't visited the location in person yet, but based on my experience so far, I would highly recommend this place. I'll update my review once I start using the storage.

Went to check out some prices. This place is top notch they even have private wine storage, new customers discounts, access cards not gate codes and great hours. They even except packages at no extra cost. I will definitely be renting here in the next few weeks when I move. The manager Delores Santiago is a great representative for the company and really knows her stuff!

The Site Manager took her time to explain the pricing of units as well as the entry pass code card. Showed me several units to pick from. Explained the payment info. She was very friendly and courteous. Would recommend this location to others. Nice and new construction with multiple floors, a freight elevator, and wheeled carts to use to transport your items to your storage unit.

Really nice place. In a safe and secure area. Easy electronic (and logged) access to space. The staff is friendly and worked to accommodate my needs. Plus I was in and our in less than 30 minutes when I leased my storage space. I highly recommend.
