After any applicable free rent promotions have been exhausted and you have rented your storage unit for at least one fully paid month, CubeSmart will plant a native tree in partnership with the Arbor Day Foundation™. Since 2010, we've worked with various organizations to plant over 350,000 trees used for reforestation and wildfire rehabilitation.

The Arbor Day Foundation™ has over 50 years of experience in planting trees in the right places for the biggest impact. Using a science-based approach, they identify forests and communities globally that would benefit most from trees.

From May 1, 2025 to April 30, 2026, for every eligible rental, CubeSmart will contribute $1.00 to the Arbor Day Foundation, with a minimum donation of $50,000. The mission of the Arbor Day Foundation is to inspire people to plant, nurture, and celebrate trees. More information about the Arbor Day Foundation is available by mail at 211 N.12th St., Lincoln, NE 68508 or at www.arborday.org. Purchases from CubeSmart will not be tax deductible.

The place looked abandoned with a huge parking lot. But it's open and It's right around the block where I'm staying at. Quin and Pat had been very helpful, friendly and professional. I'm satisfied with the service and clean facility.

Don't let the parking lot fool you, the storage area was clean and nicely kept the rates were really good if you booked online staff was friendly, only negative was the men's bathroom was gross butt was happy thier was one.

The CubeSmart facility in Fort Atkinson is great. The building is immaculate and the units are all brand new. The climate control works great, and stayed very cool during the hot summer. The manager on-site (Pat) was a huge help throughout the entire process and helped me select the best units for my needs.
